My wife and I bought a new house and decided to stop in, we worked with the manager Gregorio. We actually didn’t even make a purchase until our 3rd visit. The first two visits were just browsing and fact gathering. We felt no sales pressure at all. Gregorio was super helpful, calm, relaxed, and ready to help.Finally we decided on what we wanted, but we also had a budget, so we had Gregorio run a bunch of numbers for us to get to the price we wanted. He was super patient and that helped us to prioritize our purchases. We couldn’t be more happy with the service he provided. And bonus, the furniture we purchased was real wood, none of that particle board junk. We will definitely shop there again in the future. Gregorio was very knowledgeable and was able narrow down the furniture best to show us based on what we described we wanted. Excited to actually get the furniture (and not have to build it myself)!

Longtime customer with Mor Furniture, done all my furniture shopping at their Kent showroom since 2009. Disappointed with recent purchase experience at their Marysville showroom. Sales person tried to sell me the floor display furniture at full Brand New furnitures price, even after pointed out that the piece is clearly marked as Display Sale. Better shop somewhere else.Do your own research and compare pricing with their website and other locations. Dont blindly trust the sales person that he will get you the best price.

Great experience with Luis from the moment I entered. Couldn’t have gone better. He saw I was looking at bed frames, politely asked if he could help answer questions.I ended up upgrading my current box spring and added their 4 year protection service for only $99. The best part is if after the 4 years, I don’t use the protection service, they give that back in a store credit.I will definitely be back again to buy stuff I probably don’t need 🤣
Seen recliners on TV ad, and drove down to see what it was about and maybe purchase them.Jacob came over to me and assisted me with a very low pressure experience, which I appreciate. He didnt acknowledge or make a big deal about my service dog either, which was also great.I did end up purchasing the set of recliners, and it was a great experience.Recommend this location.

He gave us the information the we needed, let us make a decision and executed it effectively once we picked our sofa.The best part.. the sofa had to be transferred from a different location. He told us the couch would be at the Smokey Point location by a specific date and time and holy sh** it was actually there when they said it would be. He even helped us load it! We were in and out in 5 minutes. No BS and our couch is SO beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend Greg at Mor Furniture.
Sonny at Morfurniture was awesome and very attentive. Great personality and very helpful. He also looked for ways to save us money on delivery fees. We ended up purchasing a couch, kitchen table, 2 cordanzas, 1 kitchen island (used for craft table) and a media center. We love all the new furniture. Delivery includes set up as well for pieces that need assembly.

Do not buy from this place, its a joke. I gave my info and made the purchase because I wanted it set up and not to have to worry about it. I was told the bed would be ordered and not available for a few weeks - I was fine with that. I then received a text with instructions to follow the link to schedule the delivery. I did so and was puzzled to see that the only available delivery day for any month out into the future was sundays. Well, my husband is a pastor and Sundays do not work for us. I tried to see if they would narrow down a time, such as afternoon so we could still make it happen. Nope. They do not budge an inch. I asked if we can pick it up(this is all through text, mind you, because the phones take you right back to the text line). We purchased from Arlington and yes, we can pick it up in Kent. Are you kidding me? I tried to speak to the sales person that sold it and just like the text line, they are completely unbending in their delivery schedule or even willingness to offer an estimated time on Sundays. I said go ahead and cancel my order (that I ordered back on May 1st.) I am so unhappy and will be sure everyone knows it.
I went to Mor Furniture 3 different times to get a replacement mattress with store credit. On my 3rd attempt to go to find something, I immediately connected with Greg. Greg completely understood exactly what I needed and met all needs within 1 minute of our conversation. I strongly recommend Greg for your mattress needs.

Greg was pleasant and patient while we made up our mind’s on the color we wanted. We changed our minds several times and he didn’t seem to mind. Greg even went and moved a chair to show us how it matched. Very happy with Greg’s service. I did come in earlier today and the sales person at that time all he said to me was it will take months to get that couch, he did not want to sell me a couch I went somewhere else I looked around and almost bought one somewhere else but decided to call and ask more more questions and I spoke to Greg. The first guy really is not a very good sales person, but Greg Greg is awesome!!
Unfortunately the first two appointments I was no showed The third appointment was canceled. And finally the fourth after 3 months they showed up. The young man was very polite and nice but couldnt fix my fireplace. He said parts needed to be ordered. That was a week and half ago. I have yet to get a phone call from the company on repairing my fire place😒😒😒
At Mor Furniture for Less the salesmen are extremely personable. You feel as though you’ve known them your whole life. For example I know that the salesman Sanjeet refers to himself as Sunny, likes snickerdoodle cookies, and had an AOL account in the fourth grade. Thanks Sunny, we will definitely be coming back!

The biggest thing that i love about this place is the fact that when i come in, im not bothered by sales associates right away, i actually had the time to browse the store and was able to confirm that the couch set i found on their website that i really liked, was the one for me. Jacob came up to me, very welcoming and helpful with any questions i had that resulted in my purchase of not only the couch set, but i decided on a dining set as well. Egor did an amazing job helping us. He helped us figure out measurements to make sure everything we got could actually fit into our home, helping us find furniture that would all match the colors we wanted that way nothing looked out of place. He was quick in finding out whatever information we asked for and also nice enough to give us space to make our decisions and not pushing us to buy anything. Honestly I very much appreciate all of his help. He was just very nice and patient with us. We had our 5 year old son with us who at the time was a little ball of energy. Jacob was very helpful and not pushy at all. We had a bad experience with another salesperson there that we were told no longer works there, now we know we have someone we can trust. During our first experience we showed the salesperson a picture of what we were looking for and he replied “we do not have anything at that price” and showed us a few different options that were, of course, out of our price range. Jacob showed us exactly what we were looking for, and even though it wasn’t in stock, he made it easy to order one and set up a quick delivery time for us. We will definitely be returning to work with Jacob.

We really liked shopping here! Its clean and spacious. They have a really good selection for whatever youre looking for. Greg and Jass were the two who helped us, and they were both great! We bought a leather loveseat/couch in January (delivered on February) and really love i so fart! We waited about a month for it to be delivered, but we were fine with waiting. The delivery people were great in communicating when they would be here, and put it right where we wanted it. We would definitely ordered from here again!

I have never been treated more horribly by a business than by Mor Furniture. They sold us a couch that was missing the bolts and nuts to put it together. After weeks of calls and emails they were unable to provide the missing parts. They refused to upgrade us to a better couch for all of our trouble, and refused to let us have the pre-assembled floor model. When we finally gave up and asked for a refund, they tried to charge us a deliveryfee to pick up the defective couch. They promised to refund our money when they got x the defective couch back, but failed to do that too! I had to have my credit card company go after them to get my money back. Terrible, terrible place to do business with....stay away!
