Very friendly employees, I was promptly greeted as I was walking up to the office door, before I even walked in. They were quick, yet friendly and didnt rush me when I asked questions. They explained exactly what they were doing, etc. Looked over my vehicle for anything I may need but were not overly trying to up sale. When the service was done they walked me out and wished me a good day. The employees in the garage were in a good mood and working well together. Very pleasant experience, quick, friendly. I only had an oil change but I would come back for more work. They are a little more than my usual spot, but the oil I got will last me longer and they do have an online coupon.

Always my first choice for service. The folks working there are knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly friendly. I am not very mechanically savy and they always have a good way of explaining things to where even I can understand them! Definitely the best Jiffy in town, hands down!

They spilled fluids all over my engine causing it to smoke. When I brought it back in they admitted they did, and said they would clean it up. They then told me my valve cover casket was the problem but they couldnt do anything about it. So I brought my car in for a routine oil change. They admittedly spilled oil all over it, didnt clean it up, now claim my car is messed up, and they had nothing to do with it. The day they did the oil change they told me the car looked perfect and was good to go. Im sorry, but thats terrible service. Going in with no problems and leaving with more is terrible. Especially, when Im told my car is perfect, and I had zero problems before I went in.

Horrible; Have been going here for approx. 8 yrs. Went today and the price of my mixed blend oil change has doubled!! for the service and the parts, even with my $10 coupon that I had. They overfilled my oil tank and I saw them use almost half a can of spray degreaser and a water hose over the engine. Upon departure, I asked the technician had they reset the contact dealer, oil change required message. Upon getting home, I could smell burning oil. I opened the hood and took off engine cover and there was blue fluid that had pooled all in the engine. The contact dealer message was still came on when I started it up and I had to drive back to the shop to have it reset! After 8 yrs of coming here and never had a problem I will not be returning, especially at these prices!!! My last oil change was $42 and for the same oil change is now $87 with a $10 coupon.

Professional service, comfy chairs, fast! I will not give them 5 stars because of the price. I just had my truck done with synthetic at a different Jiffy Lube and it only ran just over $50, here I did my daughters 4 banger it is was almost $70. I will wait, set an appointment up and get it done cheaper next time!!!

So I just came in here early today, I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me at the desk but no one seemed to care or want to help, I don’t know what annoyed me more, having one employee walk past me and help someone else and not ask me for any assistance or turning around and seeing employees stand there scrolling through there phones with no sense of urgency. After the wait and not even an acknowledgement I left and went next door to custom automotive (they were way more busier) and was greeted at the door as I walked in, got helped immediately and situated under 2 minutes. I would still be waiting for someone to help me at the front desk if I didn’t go next door.

The waiting room is small but the chairs are super comfy; I went for a routine oil change and ended up getting a few additional things fixed that were brought to my attention. Im a cliche woman who knows nothing about cars, so when I go to Jiffy Lube, I want someone to advise me on what I need done and also why I need it done. Customer service rep Adam did that: he explained the service I was going to get, he described the services I may need to get in the future and even gave me a quote on the price if I decided to come back and get that done soon. I left there feeling more informed about my car than I have ever been before, and I liked it! I drive a lot for work, and Im willing to spend that money to ensure my car is performing at its best. So, thanks for looking out, Adam!

Called ahead and was told they could fit our 25’ class C motorhome… was nervous about the tight fit but they pulled our rig in and out very carefully.Overall Great service, friendly guys, comprehensive work (I watched).Found coupon too for full synth.This Reasonable priced RV oil change mid trip was so appreciated!

The staff were very professional and friendly. Each available service was explained very well but not pressured. The service was definitely quick; I didnt even have time to watch a whole show on my phone despite two people being ahead of me.Honestly the only negative thing I have to say is that my floorboards were definitely not vacuumed at all. I dont mind that it wasnt but I was told it was at checkout. Otherwise it was a stellar experience.

While I was waiting for my oil change I overheard the employees talking to one another. One man who didn’t speak english, I assume he spoke Spanish was trying to communicate with his peers. Almost all of the staff lost their professionalism and one man started shouting, “This is America learn how to speak english!” another women shouted harshly “I can’t understand you”. I put myself in that mans shoes, who knows every word in another language but found himself getting screamed at for not understanding somebody else’s. America is one of few countries that does not have a national language because of the amount of different cultures we are home for, so yes people can live in America, be American, do American things and not have to learn English and that’s something I love about my country. I hope the staff at Jiffy Lube will start admiring the same thing and treat their fellow employees with patience and respect. It’s unacceptable and disgusting to have that type of behavior.

Jiffy lube always treats us great no matter what needs done or what problem we are having. If they cant fix the problem they always give us a place that they trust to treat us fair and kindly. Jiffy lube is the only place we go to get our oil changed and other necessary things done to our cars.

I came five minutes before they closed and was politely greeted and treated as if it were the middle of the day. Everyone was so friendly and they got me in and out within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for their friendly servicemen and speedy service

Every time I need an oil change, I come here. They are always so nice and so quick. The price is great for the service and I love how kind everyone is. That makes a huge difference! 10/10 would recommend this location!

The service was fast. The price was ridiculous. $96 for an oil change with synthetic and filter. This will be my last visit. My regular mechanic charges me half that.Edit- I know that synthetic is more expensive. Ive been using it in my oil changes for a decade. The type of oil has nothing to do with my review.

Overpriced compared to anywhere else Ive had my oil changed. I even noticed they didnt tell other customers about a increased price change until it was time to pay. I went in on a fairly busy day but it took an hour for them to even acknowledge or talk to me. Very poor customer service in all categories. First and last time they recieve my business.

I usually come to this jiffy lube for my oil changes. They actually do all the things they say they do- check and top off fluids, check lights, etc. no matter how busy they are. The guys who work here are super nice as well. Never taken more than 35 or 40 minutes, even with people in front of me! Oh, and the guy opened the car door for me and my 8yr old daughter which was a really really kind gesture. Not a lot of people will do that for a child, or an adult for that matter.v

I arrived a little after 630, they close at 7. I asked if it was too late for an oil change to which the guy kindly replied, Nope. I went inside to wait. They had it done by 7 and all was well. Thanks! They always do a great job. I always leave there pleased w their work.

The employees were very helpful Id had hip surgery and they were very patient with me they took my walking chair out of the car and helped me inside safely, I needed the chair they have in the waiting room it was so comfortable also their mannerism was so wonderful, made me feel very comfortable, they were efficient and swift. When time for me to leave they made sure I was safely in my car. I would definitely go there for my oil change and recommend others to go there. You see the courtesy and respect before the service. When I came, I was the only customer on a rainy Saturday morning. It was totally unexpected to have Cole let me out my car & escorted me inside. Everyone was very nice & I even came back to ask if someone could put my new License Plates on. Cole was at lunch & Tony put them on for me. They were excellent! Able to get right in and get serviced in 30 minutes. Very friendly, even vacuumed out the front of my car.

When they were taking apart my air intake they brock the hose clamp. Then they didnt put my air intake together properly bc they brock the clamp and they dropped my clips to the box that holds the air filter down below and just left them there. when I left my car died 7 times. I almost got into an accident with my kids in the car. I had to call them to come fix my car they didnt replace my hose clamp, I had to drive back to them to get them to give me back my clips to the filter box. I will NEVER go back to them.

I have used Jiffy Lube for many years! This day was very fast and efficient as usual. However, once I got home (about 40 minutes one way) I noticed there were a lot of oil/dirt deposits left on my interior visor and glove box). I am In the process of trying to remove the spots now! Because of my light interior I feel it is extremely important for the techs to wear “new, clean” gloves when getting inside the vehicle for cabin filter, vacuum and sticker. This is the first time I have noticed this type of soiling. I hope it comes out! Not very happy!

I recently moved to Columbia and needed a oil change but I needed somewhere quick and efficient as I’m super busy! Stephen and his team were quick, professional and friendly! Stephen gave me all options of oil grades, if I wanted to replace items that were damaged or in need of being changed and went through the process quickly without rushing! This is a great place to go for an oil and filter change. The gents running the place are super courteous, and are good at what they do. They happily accepted my $10 coupon, and made sure I was satisfied with their work. On top of all that, I had asked them to reset the computer on my Buick because I had recently put on a locking gas cap. They did it without any hesitation. It was good customer service. The repairman that was changing my fuel filter somehow manage to break the gas line. It had to be towed to a repair shop. They didnt charge me for anything including the oil change or new wiper blades. Next time Ill just take it to a repair shop. They lost my trust.

I had been calling around elsewhere for hours to get an oil change. I went to a nearby auto shop who was extremely busy. I came to this location and no other cars were there at the time. They told me to pull in as soon as I got there. They asked what services I needed & they would get me taken care of. They called me up to get my information & about 12 minutes later they were done with my vehicle. This was excellent service & I will be going back.

The gentleman that rang me up on 07/10/20 was very unprofessional and acted like I had no clue what oil even was. This was my first time here because I might be moving to Columbia for college and I due for an oil change. Needless to say I may not be coming back to this location. The guy acted like I had no clue what oil is when I asked him a question and proceeded to mock me when he couldn’t understand what I was saying with a mask on. Everything else was great but I shouldn’t have had to put up with that when getting a simple oil change.

On a whim I decided to stop in for an oil change. Before I stepped out of my car there was an attendant asking if what I needed. I was in & out of there in no time! Comfortable waiting area, great service- Ill definitely be back!

70 bucks for an oil change is a bit high for my small car, but the service was great, fast and my tech was super nice.

Went to go get ac service manager told me it would not take charge that my compressor is bad well turns out it was a bs lie took to another shop to get second opinion witch was the dodge dealer of course everything work took charge now blows cold AC so if you need oil change are any thing jiffy lube say they can do do not I repeat do not let them unless you want to replace another part on your car. Are be lied to and pay for something you did not need.

They broke the lug nut off my tire. They did offer to fix it the next day however I was driving through the state we had to end up getting a room to wait for my tire to be fixed. He never even really apologized about it. Very nonchalant about the whole thing.

One of the best best Jiffy Lube in Como, very friendly people and one of my friend Zane is such a great helper. He always help me out, when I dont have the right tools to work on my car. I would recommend this place good service and good people.

I was very surprised that not one person working at Jiffy Lube was wearing a mask. I have cancer, so I was wearing a mask. However, there is a 70% chance of contracting COVID-19 from people not wearing a mask even if you have a mask on. Everyone has that risk. Very disappointing. Other than that the service was excellent.

There is nothing jiffy about this place. They have 4 bays but apparently only one actual tech. I stopped by numerous times and always 45 minutes wait before even getting started.

Cole and his crew were top-tier and they are what make Jiffy Lube the industry leader in routine auto maintenance. I’m traveling through on a Sunday hauling a heavy load with my GMC HD 3500. The entire crew was eager to get to work. Fair price for exeplory work. If you are just needing an oil change come here. Any other shop is always at least 2 hour wait and this place vacuumed out my car and cleaned all the windows! Huge service 💪

The only issue I had was that they tell all customers that they should purchase air filters even when they don’t need them! I was foolish enough to fall for it! The other thing was that they offer two types of synthetic oil changes, however, the cheaper one was the one I wanted but of course they said they did not have any! I paid way too much for an oil change, so I won’t be going back!

I am visiting from out of state for the holiday and stopped in because I needed an oil change before going back home. I generally hate getting oil changes because most places are rude and unprofessional or act like they’re doing you a favor. Not Jiffy Lube! They are extremely professional, kind, and very courteous. They aren’t pushy when it comes to other services they offer. If they tell you that you need a service and you decline then it’s fine. I was in and out within about 20 minutes and that’s with adding on a few other services. I am very impressed Jiffy Lube. Will definitely be returning.

I will go back to the Providence location. They were supposed to top off coolant and didnt, had trouble getting my glovebox closed as I forgot to tell them not to pull filters. I change my own. Plus I told them the mileage was incorrect and they didnt change it o my reminder tag.

The staff was professional and gave good service. I was just disappointed to find out at checkout that the coupon you emailed me did not work at the location that I always go to. Why email a coupon that can’t be used? Bad business.

Our experience was amazing. We pulled up to get an oil change and were stopped and motioned over immediately. They came over and asked what we needed and told us to come right in and even held the door for us. They offered coffee and water and magazine to look at while we waited. I arrived at most 5 minutes before closing without realizing it. I offered to come back, but they went ahead and did my oil change, topped off the necessary fluids, AND vacuumed my car for me. They were fantastic! I feel bad for coming in late, but they insisted it was okay and gave amazing service even right at closing time.

Quick and friendly service. Went there for a routine oil change and to get my coolant topped off. Ive been here multiple times and usually at the end of the job they walk you through any issues they found when changing the oil but today they did not. Im glad I got a receipt as I got to read everything myself to be aware of the issues.
