I had such a great experience with Joe and everyone at Mattress Kings, very pleasant and helpful. I was very confused as to making a decision on a Mattress as I have lower back problems, Joe was very helpful in helping me select a Mattress that works for me. I am so happy with my selection. When you spend a lot of money on something like a mattress you want to make sure youre getting a good fit. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends without a doubt

The store manager Andrew was friendly and helpful. We happened to find Matress Kings after we left Ashley furniture. Came in on a Saturday and ordered a bed frame and mattress. Was told the bed would be ready for pick up Tuesday,spent all day Tuesday trying to find out when the bed would be ready for us to pick. Tried calling the office phone and no one would answer. I would get calls back from a private number from the owner saying it will be in today and she would call me when its in. She never once called me!! I called her multiple times trying to figure it out. Come Wednesday morning they tell my husband its there at the office waiting to picked up. My husband drives the 20 miles to go get it and the bed IS NOT THERE!!! They never even ordered the bed!! They said they can order it today and it will be here next week! I tried to ask the office lady to have some one call me and make this situation right!! No call. Obviously they dont care about loosing business. I understand mistakes happen and people mess up, but as a business you think they would try their best to fix their own mess up!!!

I can tell that this is a newer company but they are striving to make it a great newer company. My delivery was slightly delayed but I still got it on the same day that they promised. From my initial visit everything went smooth and easy. Got financed in minutes, I already knew what I wanted, picked out the color and upgraded the mattresses, the kids love it! everything is all good!

Worst experience...they will ripe you off ...they lie and say theyll help ill be going down there first thing in the morning with my husband..to kick someone butt

She has the worst attitude and every word out her mouth is a lie! I rather not have furniture than deal with these people again!Update 8/2019:Saddest part about this company is that all the people who had bad experiences and left reviews, received even more negative feedback from the fine folks at this store! People can see on their own now what type of people they would deal with if you give them your business. And as an fyi, they were over 2 hours late and never had the courtesy to just update us as the customer. No way to run a business. Very sad. Their response will be sent to BBB.

How do give a place no stars but still talk about the disappointment?The customer service is bad.They are excited to sell you something or order it & take your money. Soon as they have the cash though.GOOD LUCK getting the product. Joe is a thief & hides behind the idea hes a christian. Gives others of his faith a bad name. Also hours are inconsistent.Update:Yes Joe, what I“played” for 😂 I stand by everything I said.

Horrible customer service, item not as discribed had to go back 4 times to get a incomplete item that was not even painted white correctly, looked like they stacked them wet. tried returning and got the run around and the owners wife got irate and ghetto getting in my wifes face. Very disrespectful. No wonder ashleys wouldnt make him a manager forcing him to open his own location. If i could rate this zero stars i would. Be careful my friends.

Great prices, cute stuff. Horrible customer service and delivery. Everythings good before you buy. Delivery is where it falls apart. You will wait forever, call for an update and get met with rudeness and plain ghetto attitudes. No apologies. I waited a month for my item. 3 failed deliveries. Total waste of time.

If I could give no stars I would. I paid over 1500$ for a queen mattress, cover and head board. Everything was set up and delivered fine. The bed board broke litterally a month or so after purchase and they swore up and down that they would replace it and that it had a warrenty. Long story short I called numerous times and got the run around. The manager owner himself came to my house and took a picture of the part and swore he would order it and take care of it. I called and called and continued to get the run around. Do not come to this place. Once they get your non refundable money, they wash their hands of you and their low quality products.

Your service sucks I had my elderly father wait for a bed in 4 days and still the people didnt deliver the bed to us on the delivery date..horrible service ever..

Terrible place they never delivered my bed set I called they told me 2 hrs and they never came I was literally waiting all day for them to show up not even a phone call. The guy that did all my paperwork claimed he was drunk that shouldve been a red flag automatically but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again will i buy from them now I have to cancel my order.

DONT BUY FROM HERE!! I SPOKE WITH IVAN numerous times first my bunk beds were suppose to be delivered I waited all day no phone call or nothing.... then I call them the next day they didn’t return my call. My husband had to drive down there and they tell him there in back order for a month... a month goes by still no phone call so I speak to Ivan again n he tells me I have to wait another month there in back order. I paid this lost business in full and here I am 2 months later no bunk beds. I asked them to give me a refund n they said they can’t they I have to wait for the beds.. These people are dishonest they are crooked business people. Do not go here they rip you off I’m gonna have to sue the n small claims court

DONT COME HERE!!! They are crooks ... my kids are sleeping on the floor because I been waiting for there bunk beds since February. There paid I full and I asked for a refund and Ivan the owner told me no. Today they were suppose to be delivered again for the 15th time but there not here they didn’t even call again. My kids are crying cause they been waiting for them and I dont have the money to buy more. These people are heartless I feel sorry for them on judgment day and they have to account for there actions. If you see there Facebook there are tons of bad reviews and also on here. City of Colton needs to shut them down.they are heartless greedy men. If you ever want a good price and an honest business do not come here I promise you that you will regret it.
