Good service, wheelchair accessible no restrooms, but what hair store does 👀 KFC is right next door! 2021 Im updating my 2019 review at The Hair Depot Plus, wigs, hair, and beauty supply. This was the first place I was able to find the Obama purse and wallet and I bought the book when she wrote the book and I had the purse that I bought from here and everybody was like oh I need that so here this year Im looking at what is the current Styles colors and more importantly when visiting different places around town from Detroit to Cincinnati to Chicago to Ohio to LA, what makes the difference when you go into a store its always selection but more importantly, service service service. Id still ranked it at number four if I could it would be 4.5 but they have some good deals so no matter what when Im on 161 I always make a point to stop in. Moving forward they were one of the first places that I was able to visit even during the pandemic they had a pretty good system where they allowed amount of people in at a time and I think they called you or something but their store hours are 9:30 to 8 p.m. 8:30 on Friday Saturday and on Sunday 11 a.m. until 6 pretty much same similar hours as the rest of the hair stores around town

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I had never visited before and they taught me everything I needed to know. Also the prices are freaking incredible!!

Definitely my favorite beauty supply in town. The selection is great. Not sure how the prices compare to other places, but its worth the extra couple of bucks to get everything you need in one place. Theyre well stocked and usually have a couple of registers open and lots of staff available to help find things.

I just left there and a couple of the girls could use some customer service training especially the shorter fuller figured lady that stands around the left side of the check out area around the crochet side esp on busy mornings when there’s lots of customers even though that’s what every business wants ... Customers (her attitude was really disappointing but just ignore) because the guy owner is more professional and always helpful which makes up for it all 😊😊 Happy Shopping 🛍🛒

I found this store several months back, and my experience from both visits were surprisingly awesome.

Best prices on hair products: shampoos, conditioners, gel, human hair extensions, hair accessories for kids etc. My eczema on my scalp can be challenging at times. The store carries a peppermint oil that does not make my hair oily, relieves irritation & heals really fast. Every employee are so helpful, nice, always say hello & willing to help too.

This place has whatever you need for your hair and skin. Good jewelry selection. Ponytails and half or whole wigs reasonable pricing on some items. Hard to find hair care, you can find here. One thumb up.

Nice place 👌, they have majority of hair products, the only problem is their prices are alitl high , however I bought some for my daughters and they like it 😀However I did a research and found that the prices are even good comparing with others .Now you deserve 5 🌟 and soon I will buy it from you again.

So this was my 4th time shopping at this Hair Store. The employees were nice and they had more than 2 people working. A plus! The shelves were stock and clean. Some items were a little more then some other Hair Stores. I saved some money and they had everything I was looking for . I just wish the Customers we stay 6 ft apart, and space is good!

One of the representatives at the 161 locations was very rude, argumentative, and called a paying customer a lier in front on everyone. That was my first time and last time at that location.

I love this shop. When I started wearing wigs, I was buying them online. The wigs I found online were expensive but were arriving cheaply made and falling apart. I decided to try buying them in person and I went to Hair Depot Plus on Dublin-Granville. I LOVE THIS SHOP. I have bought about 12 wigs from them now. The quality feels so amazing, they look natural, and there is always some kind of sale going on. I will never buy wigs online again. Thank you!!!! I love this hair store. They have everything you can think of and it’s super clean and organized. I went into the wig section and a really nice woman help me and my friend in finding her the perfect wig for her birthday! The girl at the checkout was super friendly and once we had left I noticed I misplaced my card. I was really confused on where it could have been so I went back and the owner or manager took the time to check the camera, and find out exactly where I had put my card even let me watch until the point where I walked out to jog my memory. He was super helpful and I really appreciated him taking the time to do that for me. Thanks to him I was able to find my card and I’d recommend this store to anyone. Thank you again to the really sweet and caring staff. I will be seeing you again!!

Im new to wearing wigs, and popped into Hair Depot Plus to pick up a wig cap and hair spray.The store is so well laid out, clean, and all around wonderful.

Great hair care and wigs/extension shop. They had a sale for but 1 get 1 free on a few brands of extensions and the hair is soft and 100% human remy hair and very good quality.. i got a great deal on 2 packs of good quality extensions almost half of the other similar stores in the area. Highly recommend. Others commented the employees were rude but I personally did not feel so and one employee helped me pick everything i needed out and was well informed and polite.

I was looking for the young man that helped me before and ran into the old man that was not friendly rude to say the least. Its like the young fellow heard my voice! He came around the corner and once again he made sure everything fit and i ended up buying two of everything. He is so helpful and the ladies are as well! Probably one of the best hair stores in Columbus. They have a huge selection and the store is extremely neat. Staff is friendly. They dont follow you around acting like you are going to steal something. The staff is ethnically diverse and that is good. Store is not close to where I live but it is worth the drive.

AN AMAZINGLY SEAMLESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!Someone actually said hi to me when I walked in the store. I asked the first associate I saw for assistance. First visit, I was never greet by any of their employees. As a customer I should be asked if there is anything they could help me with, instead I was followed with my 4 children as if I was a thief then asked “what are you looking for!” . I kept going hoping they would rephrase their question but it got worse. “What you need!”. I’m appalled that I even considered driving out of my way to this store to be treated without respect. I only gave one star but if it was possible I would give this store a negative rating. Pretty sure US HAIR across the street appreciated the $65 I spent with them. I will never be back even if it’s the LAST store available.

Unfortunately I could not for months find edge booster styling gel at infinity 99 cent store bc of the truck coming in or the covid 19 situation. Also u.s hair is temporarily closed so I havent been able to get the fake nose ring anywhere else. So I looked on google and called hair Depot plus, which I had to make an 20 min appt first. The staff was really helpful. I asked if someone could shop with me being that I only had 20 mins and I didnt want to waste time. Someone did. The staff was informative and there was many varieties to choose from. Its like a hair store heaven. I live on cassady Ave where I go to the two stores mentioned above BUT I will definitely continue to shop there when Im able to. Thankyou for a great 1st time shopping experience.

It is one of the better hair stores, it carries all of the major hair care products and its work the look .

There are plenty of products! You wont lose out in variety of weave, natural hair care products and straightening tools, shampoos, combs and more. The service is getting better. I assume based on the area that they have a lot of shop lifters and deliquents which is probably why Ive been followed by staff before. However the owners are still nice and helpful.
