I enjoy Cold Stone ice cream, but today I decided to get a milkshake. My milkshake was average, it wasn’t as good as the ice cream I usually get at cold stone. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my visit.

It is always a delicious, sweet treat to stop at Cold Stone.

As always cold stone never disappoints. Everyone always leaves happy. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is great. Enough staff working g to keep the line moving along at a good pace. We like this location.

I’ve had two ice cream cakes here and I’ll be honest that they are the best ice cream cakes I’ve ever had! They are pretty expensive but the quality is well worth it.The only reason I give this place 4 stars is that they only have a few ice cream flavors to offer (11-12) and the scoop size is not as plentiful as other ice cream places.I would pick up another ice cream cake here for a birthday, but I would go elsewhere for just ice cream.

We ordered a cake for my sons 7th birthday. We had a little mishap but I called the store and the girl on the phone was amazing! She handled the situation and made our sons birthday a great day!

She was great with my gluten free. But as far as clean theyre way off !!! Almost all Napkin holders was empty and table was either dirty , messy or the floor by the tables was.... Ppl was eatting in their cars ...

My wife and I went to this ice cream shop tonight and had a good experience. The location is convenient, parking is somewhat limited and tight, the shop is decorated nicely inside and out, there is limited seating, they didnt have the specialty ice cream combo I saw on the coldstone website (this is the second time this kind of thing has happened), the employees were average, our ice cream orders were delicious, but EXORBITANTLY expensive.

Horrible service! I placed an order at 7:25 and I’m still waiting at 8:41 they obviously don’t know how to handle orders properly. You need new staff. I will never go to this location again!

We got the new peanut butter cup ice cream. It comes in chocolate cups like a cup cake would have paper. They come in a box of 6 like cupcakes but they are ice cream. Omg freaking fantastic. Soo worth the price. The employees were happy and friendly. Definitely going back.

They need to list their hours more clearly. Weve come and its been closed more than once now, and the food is expensive for what you get.

I wish you had a variety of sorbet. You only had one flavor. If you had more you would get 5 stars from me lol there are lactose intolerant people consider them more please!

I admit, I have a Cold Stone addiction. The rich dark chocolate ice cream calories are all worth it though (lol, for this chocoholic) and the customer service at this location is exceptional! The employees I’ve dealt with are all so kind and help to make it a great experience.

Haven’t been to Cold Stone in forever! We got the Mud Pie Mojo and Birthday Cake Remix. Both were tasty, and huge portions. Yummy waffle bowl, but they were out of the chocolate ones. Also out of hot fudge, but it’s National Ice Cream Day-I totally understand! Thanks for the BOGO coupon! $8 for two huge ice creams in waffle bowls with the coupon. Great deal!

Omg this place is delicious and the reason I can’t lose this last 10lbs, 😝it’s my only weakness. We go at least 1x a week, I love the chocolate cake batter with brownie, bananas and almonds. I always get a “love it” size but they always dig in there and end up making it a “gotta have it” size. It’s so creamy and scrumptious. Most of the time the people that work there are really nice. You may get the occasional rude person but most of the time they are all really nice young people working. Even if the customer service was awful, which It ISNT!!! I would still drive the extra way to get it! We live right by Josh and Johns and we never go there, we drive the 20 minutes to get cold stone. 😋

Bailey was fantastic! There was a pretty long line when we came in but she made sure to make us feel acknowledged and welcomed! I wasn’t sure what ice cream to get at first, but through her ice cream consultation, she helped me pick out the perfect ice cream with yummy mix-ins! I was so thankful to also see how everyone working was wearing masks and practicing social distancing during these scary times! Bailey was the definition of customer service, and I hope she knows how special she is!! We need more Baileys in the service industry!

The legos were super cute! Haven’t been to cold stone in awhile but decide to treat ourselves... ice cream was yummy as always!!! Floors were a little bit sticky which drove me crazy but over all yummy ice cream!

Cold Stone is the best ice cream in town! You can tell its made fresh each day, and there are so many delicious options for ice cream flavors and mix-ins - theres something for everyone. The ice cream cakes are unbeatable!

This is a great place for a little treat! Its fun to be able to mix in different kinds of fruit, candy bar pieces, and nuts. My kids love going here, and for an occasional treat, its alright, however, I feel its a bit overpriced. The prices begin at $5 for a small, I admit, it is a good portion, I personally just think a bit too much.

I arrived at the store to pick up my cake, when I spoke to the lady at the counter she said my cake had to be fixed and that I would have to wait. I sat down where I had a view of the back. The was a lid dropped on the cake the icing was redone but very very poorly where I could see part of the cake, it was not smooth, and they didn’t redo the edging of the top. The writing was also very sloppy and not worth the $60 I paid. I would recommend going to Dairy Queen

These young people are working during a pandemic and working very hard. With cut hours and incresed online orders, its not shocking that theyre incredibly stressed and occasionally mess up. Im just happy someone is open to give me some good ice cream

My wife and I have gone here for a few years without any issues. However, when I ordered two ice creams, I walked into the store at the time they said it would be ready, they told me they were behind and busy. No worries, I waited about another 5 mins got the ice cream and left. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong ice cream, my wife’s was fine. So I go back into the store and one of the three servers is just talking to her friends while the other two are actually working (“so busy”). After 30 seconds I get her attention and tell her they gave me the wrong ice cream. She brings the supervisor over, who tells me that I have to pay again for the correct ice cream. I remind her that they are the ones who messed up the order, I didn’t order the incorrect ice cream. She insists that I have to pay again for the correct ice cream. I said forget it and left. What kind of customer service is that?? We won’t be going to Coldstone again.

I dont know why I keep trying, every time I order from here I get the wrong size. Ive easily wasted $40 at this place with them just messing up the order every single time. Its always melted all and leaking. Im giving up on it ever being a good experience

If you want people to order online that’s fine but don’t leave ice cream on the counter to melt while you make other like is this for real I have a pint of milk soup.

Theres nothing really special about the flavors. I can find better tasting ones in grocery stores. Its the act of going to an ice cream parlour that brings enjoyment for me.Am never going back to this creamery, very unappetizing. I admit we got there 10 minutes to closing time and they already started cleaning. I should have listened to the voice in my head saying its probably not safe to eat their ice cream. Sure enough, I had diarrhea. Never going back there for sure!

Great place with a lot of character. Ice cream ACD other treats are always really tasty. I have 2 complains that are holding me back from giving it 5 stars. First, there is just not a whole lot of seating or seating for more than 4 people in a group. Secondly, their smallest size is too big in my opinion. I always end up throwing some away. But overall, a good place to have dessert

I love cold stone. The environment and the employees are always so kind except for one time but other than that they are so welcoming. the ice cream is amazing and i love going there on hot days. One thing though is that i don’t think it’s okay for employees to work when they’re high... you could tell that one employee today was extremely high by how blood shot her eyes were and how she was acting. Of course all of them were kind, especially the one lady in a blue shirt i believe. she was absolutely amazing and smiled at us and welcomed us kindly. I don’t believe that the high employee has anything to do with the business. i don’t believe that the boss knew about this but i do believe it should be addressed as it is a food place, it makes me question whether she was smoking in the back or if she came in like that. other than that i always have amazing experiences there and of course i will still come back

With almost limitless options you can make your icecream creation whatever you want it to be! Can get a bit crowded but worth it. Staff are nice and the prices are worth it. Would recommend

I love coming here! Even when theyre super busy they always engage you and are always super awesome! The ice cream is always good of course and the customer service is always on point!

Great ice cream with a great variety. However, almost every time I come here, they make at least one mistake with the ice cream, and then throw it away! I believe that many of the employees need better training. Despite this, the last time we went, the employee was really nice and very competent.

I needed a last minute Petite Cake for my husbands Birthday, I called in the evening needing the cake the next day, I was amazed at the wonderful young lady, Bailey who assisted me on the phone, she was friendly, helpful and polite! She helped me put together a cake and it was ready the next morning! Give this girl a raise!

How is it going for ice cream could be so frustrating? I asked for a cookies and cream milkshake it was re-done three times, to still get it wrong. Left with a chocolate milk instead of a milkshake. And even thou the girl working was nice her coworker kept smirking and making comments. Very unprofessional and the worst milk shake.Excuse me while I put my milkshake in the freezer for a few hours to at least make a slushy.

It’s good ice cream, there is no denying that. I had cake butter ice cream with brownie mix and it was like no ice cream sundae I’d ever tried before. Worth a visit and try their unique ice cream!

The ice cream here is legendary. Its a make your own ice cream kind of place (in the sense that theres different flavors of ice cream and you can choose multiple ones at a time.) If you live near, I would HIGHLY recommend going here. If I could, I would rate 10 stars. Probably more.

I feel like they often forget to switch their “open” sign but other than that they have great ice cream. I really love he chocolate ice cream with brownies in it. I also love that you can get one topping with your order. I have been craving cold stone since the last time I went.

Had been craving a Cold Stone love it size sweet cream for quite some time. Perhaps my craving expectations were a bit much. The ice cream had little flavor compared to what I recall. Even a mix in of health bar did very little to improve the taste. Sadly disappointed. Not a good value for the buck! Make that $6.60 plus tax!

Came in with two children around 3:30 and was completely disgusted with the staff on hand. The girl at the counter walked away from the counter when my 7 yr old son was trying to order ice cream. This same girl then let two other customers cut in front of him. As a parent, trying to teach my children what is right and wrong it is extremely difficult when a twenty something woman cant even apologize for poor customer service without an attitude. Yes, I called her out and asked for a manager, but not surprisingly, she told me she was the manager. Why is a child managing an eatery!?I am done with this location.

Tonight we went and there were 3 girls working. They couldnt be bothered to interrupt their conversation to take our order. They move in a pack and clearly their social life was WAY more important than cleaning. That place was FILTHY.

Completely ruined my wifes birthday! Called several days in advance to special order a birthday cake with my wifes favorite combination. Showed up to pick it up before the party and they didnt have the cake. They went and got a regular cake out of the cold case and tried to tell me it was my cake, but it was clearly not decorated as I requested. They tried to tell me they were pretty sure it was my cake but incorrectly decorated. Wen I asked what was in it, they told me ingredients that were not what I requested. I told them I didnt want it and they just shrugged. No apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. I had to go to the party with no cake. Youve lost a customer for life.

Niece took me here for a treat. And what a treat it WAS!!! Wow, their oreos and cream shake was mouth-watering. Strawberry shake super tasty, and the staff was very friendly!

The ice cream cakes can’t go wrong here.

Expensive, but thats to be expected with this company. Ice cream is good. Dipped cones/bowls are terrible-- tastes like waxy chocolate youd find from the gas station packaged mini donuts.And the store itself decides to close at various hours, regardless of their marked hours. Ive worked in food/beverage, and I have always hated when businesses do this, both as an employee and as a consumer.

Cold Stone Creamery is a very good place to get ice cream. There are options to add mix-ins to customize your ice cream further and you can also choose additional items like a dipped cone or shake. The quality of the ice cream is very good. The only downfall is the price. It is nearly $4 for a small container of ice cream with one mix-in, which only lasts for a few bites. If prices were lower or they offered more reasonable discounts/deals, then it would be worth a 4th star.

Good ice cream, services all provided by teenagers with their 1st job. You already know what thats like. Inconsistent as far as who you deal with but over all its just ice cream and who doesnt like ice cream.
