Store is clean and spacious. They have a lot of inventory my only complaint is their inconsistencies with certain products. Anytime I have a question or need help finding anything PAIGE is my go to person. She is very knowledgeable about pretty much anything in the store...

Sub-par service... they were not very welcoming, the Hello (without even looking in your direction) you get coming in is meh at best. Staff is not very accommodating if youre not a regular. I asked a question and some words were mumbled and a finger was pointed. While checking out the clerk and another employee spoke to each other in their native tongue never acknowledged me, gave me a total and at the end of the transaction in one motion handed me the bag, never looking at me and continued his conversation. However, I wished I could at least understand the language because whatever they were talking about must have been good because they couldnt stop laughing and falling into each other. I missed a good time. Next time Ill have to manage my time better and get to Mr. Larrys supply store before he closes.

The best beauty supply experiences Ive ever had. Unlike many beauty supply stores, this one was neat and organized. They had a wide variety of colors for each style. The aisles were long and wide and it was easy to view what you need from a distance. So much more convenient than the behind the counter style shopping. Kenyatta was helpful and super friendly. I was elated with my purchase and cant wait to go back.

When I moved from jax, fl to Columbus, Ga I thought Id have a problem finding a decent beauty supply store. J beauty was the second store Id entered while searching for the brand I was use to. I was happy to see the selection and verity. The prices were amazing for the quality of the products they have. What truly sold me was the staff. They have the best and most knowledgeable personnel. They stay with me through the entire process with professional insight and was able to deal with my indecisiveness. They are kind, considerate, professional, extremely proficient, and on ways on hand. No pushing sales, and gave honest tips on what would help me look my best. I dont shop anywhere else and wont as long as Im in columbus.

Stress free was blessed to find everything I needed.

This store was phenomenal! I went for a specific item so this was a short shopping trip for me. The large inventory was very organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were comparable. I will definitely be returning when I have more time.

I bought $70 worth of hair and $2 hair jewelry from this place and later that day made an exchange for a different type of hair. They never gave me my receipt back and I accidentally left the hair jewelry in the bag. When calling up to the store to ask for the $2 beads back, they accused me a trying to deceive them. They said they would have to check cameras to see if they forgot to give me back the beads (which makes no sense if the beads remained in the bag I gave to them...) I was told to come to the store in person and show my receipt. After all of that, they still said they would have to check cameras... this place doesn’t care about their customers, they only care about money.. if they would do this over something $2 then if you have a major problem with something $15 and up, they would probably respond the same way.

Its good. They have plenty of stock with a good range of products. Their prices are on the higher side though. And despite the wide range of hair products I couldnt find some specific hair pieces I needed. I have to go to Atlanta to find them.

I bought a wig yesterday from them and picked up the wrong wig & they wouldn’t take it back for an exchange.. Now I have a wig that I’m not even going to wear .. last time going there.
