Wow - they are so helpful here! Need oddball parts? Large plumbing fixtures? They have it all in this huge store. Steve was super helpful finding a piece I needed, after they had closed for the day. I was in a few minutes before they closed, but they stayed to help us and they offered us sodas as well! Im shopping them first for any plumbing need I have.

Great company that treats their employees wonderfully. To bad they are getting bought by another company. Odds are the new company wont care as much about the employees. Time will tell but their medical benefits were amazing. Sad day for the workers I feel.

We were advised to go to Rampart Supply for some bathtub/shower fixtures that we needed for our bathroom rebuild. When we got there we talked to the receptionist about what we needed, which were some specific internal parts along with our fixtures, and she politely directed us to the showroom. Once in the showroom we were greeted by an associate and when we asked her about the parts we needed she had no clue what we were referring to and referred us down to the parts department. Once there we waited a considerable amount of time before being assisted but once we were the associate Lawrence was very helpful. Unfortunately we had to go back down to the showroom where they should have put our order together then come back to them to check out. Back down to the showroom we were assisted by a really helpful young lady named Katie who answered all our questions and then some. We got what we needed and was very pleased with the price.

Had to purchase replacement valves for our tub and was told to go to Rampart Supply... the visit started off on the wrong foot because when I asked a technical question about the type of valve needed the sales women told us to go to the other end of the store. We were helped by Lawrence who confirmed we needed to return back to the show room and that a sales associate would be able to pair the valve we needed with the cosmetic look... we returned back to the show room and was meet by Katy Temple who not only understood the valve needs but was able to help us locate the cosmetic look my wife wanted. Katy also took the time to educate us on the various product features and showed us a few things we had not even considered... Due to Lawrence and Katys service we will return back when we replace the toilets and remodel the second and third bathrooms. I would highly recommend this location over lowes or home dept.

OTR Driver here. Truck entrance here is Union Blvd to via Leleray St. to where driveway opposite of Tweed St. is, follow this drive and it takes you to the behind store truck docking area, smaller area for 53ft van/truck/w sleeper. Do not enter off of Union at the plaza front entrance as you cant make the turn to get to the truck dock. Slide tandems all the way to the front and you can avoid a blind side back at docks, its a tighter dock area due to all the plumbing stock around dock area. Friendly employees, unloading good. They also get the contractor 4 wheeler cargo vans showing up at dock area to pickup their supplies. OVNP only when their closed.

Ive no complaints, only complements. Lots of people come to Rampart and plenty of amateurs like me. With photos and a description they guided me and I complete all my jobs.

I have witnessed price-gouging before but not like these guys. They wanted $76 for a part that is $41 at Ace and other competitors...and even cheaper online. I really want to support the local companies but they really have to do their part of remaining competitive. We had a showroom appointment. Frankly the person couldnt be bothered. She didnt introduce herself. She was largely silent and didnt even make an inquiry as to why we had the appointment in the first place. Lastly when we asked about the free standing bathtubs she gave us a brochure on one of the products stating they are the lowest priced starting points. We never mentioned pricing or budget, she made an assumption I guess. The brochure was one product. She didnt offer variety or any other options. What a waste of our time. We are doing a major bathroom remodel. I guess we need to maybe go direct to the manufacturer.

I had a little 3rd of July Emergency when most places are closed and rental companies are taking the day off...I called the Emergency line and within 15 minutes Jacob was out to open up the shop for a small fee of $50. He was very patient, he was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure that by the time I left I had every tool necessary to complete my job. When I got back to the job site, I was able to plug and play and the problem was resolved in under 10 minutes, (looked good) and then I went home lol. Happy 4th my Rampart Supply Heroes!

The showroom is great.CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS! We went in knowing what we wanted for our bathroom remodel but didnt give us any information regarding the pricing or a list of things we wanted....NOTHING.The SALES GIRL was not really into her job...obviously! She stated that they would get the bid to our contractor.NOT DONE, they cant even find my information in the system and I dont have a common last name like Smith.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Great service! Had what I needed but it was more than twice what I thought it should have been.

After reading all the great reviews about customer service decided to give them a try with a plumbing problem. I explain thed problem to the clerk he told me he couldnt help me. It seemed as though he just didnt want to be bothered. I left and went to home depot got all the help and parts I needed. Say what you will about big box stores but I have always had a great experience there. I will not be going back to rampart supply ever.

Super Helpful!!! We had just finished a major renovation project and needed one piece to finish up our bathroom. The contractor threw the old piece away so all I had was a picture of the old set up and Caleb was able to quickly identify the brand and model of exactly what I needed to get. Not doing the repair myself, I was looking for a piece that needed to be replaced on the faucet. Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, and ABC Plumbing had me doing the buy and return thing ...I went to Rampart...the staff was so friendly and efficient, and the other customers were very happy with the service and prices...they found exactly what I needed. So glad I found them!!!

Great selection of bathroom designs in the showroom, but prices definitely are high. Really appreciated their customer service, though, when we received an incorrect item for our order--although the item matched the final, approved order paperwork, somewhere an error had occurred in that this was not the original item I had selected. However, Pam and Becky worked very hard to resolve the issue and make sure I received the correct item, even though we had inadvertently approved the incorrect item on the order. While the problem affected our project timeline significantly, I really appreciate the actions they took to make things right. Exemplary customer service--thanks very much!

Very good under the circumstances

Ive gone to Rampart a couple of times to get parts for small household plumbing jobs and both times it was a great experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful that it makes you wish every business was run as well. They dont try to upsell me, they try to find the cheapest solution to my problem.I will always go to Rampart for my plumbing needs. They almost make it fun to have to buy plumbing parts. Almost.

The best place in town for plumbing supplies! I had an obscure plumbing fitting from my RV that could be found nowhere. The people at Rampart immediately identified the part and told me how I could fix the problem. And they also had the parts to fix it! Way to go and thanks.

I had a very odd 50 year old valve to replace. They said they didnt have that exact model but after looking for 30 mins they found an old demo version of something that looked like it. I asked how much and they gave me the valve for free because they werent sure if it would work. It worked like a charm and they gained a customer for as long as I live here.

Very nice people working the counters, but they sold me a $78 part that I found on amazon for $24 and home depot for $38. I understand running a business but that mark-up is unreasonable. I called and talked to them, to ask for a partial refund, and was told I could return the part; which would require me to wait for the part to be delivered, regain access to the clients home, de-install the existing part, and drive it back to the store where i purchased it for a refund. I feel it would have been better to just refund me some of the money, but instead they decided to make things difficult. I will be taking my business elswhere and suggest that all people with a respect for hard earned money do the same.

Wonderfully place. Very polite stuff. Respectfull of Military. Very good prices. Especially Matt who helped me to find a part for pressure reducing valve that every store in Colorado Springs did not carry. This store did but was hard to find however Matt did search for it and found it. I was very happy with whole experice starting from polite front desk to everyone in the store. Also Matt was very diligent and made sure new part fit my pressure regulator. Was able to replace presure regulator that same day. All works well and no leaks. Highly recommend this place.

The people working in the showroom as well as in the parts & tools store are very knowledgeable and quite helpful! Sometimes they are sooo busy and the line is long enough I sometimes think about going back later, but I never do cause the line goes down so quickly theres no need to leave & go back a different time.
