Very poor service in the electronics department during the night around 8:30-9:40pm . Took my son to get a new controller for his Xbox and I asked politely of someone can help us out because they were locked in the display case as they should be and I was told she would send someone to help and even getting that response took time because she was ignoring me when I was trying to let her know we needed help. So we waited as 4 to 5 other Walmart associates are talking chit chatting around her one walking by one just standing around and I even asked him no help everyone said they would send someone over there another 15 min and she is walking a new customer towards the displays and helps him first takes her time and still ignores us and doesnt even ask or help as shes walking back to the register I couldnt believe this lady I politely asked hey can you open this case for a controller and she had a dirty lazy way taking her time unbelievable thats all no big deal but I wont forget her face and her glasses never again

Wow… This is a great store, I could not believe everything they have at this location, they have a deli, they have a bakery, they also have beer and wine. Not only do they have the usual stuff that every other Walmart has they also have fresh meat, everything from crab legs two salmon to whole tilapia and so much more, it is pretty crazy when you can go for your standard flip-flops and wind up buying all of your groceries at the same place, and let’s not forget they also sell televisions and bedding and bicycles and so much more.Spend local,Shop local,Buy local.

I was really surprised. This store is set up totally different than most other Walmarts. I’ve noticed every store has a lot of empty shelves. I guess it’s going to take along time to get back to normal.

Went for an item in the pharmacy area that was locked up. Pushed red button for quick assist numerous times for over ten minutes and no one came to help! Went elsewhere and purchased what I needed in a couple of minutes. Walgreens says thank you Walmart for the business!

This Walmart has everything you can possibly need. Customer service is okay. Bathrooms are clean and the shelves are always stocked. We recently tried their Marketside Pepperoni and three meat pizzas and they were absolutely delicious!! The pepperoni XL was $6 and the three meat was $8 and they are huge! Totally worth it. We will definitely be buying these pizzas more often!!

Always better stocked then either store in Corona, despite having a smaller bandage/first aid section. Wish they would group there clearance items either in one section in the store or one section in each department. They have one section up front that seemingly covers most the departments clearance items, which is great; however, I find it hard to believe they the never have any electronics clearance or garden items. I routinely look for plants on clearance because I am able to bring them back into good health. I then donate them to churches and other non-profit facilities based upon compatible landscaping. No point in bringing the plant back to health to just let it die when placed in the wrong environment.

Only reason I come here is for the produce and these beautiful fresh flowers. Early morning runs are the way for me.

I like this Walmart because they carry fresh fruits and its bigger and more organized that the one thats closer to my home.However, there was only one line open with 12 people waiting. It is frustrating because my ice cream started to melt by the time it was my turn to pay. They really need to hire more cashiers because its ridiculous to do that in such a big store.

Cheryl the store manager was rude during an interview. They dont do rehires. They called me up to an interview and wasted my time. Would not support this walmart

They have a lot of things under lock and key for the most part they do come when u push the button. But all alcohol and items under lock must go to cashier at isle 3 and she is slow for the size of this store the most cashiers Ive ever seen open is 2. I weekly and up to 3 times a week . Plan to be there 20 minutes at the least for the register ladies. Also if u want anything from the make up section u gotta pay inside of there parameter and everything in there is mostly under lock and key. Its a store within a store. The line in that small area is 😰 packed, it wraps around. Talk about clostephobic.

Wow you must be smoking too much weed if you think this is a good walmart. The shelves are never stocked. I have gone to this store on my way to work early in the morning while the overnight crew is still there stocking . I guess they must be sleeping all night. The store on Riverside in Rialto is not perfect but way better than this store.

Bought candles, shower curtain and camping supplies I wanted. Lines were long, but that Walmart. Friendly cashiers. Will come back to this location again. 🙂

I went here to get 2 items, I was able to get one item but the other item was locked in the cabinate. I asked an employee if she could help me. She stated no the there was another employee with the yellow jacket who could help. There was 3 other customers waiting for the yellow jacket employee to return to the department to get help. The employees are unfriendly and not willing to help the customers. When you ask for help, you feel like you are bothering them. I did not wait because this employee was no where to be found and I had to leave.

The atmosphere is positive, the store clean and employees are very polite

The workers here are rude as hell. And as for a big company it should have a back up generator. All that food that goes bad because there is no back up generator when power goes out. Wont be buying my food there anytime soon. Corporate needs to step in and watch how there workers treat customers. Big company you should be ashamed of themselves. Corporate look into it. Because this customer will be shopping at Target from here on out.. I will drive the extra miles to get better customer service.

This location always seems to be stocked it stopped and neatly arranged shelves with with very clean eyes very spacious location I give this one 5 stars

Not a resident of Colton, just passing through. The area alone dictates whether you have a good experience at this location or not. Low income area, homeless people and several surrounding businesses are out of business and or run down. Not sure if this is due to the pandemic or just in general. Would not come here unless in a pinch. Definitely not alone at night. 🤷‍♀️(Several employees didnt have a mask on or had one worn under their chin 😒)

Stopped by specifically to buy a watch but ended up buying two instead. The young lady who assisted me in the jewelry department was really kind, helpful, and professional.But the rest of the people working here that I interacted with could use some good ol customer relations and service training to be frank. Seemed like no one could help me with a simple question or give me proper instructions relating to my shopping visit here.

Really no help in electronics that day set setting inline 4 somebody that went on break one person working Electronics I know theyre busy come on I didnt get a laptop that I was looking for cuz they were out of stock I did end up buying the 32in Vizio good price I guess I really dont watch TV but I think it was time for one cuz its been so many years without TV in the house

Very nice looking store but staff is not very friendly. If you dont like your job than dont work there, not the best experience at this Walmart. Ive been to a few different locations and by far this is the worst customer service I have seen.

This Walmart had a pretty good meat selection. Even thought it was busy it handled the crowd well. Had what I needed and easy to find it.

Could of onlined ordered for pickup. Chose to social distance and walk in and buy a few things. Lines where a bit long but self checkout was quick and easy.

The store is keep very clean, it was easy to find everything that I was looking for & check out was smooth & quick.

Visited on a busy Saturday. Only two check lines open but but most self-check lines open. If I wanted to check purchases, Id work there. If Walmart wants me to do their employees work rather than higher more staff, they can give a self-check discount!

This isnt the worst Walmart Ive been to, but it sure isnt the best either. Usually your typical Walmart is located right next to a major freeway, however this one is quite a bit out of the way. And while their selection of products isnt the largest or most diverse in the area, youll more than likely find what youre looking for.

And he wasnt working for tip.At the end i said sorry.And hey replied this is what im here for.It was 100+ and he was in sun helping asking answering all my questions I had.Not to mention he had said he wanst having such a good day for him to show such great service knowing his day wasnt good is incredible!Cuddos for him tho hope this post helps him get a raise or some type of noticement

For the area this store is in. This is a pretty good store. Good produce and fruit. Also clean

This last time I went the city of Colton turned off the electricity! Which I thought was crazy with how many people go there and all the frozen and refrigerated foods they have. The employees didnt know when the electricity was going to turn back on, so all the stuff everyone had in their cart had to leave it and exit the building which was inconvenient. They never know when this is going to happen if anyone is there and you see the lights start to flicker the power will probably be turning off in a few minutes.

Walmarts are all the same. Some have more room than others. So more items. This one was pretty large

Clean store and friendly staff. Shelves were well stocked, parking was not to bad. Has produce and mostly good selection for food stuffs. Shopping carts are on the older side, our had a wobble on the front wheel. All in all a decent shopping experience.

They have great products my only problem is that not all of the staff is good at customer service for example me and my sister went here and we asked this lady where the coconut flakes were and she brushed us off to a completely different direction of where the coconut flakes were but other than some of those type of workers more often than not the workers are very reliable and nice.

I went about 8:30 a.m. I was really impressed. Everything was well stocked. Everything was clean. It wasnt crowded. It was better than other Walmarts Ive visited before. I believe going earlier has a lot to do with it.

Good enough place to find what you need last minute, be careful though. Church people like to scout for new recruits here and can have you stuck in a conversation for good while.

Groceries and anything else. Its a decent store, typical on brand as big as an airport.Problem is: Customer service is quite low. Multiple employees trucked on past checkout lines that were 10+ deep, and past a 20 minute wait. Cashier apologized, but its a management issue. First time I have encountered this to that level, and having the employee walk past (repeatedly) was beyond annoying.There were 3 self check lines in operation, and one human cashier. Obviously a forced attempt to save money by elimination of jobs (simply because so many employees walked past and gawked at the lines).There *was* an abundance of people that day, all lines were crammed. Self check included. For the folks who required a human cashier (alcohol, other product, etc.) it was misery. Cashier said some employees hadnt shown up. But the employee gawkers told a different story.

This place is always busy, but Wal-Mart isnt. There is usually only two cashiers run lines and the self serve that goes super quick.

Older store, but good supply of items. No wipes available for carts, parking lot pretty dirty. Cashier was friendly.

Man, what an experience with MyMy today. Yes, that was the name of my cashier. She was extremely rude, and started laughing at me after the cat food bag broke, which wasnt even my fault. Part of the area where you put your groceries snagged it. But she thought it was hilarious that my day wasnt going so well. Now, I just got home, and my receipt is not even correct. She overcharged me. The manager, Joe, was very nice and helpful, but oh my, dont go to MyMy, because she is severely lacking in the customer service department, and she will overcharged you.

I went to one in Arizona and now in California. My car wasnt as clean as going to SuperStar Car wash. SuperStar car wash also provides cleaning towels to wipe your car down where the dryers cant reach. Quick Quack doesnt provide the towels.I would stay with SuperStar car wash but the closest location to where I live is 50+ miles away.

This place is great I like going to big Walmart

Hot in the store, especially when you have to wear a mask. NO available disinfectant wipes. DO NOT like being forced to buy toiletries in a corralled area while I still had other shopping to do. Long lines at registers with no relief. Low stock and nearly zero selection.

Security or someone shoulda been paying more attention to the lot. I end up having to brake a window to save a 3 year old from the heat. The mom was thankful. Maybe security needs a slim jim or somthing for kids being locked in cars and to pay attention for that kinda thing. Super hot lately and all

Nothing is ever Restocked, not as clean, some of the prepackaged fruit looks like its going bad and no one has pulled them off the shelf. The cashiers are nice at least but this Walmart sucks Im sorry it does.

This location ROCKS! The employees are very energetic and extremely helpful. The store is clean, its organized, and properly staffed in every department. That makes for happy shoppers and an overall pleasant experience. I was amazed at how quickly the checkout process went. This store is a great!

Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for assistance and each time I pushed the help button on the display theyll just turn it off. Each staff member I asked for help, just looked at us said Ill get someone and never came back. A young lady pulling a pallet jack walked by had to stop from what she was doing to see if she could help.

Went to get my oil change done while getting my shopping done. Very convenient. Store was stocked well and was able to find what was needed.

Im not sure why but this Walmart had a poor selection, items not properly marked on the shelves. They should probably work on their presentation and cleanliness.I do have one concern about all Walmarts. Isnt it ironic that all the labels for all products are marked very small, hard to read/see and at times items are not properly placed on the shelves, so you cant tell the price of one item from another which causes in some instances for you to grab a product and pay a price for it that you truly didnt expect! When you have a lot of items we dont appear to recognize that added expense until after you inspect your receipt, most likely when you have returned Home 👀

They couldnt help me thats why the 4 stars. Maybe someone else had a wonderful day and got helped and give 5 stars but it wasnt my case. I dont like walmart anyways but I keep coming here lol. Nice staff tho

Very different than any other Walmarts. An i have been to at least. 1 or more in every state from Cali. To GA. The atmosphere was very unsettling cant really say what it felt like. Just knew I did not want to stay an shop at all. An Im known for being a big fan of this store!

This Colton Walmart location has been here since my childhood and it has always served the Colton community well. Every time I visit the employees are always working hard to keep product and displays updated and presentable. Product is almost always in stock and the store clean. I will say I wish customer interaction would improve. Because I do store reviews I always pay attention to store surroundings such as detail and I notice very little enthusiasm between employee and customer interaction. Its almost as if the employees here are too busy to provide the expected customer service. I see very little patience and almost never a smile. Again store management and productivity here are up to par and I have no complaints with that. Its just the customer service an interaction the I feel can use improvement. As a former Walmart support manager I know that customer service and interaction is the highest priority in any business. I like this Walmart and I hope one day soon I can rewrite my review with a 5-star rating. Until then keep up the good work 👍
