Messy store. Cashier was super slow (took her 3 minutes to ring up 4 items) Complained the entire time about how nasty and gross the womens bathroom was.
Always save money here, this place is great. Shopping cart full of house hold goods like dish & face rags/towels with the hangers in kitchen and bathrooms. Etc.....awesome place to shop lee mens jeans $5-$9 comfort fit, not those stanky legs tight jeans.
Im standing in line at Roses right now.2 cashiers and at long lines. 4 employees walking around. 12 people in one line and 13 in the other. Employee informed the store manager. And we still are waiting. Roses has officially lost my business

Something about this store is not right. I am most comfortable in stores that are clean, neat and orderly, and this store misses the mark! Very dirty! Clothing smells. Sizes of things are unorganized. Food shelves look a little disheveled. The only thing I could bring myself to purchase was a belt, and the sizing was off from what was labeled. If I didn’t cut the tag off, it would’ve been returned. I’d say a big no thank you to this store.
Reminds me of a Value City or Silvermans. You can get some good bargains but what I dont like are the sensors on the shopping carts. You cant take them out the door and its a hassle if you have a lot of merchandise.Im modifying this review on 1/7/2020 and changing it from 3 stars to 2. They changed their policy, you cant take the shopping carts out at all. They claim a team member will help you, yeah right!
I bought a gazebo and when I went to unbox and set up the gazebo I found that the poles were rusted on the inside and some pieces were broken. To top it off there were no instructions and no one seems to even know the brand name of this CLEARLY used item. I cant get back up to the store to return this because of the pandemic and lack of Uber/Lyft. Now I have this broken, useless $80 gazebo just collecting pollen in the backyard. Thanks, guys...thanks.
Roses have different household items at a very low cost price. My shopping experience this time was disappointing because they did not have an item in stock. But usually the staff is pleasant,check out is quick & prices are cheap.
Love shopping here its a distance from where I live but love the stuff they carry.You can find items here that you dont find at Big Lots or Gabriels. 👍
It was very neat and clean considering that it was only days before Christmas. Associates were smiling, helpful and cheerful even when facing bad-tempered customers. Lines were long but moved quickly.
Very unorganized. Dirt(literally) on the floor. No way to navigate the carts (with the large pole attached to it) down the aisle. The aisles were to cluttered, you literally had to leave the cart and walk over items on the floor. I gave a 2 star because there was nice merchandise, however to was too chaotic trying to get to it. Unacceptable
Excellent prices. Think Big Lots and a Dollar Store had a child. Excellent products and selections. Clothes are nice, great styles. Household items and electronics are great deals.
This Roses is close to home although I frequent others. Great household items reasonably priced. They also have lay a way which is very rare as most store no longer have this option.
The store was very unorganized, there was dirt(literally) of some sort on the floor in several areas. I had to leave my cart at the end of the aisle because they were to cluttered for it to fit. The electronics area was BARE. I gave up even trying to get in several areas of the store. I shouldve taken more pictures, but I didnt think about it until I gave up and decided to leave. I gave 2 stars because I could see some nice merchandise,just was a hassle trying to navigate to it. Unacceptable.
Worst Customer Service I have experienced!Despite 4 or more employees being in the area near the registers nobody was willing to ring up my merchandise. I asked which register was open and was told they all are but we are trying to take care of layaways I asked what line I could get in to pay for my items and was told that they didnt know. Another customer asked the same question and was told register 4 should be open but I have know idea where the cashier is I asked if I would be able to pay for my things at register 4 & received no response. I then put the items I was going to purchase down and left the store. I would rather pay a little more than to be subjected to such horrible customer service.
I’ve have been in customer service for over 40yrs and I can tell you that this store needs a over haul on staff replacement (with exception of the 2 Ms.Annette’s)District Management need to come and explore the staff first themselves.so,they can see how terrible and unprofessional the cashiers and head cashier that (Sonya) are to customers.Sonya should be a example to the staff that she’s over.however she’s just the opposite.I have experienced her hateful attitude numerous times...which not a good LOOK for this Store or business.Something needs to be done!!!!

Your store is a filthy mess. The floors looks as if they have never been cleaned, nevermind ,polished. There is actual dirt on your floor.Customers are not allowed to use carts to deliver their buys to their car. I guess no one has ever complained. Call city inspector

I really do love this store, but sometimes there is the typical 2 lines open when clearly they should open more, and too many cashiers standing around doing nothing except talking about the lines and looking at us/the lines grow,& then get upset when someone says can you get a manager to open another line😳... but😀there are sooo many wonderful finds here , make sure you have time and $$$...they do offer layaway!
The clothing is very dated and cheap Ive been to other roses with a better selection I guess it depends on the location

This is the worst store to go to. They have the worst customer service and when you purchase electronics from them they will not let you exchange nor return the item even if the item was just brought a couple of hours prior. So if your smart just stay away from that store. And the only reason I put a one star is they wont let you post without putting a star....remember avoid this store I just I received this message myself .
