I had passed this place so many times...on my way to the infinity hair place across the street. I have to say I like this place much better. It was cleaner, their customer service was very nice. She was very helpful AND patient. Their prices were lower than I expected...much to my relief. I will continue to shop here.

Learning how to do different hair styles and things has been so nice with all the various products and supplies here... This is actually the first place i saw that had magnetic eyelashes... A plethora of hair gel, wig caps, wigs, lace fronts, bundles, hair ties, make up... You name it if its for your hair skin or nails they probably have the best stuff.. Plus they got some bomb cheap jewelry that actually is decent quality albeit you can tell its cheap up close... Its still fun to wear and looks cute paired with the right outfit.... :) will be coming back...

Omg Ordered my wig online and the shipping was amazingly fast like I’m honestly surprised how fast I got my wig! it came in tiptop shape very high-quality and they have a great prices at that! I brought a hair ponytail and it was supposed to be one color when i bought it and when i got home to where it it was the wrong color so i took it back to the store to get the right color. So they said they could not take it and exchange it because of a small tag that was not on the ponytail. Now if i would have known that when i took it home i would have done that but this has happened on two different occasions i will not be losing anymore money with them.

I tried 3 different times to shop here. They need clean the Store and remodel the inside. Alot of their products are alot more compare to other Hair Store. They have very little items on sale. They need employees that have knowledge about Black people hair and products. They dont have no rewards programs!

When I bought a wig they gave me free samples and 2 wig caps. I also became a member. Ive been going here for a long time and I just never became a member I thought it would cost money. But I asked first. Every time you buy something you get points. I think you can get discounts on wigs. Thank you for serving me for all these years.

One of the female employees answered my question was very nice. They had membership prices on the wigs and regular prices if you didnt have a membership. When I asked about the membership card, she said there werent any cards and that I can get the wig at the membership price. The membership price made the wigs Reasonably priced.

It use to be one of my favorite stores. I hate when I go in a store to spend my money and they follow you like your purpose was to come to steal. Its almost like someone told them before you got there you are a their. My visits are not as frequent. And they have a lot of nice stuff.

Hair joy is a very good place to go when your wife or girlfriend needs you know the typical woman stuff ex. Makeup, hair, you know. My wife use to go to us hair but she said that they have be one so ghetto now that she refuses to spend any money there as if she absolutely needs to anyway lol. Hair joy is the place to go.
