This particular Home Depot has the best customer service I have seen, and it hasnt just been a one-off experience, this is consistently good. The people here at this location genuinely care about their customers. You might not expect this from a store on the east side of the city, but its true!They most recently helped me with a Milwaukee Rotary Tool exchange and it was so easy. Back to work!

This is really a review of the Tool Rental portion of Home Depot, though overall Ive had good experiences at this and the other HDs Ive visited. I needed a trencher to lay an irrigation line, and they had one available. The tool rental is located on the southeast side of HD. I dealt with one associate in the morning and another when I returned it in the afternoon. Both were very friendly and personable. The morning associate walked me through how to use the equipment, potential issues and how to return. He explained that I could call if there were any concerns. The equipment was well maintained and did exactly what I needed it to do. I was very pleased overall and highly recommend HDs rental services.

Shopping Home Depot is always a good experience. I almost always end up finding things I didnt know I needed, and thus buying more than I originally intended.This visit, one of the friendly customer service reps helped me order some florescent to direct wire LED conversion kits. This particular version is not (normally) carried in store. - Special order with free shipping direct to my house. - Big bonus. Whoop, whoop.Special mention for the paint department. They are ALWAYS very helpful whenever I have paint related questions or needs.Well stocked. Lots of hands-on displays. Good prices. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop!

Place is nice, it is corporate Home Depot. The employees are lazy. Most of the time in groups talking with eachother. They will walk by and not even acknowledge you like you’re not even there. You literally have to chase them down and ask for help, hopefully it’s their department. Good selection of items if you know exactly what you need.

Rented vacuum at the rebtal center. Chris gave great tips to make the job easier and my carpet now looks brand new. John helped me return equipment everything was a smooth process these guys are great and know there stuff.

We came looking for a paint pen and some mulch but ended up leaving with tools and plants as well! We easily found everything we were looking for. While we were looking at plants outside, my kiddo was digging in a plant pot trying to catch the caterpillars and an employee told us to hold on/stay there. My mom and I looked at each other but we werent going anywhere anyway because my kid was content naming and catching caterpillars while the men in our party shopped for tools. When the employee came back, he had a kid tool craft for her! It was so super sweet of him to give her a kit, it made her day! We ended up taking her to the park and putting it together.Home Depot, thank you for a great Saturday morning with the fam! Keep being great

Ridiculous, selected plywood and boards needed for a job, price confirmed by contractor over the phone and matched the price listed on the bay in which the items are pulled, get to register, and no one can figure out how to ring them up? On top of which, I was expected to go scouting around the store for prices, and she comes back with prices not even close to the correct prices listed, and tries to say it was my fault for not going with her to look??? Are you kidding me? Then she exacerbates an already tense and unpleasant experience by condescendingly telling me she “hopes my day gets better” - well I was doing just fine until I came into this Home Depot! What in the WORLD happened to this store? No one offers help, they are out of things constantly or they are “not available” either in store or online, and now, they have incompetence rude employees who clearly lack the ability to simply check people out without overcharging them and then blaming them for it on top of it. WILL NOT BE BACK. Lowes just earned my business.

Ive probably spent $50,000 here over the years.Maybe more than that.They usually have what I need, and the employees are generally polite and helpful (if hard to find at times).No, their lumber is not straight, but can you really find decent lumber anywhere?Ill keep coming. I do lots of projects.

I spend a lot of time purchasing tools and supplies from this store. And I will go out of my way to return because of the knowledgeable people here. Specifically Sam in Millworks. He has saved me an enormous amount of time and headaches when it comes to Windows and doors. Hes logical and down to earth with instructions on how tos. An asset to the company. I send all my friends to this store. Thanks a lot!

Best to call and ask questions before driving there , or ordering based off online in stock. Its never correct. But I like curbside pickup when I do order, theyre always fast and friendly

I talked to four people in the store, asking about the twine they use in the checkout area for people who need to tie down loose loads. None of the four made any effort to answer my question about where they get the twine. And they dont care that twine in the store. Id give them a zero for effort. Whatever happened to customer service?

Not a good location. Poor customer service and a lot of im not sure. Went looking for 3 items and only came out with 1. I was better off going to my local hardware store.

Awful experience. Told me they were on the way to deliver my washer and dryer. After 50 minutes I checked the tracking because no one showed up. It said unable to attempt delivery. Weird because no one came to my door. So my husband called the store and was told it’s because they weren’t able to get on base. We talked to them the day prior and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. So now they won’t deliver my washer and dryer and are telling me I have to come pick them up. Which means I have to spend even more money to rent a uhaul to come get them. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Today in Home Depot a Very kind and friendly Worker named Evelyn in appliances Help me To match paint For my garage door She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciate it. She was very nice I just would like to say to her thank you. Also a thank you to Scottie in the Paint Department.

Waited all day for the delivery of my freezer only to get notification that they couldnt deliver due to mud. Except there is no mud on my road or driveway. Pretty sure they just didnt feel like driving out to Calhan. Now I get to wait another 2 weeks and loose pay again to stay home and hope this time they have a driver willing to do his job.

We tried the curbside pickup, it was great, so quick and easy. No need to go into the store. Employee brought out our items in less than 5 minutes, he was helpful and friendly.

I hate going here and actually needing help. They always walk pass you when you clearly need help. Heaven forbid you ask for help no one ever knows where anything is and tell you that you have to just look around as they continueto walk pass you. So this just reminded me of why I stopped going here.

The choices to the product i was purchasing were slim. Normally a place like home depot would have a few other varieties but this one had a smaller selection.

Went to buy a shed found what we were looking for. It said complete. We asked for it to be delivered and was assured that it would be ready to be put together. After spending over 1600.00 We still had to spend 400.00 on floor and ceiling boards not to mention some of the boards that we received in delivery were warped and needed to be replaced not happy

I called the store because I lost my wallet. I wish I remembered which lady answed. I told her exactly where to look and the description. She put me on hold. NOT LONG ENOUGH TO LOOK! She gets back on the phone and tells me its not in that spot and nobody turned it in. I went back to this home depot and thank God it was in the spot I told her it was! She was laughing! Why that was funny to get is beyond me. What a jerk! I told 3 employees what had just happened. Everyone else was great except her!

I had to return some flashing this morning. No problem 5 minutes later I was in the garden area getting fertilizer.Great experience. Lots of good people.

I had an estimate for carpet replacement and was getting ready to go ahead and say yes to getting it done. After doing some research I decided to get another quote and thank GOODNESS I did. For one, Home Depot states that the installation is free as well removal of the carpet. They just increase the cost and double up on their padding, and make it seem like you need way more carpet than what it is necessary.

How was Home Depot? Stocked. Pretty good help locating items. Seriously lacking a real person for check out.

Worst experience I have ever had. I was checking out with a dog and a 4 year old and I asked my wife if this Hoover vacuum was scanned. I ran back to get the price tag and asset protection employee stopped me and told me if I wanted to leave the store safely I had to sign something saying I took the vacuum. I asked to replay the tape. And he he got more threatening. I finally was worried form how those situation can be known Togo that I could end up spending a few hours sorting it out.So I signed this paper shakingly not knowing what it said and when we went to return our vacuum cleaner the gentlemen than harassed us saying I signed a future trespassing? Clause?Anyway we could have a small peaceful conversation with the supervisor because he came up behind us and was very distraught . He continued not to listen and once again what is said wasnt heard.We left the store with him yelling profanities in front of the customers .I will go out of my way to never go to Home Depot again.The take away is that the self checkout combined with the tenant waving and not doing there job combined with the asset protection guy that I said to him, very seriously and truthfully that I wasnt going to steel some vaccuum.This Created a terrible embarressment and the gentlemen when yelling at us when he saw that we went into make a formal complaint said you would not last one day in Afghanistan. The sad part I I didnt get a chance to thank him for his service and realized this guy is fresh out of war and mabye he needs some compassion but I told the supervisor just make sure that the self checkout employees does there job so that u dont loose employees while this guy gets his footing back at home.

This is my preferred home depot. Pro desk is open the hours they are supposed to be ,employees are knowledgeable. If not they do their best to find the best person ask without making you feel like your bothering them. Very helpful and friendly. I drive across town and pass other home depots to get my supplies here every day.

Beautiful house plants. Brought my Dad a fern and clay pot.

Asked for assistance on a product and waited 10min for no one to come. Asked again if anyone is going to come and waited a few more minutes and no one came. Worst homedepot Ive been too in a while. Saw so many workers walking around and not one asked if I been helped.

I had to wait 15 minutes to be help by an associate. After that, associate was very helpful.

I purchased some shelves online, and opted for curbside pickup. Follow their procedure and let them know Ive arrived via their web link. 45 minutes later, i walked inside to see whats going on. Im then greeted by a line of 10 customers waiting at customer service, while 1 person is working. I approached 2 of the employees rhay were standing around in a nearby aisle, and asked if there was anywhere else I was able to go for a pick-up,lm they both seemed highly annoyed that I disturbed them as one of them pointed at customer service and barked you have to deal with them and they went back to their conversation. Stand in line for 20 minutes and finally get helped. Im Im instructed to go drive down to the lumber area and my item will be down there. Drive down, wait another 10 min and finally someone brings my stuff out. So over an hour to use their convenient curbside pickup. This store is suoer disorganized and the employees are pretty rude.

I called to find out if a product was in stock and the associate who helped me in hardware not only confirmed that it was in stock but held it for me personally in his cart until I arrived to pick it up. Great customer service.

Helpful employees. Some of the same stock I saw at their closest competitor was priced a bit higher however they carried what I needed when the other only had it online.

The selection here in the garden center is phenomenal especially for Janurary, this store had 3x the garden supplies than the other Home Depot in Colorado Springs. The plants didnt seem the happiest and the lady watering them didnt seem to be watering them appropriately I noticed mold on a few of the plants here, but overall the prices here are great and again the selection is good if you are conscious of your purchases!

I bought a pricey refrigerator and was told it would take ten days to deliver it... On the delivery date... The delivery time came and went...zero communication from home depot... It took me nearly 3 hours of calling and texting to find out the truck had been delayed and would not be there... A wasted afternoon... They reset a new delivery date for two days later... But when the delivery guys got there... They discovered the fridge was not on the truck... And home depot had set a new delivery date for 3 weeks later... Without communicating any of this with me... By this point I was done... I asked for my money to be returned... As I wasnt waiting 5 weeks for my fridge... They refused.... But said they could squeeze me in and deliver my fridge in two more days... I reluctantly said ok... Two days later the delivery guys showed up and said they were ready to deliver my washer and dryer... Seriously, my paperwork showed i bought a fridge... Their paperwork said I had a washer and dryer... But after they looked into it... They discovered my fridge was on their truck... Then they said my steps were too scary and they could not take my refrigerator into the house... So they left it in the driveway... Leaving me to search for someone else to bring in my fridge, and buy a dolly to move it... Costing me a lot more money... I am so disappointed in home depot... Their missing paperwork, non communication, constantly changing delivery dates and refusal to actually deliver the fridge into my kitchen shows their incompetence and in my opinion laziness... I will not be returning to home depot... I will be buying all of my appliances elsewhere... I would ask for an apology... But not once was that offered...

I needed odd size carpet, but the store associates made my life easy by explaining how to make it work for me and cut it and wrapped nicely for me to carry. The cashier was so nice and kindly helped me. This surely made my shopping easy and made my day. Thanks Home Depot. Keep up the great work..

In and out like a breeze. I like the way the store is laid out now! Great job with flow! The aisles are mainly clear, there is plenty of lighting for tired eyes. Most importantly the associates are engaging and knowledgeable!

Picked up a Christmas for my son long wait at customer service only one person working when they have multiple boothes there and no employees but when I was leaving they got filled with employees.

Super helpful staff and informative venders!

Customer service is always under staffed and short with customers. Parking lot is cramped. Watched a customer service lady pick up the service phone for curbside and hang it up. It was the second time I called I walked in to see what the issue was with the phones. Turns out if they are busy the pick up and hang up.

Several disappointing experiences with HD... I order on line and advised 2-3 day pickup, once the order is confirmed then it becomes a 7-8 day pickup.... And last most recent a simple order where the HD says we have 71 cartons in stock so how is it I cant get a pickup today but it can be delivered to me in 8 days? ... Logistics?? Obviously, not HDs strong suit

Everyone was so helpful from the checkout people to the guys that helped me load 20 bags of mulch into my truck. Maybe it was the cane but I saw them helping everyone. Not at all like I experienced at Lowes just 2 days earlier.

This was an ok stop. They had all but 1 item I needed for my project. I am pleased with that. However, the cashier was quite slow, actually a sloth would beat her in a race. But it must have been the place that was good for her so I cannot complain.

This place is the king of work material they got your wood your metal your tools everything you need to build Mo cut saw take apart rebuild weld... All the way to your barbecue grill backyard patio and a hot dog on the way out.

Big box stores are often maligned for poor customer service. This store actually provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They couldnt even accept a cash payment. Best to avoid.

Rented a hammer drill from this Home Depot for a pergola project. Chick, one of the guys working, walked me through what I needed from beginning to end. Told me which concrete screws I’d need for the project, which drill bit to use and then of course showed me how to use the drill. I walked in there having no idea what I actually needed, and I left with everything to get my project done. Definitely recommend.

After a poor visit to appliance warehouse bought a range here they were very helpful

I have been going to this store for home improvement needs since I was very young. The level of quality of products and customer service has changed since then. Sad to say this isnt my go to store anymore after my last experience there. I find unusual that as a customer I have to walk around employees who stand in the middle of the way gossiping about there day. Even if you find an employee willing to help just know the attitude isnt going to be the greatest.

Great selection of items for work, repair, appliances and so much more. But Ill never understand why when you ask where something specific is to one of the team members, theyll say down aisle 5 on the right. Great, but aisle 5 has a million (not really) items to look through to find your particular product. Why not just walk a customer to the item and spare them the aggravation of searching for it. It may sound petty to some people but I think it helps both customer and Home Depot. 3.5 stars.

Wanted to buy a Milwaukee M18 trimmer kit but every single box is wired to the racks to prevent stealing and nobody is around to get them unlocked for paying customers. I guess they don’t like selling tools so I’ll go on Amazon instead
