They are really friendly people and they do great work and they have repeats and will help you anyway they can to save you money.

They actually damaged my truck. Crossed threaded the bolts and created a mess and then handed the truck back like nothing happened with a brand new exhaust leak for my trouble.

This is the worst place to take your car! They couldn’t fix my issue because the car wasn’t throwing codes so they couldn’t figure it out! They kept part swapping and did not call me ahead of time to ask me if I wanted them to do the repairs! Instead of admitting that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, they decided to give me a tune up I didn’t need and replaced to perfectly food coils without my approval and the car was still not fixed. When I complained that they didn’t ask me first, the manager said, don’t worry, you won’t be charged for the second coil. But when I came to pick up my car they said I had to pay for it or they were going to remove it and put the old one back on my car. They were very rude and demeaning to me because I am a woman. One employee was rolling his eyes and laughing because I was upset and questioning what they had done. Also, I never received a receipt or any paperwork for the two tuneups they gave me or the coils they replaced without my permission. I would never take my car here again and I do not recommend them anyone! I will be contacting the state and reporting them for doing work without permission, taking my car to another shop without permission and for not returning my old parts as well as not giving me any paperwork. This horrible service cost me close to six hundred dollars and I still have the same issue!

I have used them about 7 times for various vehicles and maintenance and have never had any issues. Always willing to take care of you when they can. Also reasonably priced with quality workmanship.

Gave a price of 221.00 ended up needing two of those parts instead of one the price jacked up to 675.00 when asking why it was so high said the labor doubled.. After picking my car up noticed my plastic light cover was missing gave them a call only to be told it wasnt on there when it went on the rack which was a straight lie either it was broke or they just took.. Shop around and make photos of your car if you leave it there with them..lesson learned....

Had an oil change and new tires installed here. I love that you can make an appointment; this is an advantage since I am a planner. Very efficient and courteous, too! I will definitely consider Turner and Osborne next time I am in town.

Did not stand behind warranty on Michelin tires 60000 mile tire lasted almost 1 yearWas told they wear bad at first then even out after half tread is gone. 29000 miles of junk and fed a crook of...t!!!!!!!Went with Goodyear somewhere else this time.

The tech took time to come out n look at my truck even though he was busy and assesed the problem n was prompt thanks. well I had to end taking my truck back n Casey fixed my taillight but charged me 2 hrs of labor when he should have just charged 1hr n half cause he talked a lot during that time but Im satisfied Its fixed

I had a couple of tires I needed put on rims as spares for a couple trucks I have, I normally go to co-op but I was on this side of town so I stopped in here.They took care of it in about 20 minutes, the guy who worked on my tires was Jesse, he was very personable and made me glad I stopped there.Was cool to feel my business was valued.

Staff was very friendly but after the service the car was full of grease and oil inside and had to be cleaned.

This place is one of the best Ive ever been to. Even though they couldnt repair my vehicle this time, they were upfront and honest, and told me who to go to. Turner & Osborne did a great job! It was a lot less money than I anticipated.

Was gonna get charged 800$ for roators that were supposedly only gonna be good for another week. Thankfully the parts weren’t there so I didn’t end up getting it fixed. Got another mechanic to look at my car and the drive shaft was way more broken then my roaters. They said “we want you to drive safe” but couldn’t even fix a proper issue instead almost had me 800$ out of my pocket for roaters that didn’t need to be fixed I had worse issues. I am NEVER going back there again! I went here to read reviews before I went and thought they were trust worthy, boy was I wrong. Hopefully people read this before they go there and actually do spend a lot of money like I was about to.

Love this place. Weve been taking both of our vehicles here for years and theyve always been great to us. I have a brother whos a technician and called him the first couple times we had to service anything to make sure we were being treated fairly and theyve always been great. Theyre friendly and are good about getting things done in a timely manner.As with ALL businesses like this though, I highly recommend that if you need to take your vehicle in for a last minute decision, that you dont get upset when you have to wait for a couple hours or until the next day. There will always be other customers ahead of you, so I recommend that if you can, take your vehicle down in the morning or midday so you can have your car back before they close. They are very good at prioritizing first come first serve basis and I can appreciate that.

Was visiting from Florida and had a Ac issue that needed to be fixed before traveling back , everybody from the manager to the mechanic were awesome . Got me in and out in no time. Would highly recommend ! If I lived in Columbia this would be my go to place.

Best alignment in town. Yea, it may take a little longer, but I have never had to take it back or worry about them trying to upsell another product or service. Only place I use!!!

I do not normally leave negative reviews. But my experience here was terrible. I was told to come in at 7:30 for an alignment if i was going to wait. I rearranged my entire schedule and arrived at 7:10 to wait. Long story short, they told me it would take an hour to even get started. They even tried to all but talk me out of having it done when I was displeased about the time situation. Very unprofessional staff and the way it was handled.

Our 93 Volkswagen Corrado had a catastrophic Air Conditioning Compressor failure which broke the serpentine belt and belt tensioner. Turner and Osborn was able to recommend a quick tow and quickly and expertly diagnose and quote the repair. Although there aren’t many VW Corrado’s on the road these days, Turner and Osborn was diligent in getting it fixed right. They’re the best in Columbia for auto repair and tire sales and service. I can’t recommend them enough.

Tire store, usually fast service, ordering tire are common due to not having then in stock for large commercial trucks.
