Terry was awesome! BMC built custom French doors for my basement quickly, beautifully and at a great price. I paid less than half what Home Depot wanted to charge and couldn’t get to me for 10-12 weeks. I ordered the doors through BMC on a Monday and picked them up on Friday. I love these guys and will definitely use them in the future.

I have mixed feeling about this BMC location. I have had interactions with some employees who seem to be very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. But I was headed here today and as I was driving by the back of the building to head up front I noticed two of the employees outside smoking a joint (it smelled VERY strongly). During my previous visits I have noticed some of the employees smelling strongly of alcohol and/or marijuana but thought maybe this is something that would be handled by the manager, but time after time I go back and those same employees are still there smelling the same.I thought much higher of this company and would have hoped that dealing and smoking marijuana on the companies time and on company property wouldn’t be allowed. I have no desire to be involved in company/employee business but it just shocks me that management allows this behavior!

They have a horrible driver employed by them, Ive tried numerous times to get back in touch with Josh about their driver trying to run me off the road multiple times and about the incident. I would strongly advise anyone who goes through this to call the trucking school to get info or trafficking to see if they will help. The incident happened on January 25th 2021 around 12:22 PM, side numbers on truck 385....72 the trailer license plate DNJ 604, this happened west bound on fountain Blvd, hwy 24, MLK bypass onto hwy 25 south.

I had a great experience with BMC. I called in asking about Amsco windows and was put directly in touch with Mike Thomason. I told him about my situation and with his experience he helped me find a solution that fit my budget. He asked for a few measurements and quickly placed the order. The process was smooth and the window was delivered quickly. Thank you very much mike for all your help!

Decent place to work was a temp for almost 6 months no job Offer.They hire people for the busy seasons and it’s the only way to get working there is through a temp staffing agency .Then they lay them off keeping the costs down.Over all a decent company but no honesty.Hope they can do a better job at hiring people on in the future.

I am in the market for some counter tops and made the mistake of contacting Jody for some information. I mentioned laminate, because I am in the beginning stages of my research on counter tops and their costs. Because I said laminate, she immediately assumed my price point was low. She completely insulted me by assuming I couldnt afford the type of products BMC sells. She never once asked for a price point or tried to explain the types of counter tops sold by BMC. Then she offered Chinese - put together yourself cabinets. I never even mentioned the need for cabinets. I am seriously taken back by that whole conversation. I will never purchase one thing from this store even though I could afford the highest end items they sell.

If your looking for employment I’d suggest find somewhere else if you get hurt they will replace you immediately when multiple people promised your spot back when your out for 3 days you’ll bust your behind every day you walk in but true colors come out when management turns their back on you very disappointed in this company

My wife went to BMC to buy replacement doors for our rental house. She walked around for about 15 minutes. No one in the place gave her the time of day. After talking to other people about that place, it sounds like that is the way they treat customers.
