Great place to get ice cream with tons of flavors. My wife and I actually left another ice cream shop to go here in order to find a place with more flavors. We were not disappointed! Clean atmosphere and the staff was attentive. No complaints here!

Team members are always soooo super nice every time I come in ! The boy helping me out this evening was awesome and felt like he was going above and beyond for us!

The girls working were pretty helpful-one girl making our USS Butterscotch was especially nice. Out of whipped cream, and out of waffle cone “sails” for the Stranger Things sundaes. But they worked with what they had...They need better bags and containers for to-go ice cream. My banana splits were leaked out all inside the bag, and I live 5 mins away. Also the cookies were literally hard as rocks, even warm they weren’t even kind of soft. They need a better way to store them, because they’re exposed to air getting stale all day. Expensive!!!!

I didnt get their names the three 2 young people tonight did a great job. Lots of people many of us in groups of 3 or singles with multiple orders.They had great attitudes, efficient and professional.I hope everyone remembers to be nice to them.

As usual, every time I visit, the ice cream is delicious! However I want to take this time to thank the amazing staff who helped me. I had 3 orders I was getting and they were friendly and quickly helped me get them all together. They understood what I was asking for and how I wanted each order and that is the awesome level of customer service that makes me come back every time! Thank you so much! Awesome job!

Great ice cream

Service was fast. But the guy that was working, has a nose piercing, kept touching his nose piercing, wiggling it in his nose and putting hair behind his ear. And when it was time to serve the ice cream he didn’t wash his hands or even put on gloves. You’ve got to be aware of what you are doing working in food service.

My experience at this Baskin Robbins was out of this world all thanks to the amazing customer service from Way! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a bright smile as Way asked me how my day was and what ice cream I would like. She made my day with her amazing service and her excellent ice cream scooping form. Not only was the ice cream undeniably scrumptious but the service from Way made my day. A complete 5 star experience if I do say so myself!🥑

I hadnt been to a BR in about 25 years and it did not fail me! I absolutely loved the people working there and the fantastic ice cream. The chocolate waffle cones are amazing!

Exceptional customer service. Young lady that served us was super pleasant, great big smile and wonderful personality. Its Baskin Robbins Ice Cream so thats always a winner. But this location scored on charisma.

Always the best service!!! They make you feel like the days when Baskin Robbins just started out. They are so attentive, offer tasting samples and they take their time in the perfect scoop instead of just slamming it in a cup or cone!

Went in tonight and asked for a Reeses sundae with no whipped cream or cherry. The lady said you want just a scoop of Reeses ice cream? I said no a Reeses sundae and she was like yeah just with the party on top? I said I guess. She went to grab a small cup and I said wait I thought it came in a tall cup? And the lady working with her corrected her and said its a sundae. She goes oh. Then when I get it theres literally no hot fudge on it. I mean its pretty common sense that most sundaes have fudge on them. She could have been new, but she was being pretty rude. Bad service and over priced, but love the ice cream.

I called the store at 935pm when i was about 10 mins away to make sure they were open and asked if i could place an order to pick up, I was told by the guy who answered to, call Back in about 3-5 minutes because im doing a doordash order. I was slightly confused and asked if they would be open when I got there to which he said yes we close at 10, just hang on a bit Im almost done with this order. Then put the phone reciever down on the counter. My phone was at 3% so I hung up since I was almost there, i pulled up to the store at 945pm, and the doors were locked, as I pulled away, the only guy in the store started dancing as his coworkers laughed. That Is so disrespectful and definitely not the 1st time i have tried to get shakes from this location with something like this happening. The last time i went, they told me at 935 that they were out of the stuff to make shakes. I used to love baskin Robins, however after this interaction neither me, or the other occupants in the car tonight will be returning and i will be sharing my experience with this location with others as well.

I love this place! Every time I go in the people are friendly and the service is fast. Ive ordered multiple cakes for special events and each one has looked amazing and the best part is of course that they are made with Baskin Robbins ice cream and that cant be beat. Ive heard that the store is under new management and it seems to me that they are doing a great job. Cant go wrong with B&R!

I called at 935 to confirm store was open till 10. The guy said yes, I asked if I could place an order. He said he was to busy to take my order. I showed up 7 minutes later at 942 and they had locked doors. The workers inside then laughed at me. Will never return to this location!

The service here was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The two girls who were working there tonight need to drastically readjust their attitudes. I say this as someone with 10+ years in customer service. I get it. Sometimes, you just dont want that next customer to walk in. Its your job, but some days you just want to walk out. I really get it. That being said, the way those two employees acted was WAY out of line. Im usually very understanding and calm when it comes to rude customer service, but rude doesnt even begin to cover how these girls acted. I wont be going back to this Baskin Robbins.

Best ice cream in the area short of making your own. So many tasty flavors.

Small store front, seating inside. Ice cream was great! Large selection of cones and toppings as well as smoothies, banana splits, shakes, etc. Has a fridge with take home selections. What more could you ask for in an ice cream shop except for maybe some more seating options.

Icecream was good, place was clean, and the staff was amazing. The staff are ready to serve you but only thing I didnt like was their prices. You pay for a cone and pay for each scoop of icecream. The pricing is very high but besides the price everything is great.

Wide variety of different ice creams, they have my special on German chocolate cake this month, but the prices are a little bit expensive. tThe customer service ladies were very helpful, very cheerful, good at what they did.

Walked in at 9:40 wasn’t greeted at all. And when ordering was giving attitude. After we paid for our ice cream as we are sitting down she tells us with attitude “we close in 5 minutes” as she stood there looking at the clock it’s 9:59 and she says it’s 10 I have to quick you guys out. I’ve worked in fast food and I know I can lock the doors so no one else can come in. But I have never been able to kick someone out because it’s closing time.. I was under the impression you close when the customer leaves. Won’t be coming back. The only reason I gave one star was because of the ice cream.

Both young ladies and the guy there tonight (8/12/17) were awesome! Helpful, funny, and really kind to me, my girlfriend and my son. The ice cream was great as usual, but the customer service earned this review.

Friendly staff. Run down location, weird bathroom setup, not accessible design. Always wondered why BR has no drinks other than smoothies (Not really smoothies, not healthy stuff) and milkshakes. The drinking fountain made me think of middle school. But ice cream is good, staff is nice.

My family and I never go out to basking robin maybe once every 2 years just to celebrate really special occasions. Today was one of those days we came as a treat for my son. And just so happen we have promo codes from T-Mobile so we were excited about this experience. But ice cream is just not that tasty when service is bad. Our entire experience was ruined from a young worker there today. I personally work in customer service too, I get u have probably been busy (believe me i work every close by and Our store most likely gets more customers).We ordered kids scoops on cones. We got single scoops which we had to pay more for. (Not what we ordered). They were also poorly made, not pushed down at all just one scoop sitting at the top of the cone. My husband asked for my 5 year old scoop to be remade because we figured it would probably fall. While being rang up taegan gave us a lot of attitude. My mom paid first, had to ask 3 times for a receipt..finally got it with an free eye roll as well not to mention a lot of sassy sounds. My transaction was next so I asked taegan if she didn’t like her job? Because it seem like she did not want to be there, she replied with some sarcastic I love my job.Overall horrible attitude!! Then to top it off my daughter had her scoop fall just as we got in the car. Since it was just placed on top.I did order a 3rd scoop for myself since it was a rare occasion for us to go out for ice cream. I specifically said kids scoop to insure I was charged correctly. I’m assuming the other lady was the manager she seemed nice said she would com the last scoop since she noticed her coworker not being very pleasant. Overall we left with a bad taste... I appreciate the attempt to reverse our experience but sadly this experience halted our celebrations. If you need a breather to gather yourself please take one for the sake of the customers. I would rather wait in a long line with good service that be treated like a got a free cone (T-Mobile cones were not free) and horrible customer service.

The workers there are so nice! They even allow dogs to come in. Also the know exactly what theyre doing and always smile. I definitely recommend coming here for ice cream. Its so delicious!

They close at 10pm..my granddaughter and I just finished painting...pulled up 12 min before closing...one young man said..we are closed SORRY. WISH I could leave my job early when I felt like it

The kid Hayden behind the counter was the nicest kid I’ve ever met, even 20 minutes until closing time he held his professional attitude and served me with respect

Went in and got 2 cookie sundaes. Both of our cookies were hard considering they were supposed to be Warm Soft Cookie Sundaes. Might have just been a bad night so I may go back and try again.

Nice place for a Shake using different ice cream than everywhere else. A bit pricey for shakes though.

Google Maps and the sign on their window say theyre open daily until 10 pm... I walked up at approximately 8:55 pm and their door is locked. Employee inside opens the door and said he decided to close early. Its frustrating to go out of your way to get some ice cream only to find out they dont honor their posted hours. Would not recommend.

I love ice cream.31 flavors used to be my favorite.but they have gone down hill.they probably dont even carry 31 flavors anymore.i went in for a scoop and they were not a happy bunch in there.not rude.and not nice.just there.i payed way to much,for a soggy. 3/4 of a scoop.

Looks a bit run down inside but the service was good.

The owner of this store harasses people that come into the shopping center randomly, if you do so regularly that makes you more of a target. He tries to have cars towed for being parked say at Starbucks as an example?He stalks people in the parking lot that he thinks should not be there waits out near by so when you come out he tries to tell you that you cannot park there or that you cannot be in the shopping center?He is threatening and that I know of has even gone as far a calling Klaus towing who comes out and puts stickers all over peoples cars and then when you call them asking why did they do that, they threaten people with physical violence and that they are going to what would amounts to steal your vehicle if you park in the center again?He also tries to trust pass people that come to the center regularly like if you go to Starbucks or McD regularly he wants to trust pass you and will even go as far as to call the cops on people who he thinks should be allowed in the center?In other words this guy is a nut job!!!

Sad that they wouldnt pack me a fresh quart of ice cream without charging $3 more for it. Its already $7 for a quart which is more than twice what it is in the store. What a rip off I feel like

I went in to buy 2 cakes for a Birthday party we were already running late to and they were extremely packed with some sort of middle/highschool girls sports team, which is great just super packed, hard to walk through but my issue was that the gal running the register was not willing to write simply Happy Birthday said name doesnt even have to look great just need it!! She said I cant... I said you cant? She replied right Im not a cake decorator and theyve left for the day so yea I cant... So I kinda dumbfoundidly said well can u hand me the frosting and Ill do it and she said no you cant and so I asked if the co-worker helping other customers were capable of writing on the cake and she said no but hold on.... So I began looking up other locations that would be able to write on a bday cake for me, again, nothing fancy, didnt care if it had looked as tho my 4 yr old had written it I just needed it on there someway!! The coworker that said no hold on asked me if Im ready to pay and I said hold on Im trying to find a location to write on a cake oh I can write on it for you!!! oh!!!!?? You can??? Really?? Oh ok great! So she luckily allowed my review to get from -5 stars to 3 stars!! Even if you just act as tho ur trying it looks as tho you care! But to just say no flat out nothing I can do for you when in fact survey found that was a lie!! Plus for $50.00 worth of cake it wasnt very good!! At all!! Super bummed about this trip at that location!!! 😞
