Why can’t I get the apricot jam? It’s stuck, and there was no way to get it out. Whatever you do it’s not mean to get out. I had to buy from top and bottom shelf instead. But target has the best prices ever

This target is nicer than others Ive been to. There is a nice selection of clothing for the whole family, shoes, jewelry and handbags. Also, the good section is clean and well kept. There is a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks in the building as well!!

Just left the place. Awesome place for kid’s shopping. They also have Starbucks. That’s pretty cool

TyTy is the young Lady’s name she works in the front of the store and Every time I come in she’s always helpful and asking questions to make sure I’m always okay. She does a very good job at cleaning carts as well. She’s such a good employee :)

The location has great stock levels but I always struggle checking out with their self checkout machines!

I was discriminated against in this store. I have been a loyal target customer for YEARS! Today I went into target with my husband and our 15 pound service dog. When an associate approached me about it I explained to her that she is a registered service dog. The woman came up to me, asked me what my disability is (which is illegal) and then when I told her I have PTSD and Anxiety she replied with “We don’t count those.” I’m sorry in what works is target allowed to decided which disabilities are included by the ADA? I despise Walmart, however I will never give Target another dime.

Literally half of customers wearing the mask not on their nose or not at all. Some employees not wearing the mask on their nose either. Will absolutely never visit this Target again. We were going to buy video game items, and spend a good amount of money but did not feel safe in this store. The people not wearing masks were just goofing around and not purchasing anything. The lack of mask enforcement is pushing away customers that are actually going to purchase items. I have not seen any other store so bad with mask enforcement during the entire pandemic and it has changed my opinion of Target completely.

The aisles are nice and wide, and youre not too close to each other while shopping.

This is my favorite location to shop at, the employees are always so friendly and quick to help me find what I’m looking for, there is one short lady named Latisha who helps me when I come in most of the time. The store needs more patient and knowledgeable employees like this one.

I came in Last Night and I believe the lady name was TyTy? But anyways she’s super helpful me and my family gets super happy when she’s working she’s such a fun young lady and lots of laughs with her.

The store has remained very neat and clean even with all of the changes within our environment. This particular day was exceptional as I checked out with ease. I had a coupon and the sales associate was very friendly and helped with my target phone app.

Selection, price, and super easy order pick up makes Target a top choice for what I need. There are plenty of nearby stores I could go to instead, but Target often has a full range of what I need in-store or online

Terrible experience! Ordered online so we could pick it up. HA..Jokes on US! No one answered the phone, we called twice, Then, we went in and NO ONE was at the customer service area. My husband had to track someone down in order just to get our online pick up order. Needless to say, the whole point of ordering online for curbside...is JUST THAT. If we wanted to go in the store we would of and not placed the order for pick up! Ewww...awful experience!!

I had a very positive experience at the Easton Target this past Monday. The staff was friendly, were available to help, and even personable enough to carry on conversations while I waited for the rest of my group.

How great does it feel when you’re in a shop with thousands if not millions of items and you’re looking for only one specific item that they only have one in stock and they helped you find it?For me It ”FELT FREAKING FANTASTIC ”.

The curbside pickup service is so wonderful that I recommend it to everyone. I shop target over walmart because of the curbside pickup service.

Organization is excellent compared to most stores. Cashier was friendly.

This Target is horrible! There is a women named Emily who works customer service who does a horrible job! She yelled at me in front of customers she was being very rude. Her management allowed her to be disrespectful to a customer and nothing was done about it. I’ve worked customer service for 25 years and never in my life have I ever been treated with so much disrespect! I can say this I will never recommend shopping at Target ever! My money is welcomed else where! To allow someone to take you out of character is not worth it.

Target was very crowded today. people getting their childrens school supplies. however, every line was open at Target today so checked out was fast.

I LOVE Target! They have everything I need from groceries and household supplies to clothing and home decor. And I can get the same look as high end designer pieces for a fraction of the price at Target. And I love, love, LOVE the clearance sections!

Stopped in this store for Fairlife whole chocolate milk. This is popular milk, often out of stock. In this store I found two bottles. Fortunately, I took the time to check expiration dates on the kids. To my shock, one bottle has expired two months prior. I notified cashier who told me she would alert person in charge of food section. Holy cow (pardon the pun), how could someone not check these things? A couple of days maybe, but two months? Unacceptable.

The associates at the store went above and beyond to find an item not in stock at their store at another store.

I arrived at the store at 7:15 am on 11-22-2020 to purchase a TCL 65” tv that was a Black Friday Special. When I entered the store there were several people in the customer service line waiting to purchase the tv. I went to electronics and one of the associates pointed me in the direction where the Black Friday Tv’s were placed. Another associate informed me they just sold their TCL 65” TV. After spending 10-15 mins contemplating on purchasing a different TV I decided to leave the store and not make a purchase. Upon leaving the store I notice a Target associate purchasing the TV they claimed was sold out? I asked for a manager and spoke to them about the issue I’m having with an employee purchasing the tv before the customer. The manager explains the policy, but slips up and says they held the tv in the back for the associate. I contacted the 1-800 # that was given by the manager only to get nothing accomplished. At bare minimum I would expect a rain check, a follow up from the store manager, and/or an apology? Nothing! Unfortunately, I will NEVER shop at Target again due to the lack of customer service and dishonesty from the associates.

This Target is surprisingly not so great. I came in with my family and was treated very poorly. Her name was Laura. She treated me and my family like trash. She was so rude, condescending, and unprofessional. We couldnt believe it. We will not be coming back. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere.

I love target and I will always shop at target but not this location. I understand we are all going through some tough times but Amber lady at the customer service is a very rude lady. I went to sleep excited to go to shopping at tomorrow but thanks to her I came back upset.

Overall, I love Target and frequently (at least for me) use the pick-up in store option. I dont usually visit the Columbus NE location, but was in the area for some shopping. When I went to the pick-up counter, I wasnt acknowledge, and my wait time was much longer than Ive experienced in any Target location.

Managed to visit without spending $100 this time! Glad they are enforcing masks and offering good quality masks for sale too.

Ive been to a few Targets. This is my favorite one. They keep it clean and the employees and their customer service is never disappointing.

This is a really nice Target and you can tell its managed well. Staff is always friendly, especially the Pharmacy staff! A really easy quick place to stop and shop, easy to find what you need.

Amber is the rudest manager that I have came across in my entire life! I was waiting for just about one hour for a drive up order. I was told that an employee quit in the middle of the shift and no one knew about it. That is why there was such a hold up. We are not in a position to shop inside of the stores due to health which is why we opted to do drive up. I have never been patronized in my life like I did with Amber this evening. She looked me dead in my face and lied to me. Stating that the reason I didnt show up is because I just checked in. I spoke to an employee that told me to hit exit and try again so that I would show up, they cleared the drive up history. I cant get throuhh to anyone at corporate target and I want a call back from someone that is Ambers superior. This here is a joke and needs to be corrected! Someone needs to be retrained on how to interact with the oublic.

Everything I ordered was in stock and I did not have to wait long until the employee brought the bag to my car and she was very friendly as well training another employee.

Like the location. Employees have been friendly more recently than over the past few years. Im not sure if they recently received guest relations training but it is nice when several employees asking if they could help us find something.As usual, stop for one $10 item and leave spending $150.

After waiting in line every person with a pick up we had to wait as the sales associate went down the front of the store to retrieve the items. Why not just set up where the items are or have the customer come with them. They had already checked id and receipt. The order experience and product were worth the personality differences! I am in retail and I do understand how hard it is to smile all the time!

Visited to have my eyes checked my Dr. Linda Dawson. She is awesome. Was very informative about my issue and helped me understand the best solution for me. Amy, the manager is so helpful and knowledgeable about fitting someone in New progressive bifocals and what works best. She is up on the latest trends and will always help you get a great deal and multi package deal. Dont forget to ask about sunglasses!!!!

The service was fast and convenient. The young lady that brought the order to the car was polite and professional. I have a friend with limited mobility and this type of service is perfect for her. The service also allowed me to stay out of the Christmas shopping craziness

This morning I tried to call in so we could put an item on hold for a Guest you had in stock. The service desk picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me 6 times, I called every other department and got no help what so ever. 10/10 easton youre doing fantastic. Please do your job you get paid to do.

I was dreading going into Target yesterday to return a purchase, a few days before Christmas. I was first struck by the availability of parking spaces, due to the rapid onset of customers leaving and arriving. The carts were swiftly gathered and returned to the inside of the store, and there was an abundance of employees there to help customers find what they needed. The employees were courteous and swift, all the registers were being used. No one had a long wait in the checkout lines. The efficiency of this store impressed me; it operated like a well-oiled machine. The employees all deserve a Christmas bonus.

-5 STARSThis store is horrible. There were carts of stuff waiting to be stocked on the shelves just sitting around everywhere unattended, making it very hard to navigate in a motorized cart. The restrooms were discusting with toilets full of paper or waist that werent flushed, no toilet paper, no soap, no hand towels. Looked and smelled like they had never been cleaned. No one in the store to direct you to what you needed. I finally found someone to show me where the lighters were, they dont keep them at the end of the check outs like in other target stores. I will never return to this store

Shopping for toys for Adopt a Family for Christmas

I like this Target. Its located in a good spot and parking is usually pretty easy. There are some cons though. Its usually busy. Various household items are often out of stock, especially if theyre on sale or theres not a lot of room for them on the shelf, like paper towels and vinegar. Its still a good store, but I tend to check the app to make sure they actually have everything I need in stock before making the trip. Also, though employees tend to be polite and helpful, even at busy times, there arent a lot of checkout lanes open.

I love their pickup option. Chelsea is sweet as pie and always makes good conversation! I deal with a medical condition at times and this is a great service!!!!

I love the amount of attention to check out clerks give at this location. They care about my time and help me get through the check out fast. I only wish they would stop trying to sell me the Red card when Im trying to check out.

You can get all your shopping needs done at target and some premium items there you couldnt other wise get anywhere else

I go to Target (usually Olentangy river rd location) multiple times a week. I choose to shop here because of convenience and their unbeatable price match policy/guarantee. However, earlier today while checking out at the Easton location, an employee told me their price match guarantee was only good for one item per visit, regardless of the number of qualifying items being purchased. When I challenged this, she got a supervisor who also told me the policy has always been one price match per person. I asked if this was a recent change, she said no. I told her I have multiple items price matched every single time I’m at a Target. She told me “I got lucky then”, and that that was wrong. After telling her I would go to a different Target, she finally price matched 3 of my items but still insisted she was right. I called Targets customer service after leaving and they confirmed that there is no limit on the number of items that can be price matched per purchase, as those as they’re qualifying items.This experience was not only frustrating, but a waste of time, and embarrassing to have to stand there and argue with a supervisor about their own stores policy. I don’t understand why all employees aren’t (correctly) versed on something like this, especially because it’s a policy Target proudly displays on their website and ads. I will not be returning to this location.

I absolutely love shopping at Target. The stores are clean, almost always have what Im looking for and great quality products.

We registered with them for our wedding and when we got a item from online that was damaged we attempted to return it and get a new item. The item is not sold in store and the store stated they cannot reorder online so we would have to pay for shipping after it was already paid for once. We explained this to the guest services as well as management and both said its a corporate policy and they have no control over it. Furthermore when they refunded the item they sent it back to the gift givers card so it looked like we returned the item when it fact it was broken. If I would have known this we would never have used them for our wedding registry and I would highly recommend others never use Target for a gift registry as well. I will also be telling all my family friends and colleagues what happened and tell them to never use Target for a gift registry.

Pretty large and diverse section. The Starbucks inside is a major bonus. My only complaint is with the Target Vortex - I always go in there and end up buying way more than I need. Thats actually a nod to their marketing and design division though, I guess.

Wedding registry failThe process didnt work. I registered on the tablet and set up the account. When we attempted to log into the scanner provided the system repeatedly came back with an internal system error. When we had waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to help us get this resolved my soon to be wife and I decided it was no longer worth the effort. The staff appeared to be poorly trained on the process. When they called over the person who was going to fix this problem we saw him start talking to another customer and walk away. My guess is it will be a long while before I set foot in your chain of stores again. I am very upset with the process and how it was managed by your staff.We ended up going to Bed Bath and Beyond. Their staff set up the account for us. The man who worked with us walked through the entire store helping us find all of the items of interest. They provided cards for the registration that can be added to the invatations. They also provided a printed list of everything on our list with information about the website.

The employees here are extremely friendly and quick to ask you if you need assistance. The shelves are always stocked, and the floors and everything else are clean. I enjoy their grocery selection, great prices!

I have always enjoyed Target stores. On my recent visit which it had been a while since I had been I noticed that the Juniors clothing line is really neat and inclusive for sizes.

I use to shop this Target (Easton) all the time. Now I prefer Graceland. Its a nice store. Just not what I remember. But I love Target.

Was super excited that they sold and had the items I was looking for , was in rush for time but had to have them why not have someone find my product and be waiting for me to pay great idea. Nope got there only one of products with some strange reason why then told I was going to be charged / pending for both lol walked back to see for my self had both ok had to get it myself then told that since I different price from online had to still be charged and pay for difference confused just paid and left with my item

The staff do a good job of trying to keep the store in order but the patrons just dont have the respect to put things back. Theres always a nice selection and the place is clean. Theres a Starbucks inside as well.

It is a fabulous place to shop when Im in town. But some of the cashiers need more training, and need to be more respectful! There are many other Target stores and WALMART to add, for consumers to take their business!

Fast friendly returns no hassle.

I go here almost twice a week. I can typically get in and out without a wait at the checkout. The Starbucks is always packed though so you are better off ordering ahead to a the Starbucks across the street to get your order.

Very clean place and a nice atmosphere where employees are always ready to help you find anything you need. They have other locations around Columbus but I love to shop at the one at Easton because of the nice atmosphere. Target in general is a clean and nice place to shop .

I really like the wide selection this store has. I can usually find what I want easily and get out quickly. If they dont have what I need, they will contact other stores to see if its there or if I can get it online.

I picked up new glasses at Target Optical. They were well-made, completed on time, and expertly adjusted by the Target optical manager.

I usually only go in there for one thing and end up with a larger bill then I expected. I love the store and the sales are always on point.

I like the fact that it is within all the major shopping stores of Eastland mall. There is more than fast food restaurants available. Target is one of my favorite retail stores. I like Starbucks and Pizza Hut and there is a pharmacy. There is sporting goods and a good amount of home supplies for decoration and housewares.

Ordered store pickup on Christmas Eve. Was ready in 15 minutes. walked in store and walked out in 5 minutes. Definitely a nice surprise since it was such a busy shopping day.
