Ordered Kitchen Aid Counter Depth Refrigerator back in June of 2020Like another customer I had the same experience was told told the unit would be here in July then August then every month a different Date Our space for refrigerator was custom built for this unit every month I get a different answer, Last week Sales Person told me she would call me back never heard back from Her. I believe my order was missed or sold Guess I will never know Have purchased from Daniel many times and never had a problem until now

Purchased a dishwasher that didnt work out of the box. No worries a new one was delivered, installed, and they took the old one with them. Mark Cushing was prompt, on time, courteous, friendly and professional. Made sure everything was in good working order and gave a tutorial and tips BEFORE leaving. Would most definitely use again.

Purchased a refrigerator in March 2021 and was told it would be available in June 2021. June came and went..then July, August and September. No refrigerator. Now it is October 12, 2021. My husband went by the store and talked to the manager. Come to find out the refrigerator had arrived at the store at the end of August. Let me say, my husband and I chose to purchase from Daniel Appliance because they were a local small business and for their customer service. Never again!! The explanation from the store manager was that “it slipped through the cracks”. Really? No phone calls from Daniel over the 4 1/2 months for updates. Poor, poor customer service!

Great service and salesperson was very knowledgeable about the appliances. Happy not to be in one of the larger stores where they couldnt answer questions pertaining to specific appliances. Highly recommend Daniel appliances.

Purchased refrigerator for a condo (read: tight, difficult fit!) Received concierge-level attention from Derek Johnson, even as far as coming by to measure in order to find the perfect unit. Install&delivery crew courteous and professional. A great experience youll not match at a big box store.

Shopping for a washer. I knew what I wanted and didnt want. Went to Daniels and Derek jumped up to help me. I explained what I wanted and he showed me what he had. I left went to lowes and came right back. Derick helped me to find the PERFECT washer for my needs. Thank you Derick for helping. I am so very happy with my purchase. Over the last three years, I have purchased 5 kitchen appliances from Daniel Appliance. The salesman, Derrick, is the best. The other day, I had a range delivered. The man who delivered the range, David, was professional and extremely thorough. It was late in the day, but he showed no sign that he was wanting to get away and finish his day. A few days later, Aaron installed the microwave. He too was professional and did a great job with the installation. I have paid a little bit more at Daniel, but the products and service are worth far more than the price.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, overall a wonderful experience so much better than going to a big box store trying to get help on an appliance that best suits ones needs. Great experience from our salesperson Rita who didnt try to push their product on us. She price matched other competitors before giving us our final price. She was very personable and up front about everything. Installers were on time ,polite and professional. Eugene and his helper went above and beyond by taking the old refrigerator and putting it on my trailer without any complaints or fuss. We enjoyed the stories from Eugene about food and family. This may be a fine place to find an appliance but when I walk into a store and not a single person working there is wearing a mask I will not be back. That is the utmost disrespect for your customers in the Covid environment. Do yourself and your family a favor and shop where the staff respects you as a customer and cares about your health.

Friendly staff and quick to help

Daniels Appliance Company had in stock what Lowes promised that I could possibly receive in 2-8 weeks. (Yes, 8! Hope you dont NEED that appliance!). I was happy to pay the difference to support a local business and get the appliance right away. But as soon as they found out there was a difference, they offered to price match! A phone call early Monday morning confirmed they had in stock the item I requested. When I got there, all I had to do was state my name and pay for it. They were ready to load it in my vehicle. Super friendly. This is the second time Ive wondered why I even bothered with looking at the big chains. (Actually, I was in the big chain because Daniels closes at 1:00 on Saturdays in order to give their employees a life. Yay for them!)

Prices much higher than Lowes and Home Depot

Mrs. Wanda is very friendly and helpful. She is very honest and understandable. She wanted to go extra miles to help me. The only drawback is the company did not have the refrigerator that I wanted, but I had a good time to visit the store and met her. The company matches price and support military personnel by offering free delivery and installation. I would definitely do business with this local store in the future.

They are friendly, courteous, polite and professional. They listen to you to make sure you get what you want. They explain and compare the features on different appliances; and let you choose what you want.

Unfortunately they do not have any appliances in stock. But they were nice when telling me they didnt have anything to sell

My first experience with Daniel Appliance was excellent! My dryer stopped working and they had a technician at my house that same day. A part had to be ordered and they called me as soon as it arrived to schedule it to be installed - again, on the same day! Fast, courteous and reasonably priced. They have my appliance business from here on out!

From the time we walked into Daniel Appliances we were treated with respect and kindness. Derrick the salesman was terrific and answered our MANY questions without getting frustrated. He was energetic and enthusiastic. He showed compassion and understanding.When we had the washer and dryer delivered, David and Jamal were equally awesome! Throughout 30 years of marriage we have had to buy many appliances. Each and every time we went to the big box stores. All of them with the same poor to mediocre results of installation. I was sick of it! I saw an ad for Daniel Appliances, and saw where they service what they sell.... and they were local. That meant if I had any issues with any of my appliances, I would not have to go down a rabbit hole and a whole labyrinth of phone calls to get service.From the time David and Jamal came in to install the washer and dryer, we were thrilled. They knew exactly what they were doing and they were very efficient. They took absolutely no shortcuts. It spoke volumes! It tells me that Daniel Appliances actually cares about their customer base. When they left our home, everything was perfect. It wasn’t like the big box stores to where we had to buy certain cords or kits.I truly and unequivocally give Daniel Appliances and their staff a solid 5 stars.

So sorry I can’t remember the names of the gentlemen who delivered and installed the dishwasher and microwave but they were great. Then, Gene and Ric delivered the stove and installed it. Very professional and nice. A great experience and I highly recommend this business.

I will never buy from the Big Box Store after my dealings with Daniel Appliances. Our salesman seen the sale all the way through to even helping deliver because of a small glitch in the delivery bringing the wrong refrigerator. Delivery men were going to bring the right one back but one of them had a emergency an our salesman Derrick came in place of him an might I add it was after hours to deliver . The professionalism of this company an its employees are over the top.

They have a great selection and the prices are fantastic. We bought the same refrigerator that we saw at Lowes but saved about $200.00. The sales lady Wanda was very nice and knowledgeable. This was our first time shopping with them and we will definetly return. They also have their own service techs incase they are needed. I highly recommend checking them out.

Daniel Appliance is so wonderful! We had a few bad experiences with Lowes and Sears a few years ago and have used Daniel ever since and have never been disappointed. They are reliable and prompt and the guys who delivered my washer and dryer even vacuumed and mopped the floor for me before installing. If you are looking for a company that values military business, I would suggest looking elsewhere. As soon as the appointment scheduler found out we were tenants, her behavior became disrepectful. My husband and I had a very unpleasant encounter with an employee of Daniel appliance named TK. She claims she is the manager but her unprofessional mannerism did not reflect that responsibility.

They alway have the parts that I need. I have never had them out to my house to repair anything because I just YouTube how to fix and buy the part which saves me hundreds of dollars.

If you knew the trouble these people put me through, you would probably shake your head.Even though Daniel Appliance is the only Bosch dealer in this town, and for over 100 miles, they wouldnt even come out and look at my brand new $1400 Bosch Range because I did not purchase it from them. The woman I spoke with even sounded like she enjoyed telling me this even though I was courteous and friendly. They are the Certified Bosch DEALER in this town!She gave me the number of some other repair company and the guy tried to charge me an arm and a leg just to look at the range. I called and called Bosch to try and find out about the problem and after 1 1/2 weeks I finally talked them out of sending me the parts and I fixed it myself.Daniel will never get my business and I thought I would warn other people about them. If they treat potential future customers this way, I can just imagine how they treat people who have already given them money! Thumbs down.
