Excellent service at a good price. Destinee answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. It was great that I could sit in my car and drink my coffee while she completed the oil change in about 10 minutes. She also checked my lights, tire pressure and other liquids at no additional cost - part of the service.

Express Oil Change is always fast, professional, and efficient at what they do. I’ve used this location for the last 2 years and another for 3 years before that. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The only time they’re crazy busy is on the weekends which is understandable.

I like going to the garners ferry location because the store manager Chris and the assistant Mack are always professional, respectful and they always have a smile on their face. The service is always quick and they make sure my car is in good condition.

I just got my oil changed here. It was super fast, but what really stood out to me was the people working there. Kris greeted me when I arrived and Deion took care of my car and I cannot say enough good things about how kind and helpful they both were. And really everyone that I saw just seemed so friendly and committed to doing a good job. Cant recommend this place highly enough.

I stopped at express for an oil change today. Mack, the technician who serviced my car was excellent! He was friendly and professional. My oil change was very quick. My air filter needed replacing as well, but they did not have it in stock so they offered to order one. They originally told me about an hours wait. I agreed. The air filter arrived and was installed in half that! Will definitely return to do business with this establishment. Thanks!Side note: while my technician was awesome and professional, there were two other technicians in the next bay having a very loud personal conversation and were dropping a lot of profanity which I didn’t find professional. I was grateful my kids weren’t with me.

This place did a phenomenal job with making me a satisfied customer. I was pleased with the service. I was able to get a oil change as well as my air filter clean for a reasonable price! The manager Chris Hammond helped out a lot and gave me $5 off my next visit!

This was some of the best service i have ever had. Great people and very welcoming.

They don’t keep appointment times. Sat around for the better part of 30 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. There was just no one around at all. I’ve had great experiences with this place before, but really disappointed with today’s events. I called ahead to confirm my appointment and asked about a wait time…appointment was confirmed and he said there was no wait time besides the wait during the service. In the 15 minutes between calling and confirming to arriving at their location, I guess everyone went on their lunch break, which is fine. Everyone deserves a break. But it would have been awesome to know that there would be no one to change one single tire out before wasting my time driving over there and waiting around. I know losing a customer isn’t a big deal, but at the end of the day, I hope others see this and decide to check out different Express locations (Lexington is awesome!) before scheduling an appointment.

I took my daughter with me so she could be confident to do this on her own next time. James Mack was professional and helpful. He was nice to set things up in her car so she will know exactly when she needs an oil change next time on her own while in college. I have always felt they are honest and do not take advantage of my lack of car knowledge.

Amazing. Everyone is so nice and patient, as I don’t understand anything about cars. Mack was so helpful and accommodating and did whatever he could to help me. they’re so fast, you’re in and out quickly, not like normal shops sitting in the waiting room for hours. Can’t say enough great things.

My grandma has used Express Oil Exchange on Garners Ferry for years. When I told her I needed an oil change, she told me Mack would take care of my car. Sure enough Mack is who waited on me and he was great. He explained my options, didn’t push me to buy things I didn’t need, and checked my car over for the long drive I was about to take. Express Oil Exchange is now my go to!

It took a very long time, I believe 3 hours for tires, oil change to be done. There wasn’t much communication on why it took so long which was frustrating.

Great service, very detailed, the technical Mack kept a smile on his face throughout the entire process. I must say that going to other facilities I would have to ask questions, but there at Express Oil the questions I had were answered without me asking. First, I would like to start by saying I enjoy doing business with Express Oil Change. But I waited over an hour in line during non-rush hour on a Monday at this particular location. Then it took an additional 20 minutes when they advertise a 10-minutes oil change. There were only 2 out of four bays open. So, I guess they were short-staffed? However, I went early Saturday morning for another vehicle, a few days before, and was in and out, in no time and it was LESS staff. It may be a while before I return to this location.

We have never used this place before. Our regular place closed and I was just not too sure where to go. This came up and since a location is near us and the reviews were good we tried it. They were busy. But we were greeted promptly and instructed to a line and given an estimate of the wait time. We waited in the vehicle and when it was our turn we were allowed to stay in the vehicle. They performed a full inspection, did the oil change, and we were on our way. Overall, it was a positive experience. Would recommend.

Do not go here if you need to be anywhere. 15-20 minutes per car and they are pushy with the uosells.

James Mack was great today. I came in for a quick oil change and he let me know that if I wanted the max life of my tires then I should rotate them while Im here, I usually dont get more services then what I ask for but he made me feel great about getting my tires rotated.

Love coming to this location. You dont have to get out of your car and the crew members are very knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that sometimes it will take longer than 10 minutes once you get in the bay.

I went to get my tires checked for leaks and. had to keep calling about the status of my car. First time I called no one was available to answer my questions. Second time I called they alongside m apologized fur their lack of customer service due to having a lot going on. Third time I called they all of a sudden have answers about my tires. Needed to get them all replaced and didnt even call me to let me know the work was done. Just a total lack of communication thats unacceptable for the prices they charge

I was there yesterday, Deion was the young man who helped me. He was very kind & did not try to sell any other services to me. I love how it takes less than 20 minutes & you can just sit in your car.

I had a flat tire and was told at another place it would cost $293 because my tire was damaged i took my vehicle to him and was told that i just needed a plug and only paid $25. Great service and customer service

They dont try to sell you things you dont need. They do recommend what you should get and you go from there. It took no time at all. Mack was very professional and courteous. Id go back.

I have been waiting watching cars pass by my who I beat in the line I was in and have been waiting for about an hour now. There were only 2 cars in front of me. 10 min oil change. More like 30m a car.[UPDATE]From corporate to regional to the local shop all reached out after I left the review to address the issue. They watched the tape and determine there was an anomaly when I went to receive services. I appreciate the calls I got and the concerns as to the issues I had when I visited.I will return to this shop.

I went in for an oil change and 20 point inspection. My receipt was emailed to me. When I pulled it up at home I discovered that my transmission fluid had not been checked, according to the receipt. I believe checking oil and transmission fluid is a part of vehicle inspections.When I called about this I was told that some cars have a sealed cap and cant be checked? My car has a dip stick. Offered to check if I brought car back in though.... they didnt check wipers either, even though receipt indicated that I said they worked (I was not even asked about wipers) This visit was totally unlike my first visit to Express which was very good.

I get an oil change about every 4-6 weeks and this is the only place I go to! The service is amazing and the staff is friendly.
