My wife and I have been shopping for a new car for about a year. With the shortage of vehicles due to production or transport, we have been unable to find her car in the options she wants. We finally narrowed it down to the new Genesis G80 when my family told me to check into the Mercedes E-350. My wife and I stopped and had a salesperson that defies all labeled stereotypes that come along with the whole dealership experience. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and just down to earth respectful. Something you dont find too common these days. If I would have been able to order a 2021 E-350 that day, we would have. Unfortunately, we have to wait for the 2022 ordering info to come out. Hands down, Charles provided the best customer service we have experienced from any business, not just dealerships, in the last ten years.Thank you Charles for making a dreaded experience into an enjoyable, comfortable, and well informed visit. Had a great experience! Took my car in to get the transmission flushed and they were fast to schedule me and my car feels smoother than ever! I had reached out to Adam to get an update on my car while it was in the shop and he responded within minutes. Love the prompt service I received! The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I had my car appraised and as soon as the gentleman found out how much I owed and my negative equity he walked away. There was a car I was interested in and wanted to look at and felt like he didnt care to help me afterwards. I was disappointed in the fact that I was excited to see what they had on their lot and talk with a sales person about options.

We flew in from out of state to purchase a used BMW convertible. They had our car washed, polished, and ready to go. Upon arriving home, we discovered the brake rotors were not so good, and we had them replaced. We notified our salesman from Mercedes-Benz about the brake issue, and they reimbursed us! Great customer service.

I live 3 hours from Colorado Springs and the Mercedes dealer of Colorado Springs is the closest to my little town. Drew Adams, the salesperson, was fantastic, very professional, kind and sweet. He perfectly coordinated our schedule to do two test drives. Drew searched to find the exact car that I wanted and kept me updated very well about it. He made the process easy and I am very satisfied with my new Mercedes (300 GLC coupe 2021). Between 0-10 score, I would give 11 to Drew. He is awesome! I also would like to thank Reese, in the finance department, he made things flow smooth and easy (great communication).

Not at all pleased with the after purchase maintenance experience with this dealership. Finance manager sold me a windshield package coverage for 3 years when I purchased a vehicle. After owning the vehicle for 4 months we had an unfortunate road debris crack in the windshield. It has been nearly 2 months and many excuses later and they have still not replaced the windshield. They won’t return my calls and have cancelled on the repairs twice. Horrible service, horrible buying experience. I won’t be a return customer when it’s time to trade the vehicle.

Bought my 2011 Honda Pilot there. They said they did the 20 point Inspection and were nice and great helping me get the vehicle. That was December 23, fast forward to February 20 I got a slow leak in my tire. I took it to three different tire stores to ha e it fixed none would fix it as DOT regulations say the tires are unsafe and never should of passed inspection as one rear tire is a 2012 and the other is a 2015. I have tried to get Mercedes Benz to call me back or help me and they have bot given me any assistance except 2 months before I bought it they claim it passed inspection . I have bought all my vehicles from Phil Long Ford and the way I have been treated through this is is terrible.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Back in May, I went to this dealership to trade in my vehicle and sign a lease for a dealer demo Mercedes-Benz GLB 350. After test driving the car, I signed the paperwork quickly and at that point we went over the features of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have one of the features that I thought came stock. I asked if there was anything that they could do for me and they quickly shut me down saying that there was absolutely nothing they could do and they quite obviously weren’t willing to help me out. That was frustrating but I understand that I should have looked at the vehicle more before signing, that’s my bad. However, I do wish that they would’ve offered some sort of help to remedy the situation because we really did move very quickly through the paperwork process. I obviously had no choice but to let it go at that point.As part of the deal, they would be to paying off my vehicle, also a Mercedes, and their pay off would include the May payment. They assured me that absolutely my loan would be paid off in time and I would not have to worry about it moving forward. So in June, when my first lease payment was due, I realized didn’t have any information from Mercedes about how to pay my lease or even where. I checked my mail assuming it was there. In the mail, was a letter from the previous bank where I had my loan. I assumed that it was the payoff letter. Much to my surprise, when I opened the letter, I read that I was past due for May and June on my loan and that they were sending me to collections. I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs and told them that they had never paid off my loan and I asked him what was going on. They took about 4 hours to call me back and used the excuse of a change in manager. Then they decided to inform me there was a $14 math error on the lease paperwork and I needed to come back in and sign it. Additionally, they told me once I signed it that they would overnight the paperwork so that they could be funded and that they would pay my loan off right away. They overnighted the paperwork to me, and to get the paperwork in even faster, I drove back to Colorado springs from Aurora, where I live, to personally hand the documents to them so they could overnight it where it needed to go. That was on June 24, 2021. I again trusted in them to do what they say. In the meantime, I made a payment to my prior loan to ensure that it didn’t lower my credit. However, it was too late, this situation has docked my credit by almost 70 points. This company has not helped me with any answers as to why and they won’t answer the phone for me most of the time. If they do they tell me they’ll call me back in five minutes, and never call back. I have called at least 10 times in the last two weeks since I dropped off the paperwork and I have spoken to Tyler in finance one time, ONCE. When I spoke to him it was Thursday, July 8, 2021 he told me that he would call me back in a couple of minutes and I have yet to hear from him and it’s Sunday the 10th. My previous loan is still not paid off. I now owe for July AND Mercedes is now also saying my lease payments are also due since their paperwork is fixed!!! I have never received a phone call from Mercedes-Benz about any issues with my account. I have had to reach out to them every single time. They had no intentions of letting me know that there was a problem. I had to call myself to even get an answer from them at all. Do not do business with this company they are shady, lying, and non-responsive. If I could I would return my lease and sign somewhere else. This company is absolute trash!!! They are a disgrace to Mercedes-Benz name.

They were fast and easy to sell me a car and get my money but the salesman didn’t go through everything with me. I bought a 2018 Mercedes cla and he “forgot” to go over with me some important details about the car. I’m very disappointed on how he went about the situation when I brought it up. Nothing was offered to help to make the situation better other than “I’m sorry I should’ve mentioned it”If you buy from this location please make sure they go over everything and not fool you.

This is by far the best dealership Ive ever been to. They went above and beyond to make us happy finding the car with the options we wanted and shipping the car from another state. John was awesome and very patient, he spent hours searching for the car and then made the paperwork process very easy. Really worth the drive from Denver so dont waste your time at any other MB dealership.

We took our Mercedes in for the routine services and to have the sunroof fixed. $500 later, the only thing they did was a routine oil change. They did not air up the tires, did not tell us why the check engine light is on, did not change the air filter or cabin air filter, did not change the wiper blades, and did not fix the sunroof. $500 for a basic oil change and poor customer service.

I went to this dealer and test drove a brand new 2021 Benz. Seems like a good vehicle however reliability problems are self evident. The vehicle TEST DRIVE failed .... seems defective parts installed during a production run...SO I ran away! .... WHY? Because of the short warranty and I do not want to buy a lemon and get stuck with HUGE repair bills..Either that or the Maintenance department never performed QC test drive..

Last Saturday my AMG E series would not start after pumping gas on the north end of town. I called our salesman Jeremy Dezern, within 20 minutes he had a loaner car delivered and my wife continued our trip to Denver while Jeremy waited for the tow truck and his serviceman took my vehicle back to the dealership to work on it. They found evidence of the recent window tint installation with too much moisture to cause the antenna module and Key fob to short out and not communicate. They made the repairs Monday. On Monday they offered they to drive it to the Window Tint place and had them address a few quality issues in their installation. I picked up my car on Tuesday, the repairs were made, the window tint was corrected, and they covered it all under warranty. My car was absolutely spotless when I picked it up. None of this had anything to do with my car, but Jeremy, and Ruben in Service made it their duty to make all of this as easy on my as possible. In todays world exceptional service as this deserves applaud. These guys are the real deal ! All of this stems from the strong leadership team at the top. Since I first walked into this dealership, all of my expectations have been exceeded. Simply put, this has been, by far, the best experience I have had with any car dealership. Having lived in Colorado Springs for 45 years, I have heard stories of how poorly Phil Longs dealerships treated their customers. I thought going to a Mercedes dealership would be different. NOT! I am appalled at the poor treatment I have received from Phil Long Mercedes. I bought an $80,000 dollar car from them and the day I bought it, I had to wait an hour while they repaired some body flares on the side of the car that they said were just a little loose. Six months later those same flares on both sides of the car were again falling off. I brought it in for repair and they told me they would repair them but if it happened again it would be my cost because I was driving the car too recklessly and had cause them to become loose. Three months later they started falling off again and then refused to repair them and quoted me a $1000.00 repair to bring it to their body shop. I brought it to another Mercedes dealership and they fixed it at no cost and they said it was a shoddy design with only two clips holding on to the flares. They fixed them and 18 months later they are still fine. Three months ago the rear window on the convertible top started delaminating. I garage the car everyday but it sits outside in bad weather. I couldnt believe this was happening to a MERCEDES. It took them two weeks to get a new top and then it was the wrong one and they had to order a second top. When I got the top back they had damaged the switch that opens the top and the plastic over the switch was delaminating. Two other switches on the console next to the cup holders were stuck and not working intermittently. They refused to fix these stating that I must have spilled liquid on the switches and damaged them. Well, why design cupholders near switches that arent waterproof? I will take the car back to the other Mercedes dealership and I am sure they will fix the switches. Lesson learned....... Dont buy another Mercedes. Poor engineering and poor build quality. Second lesson..... Phil Long dealerships are all alike. Poor service. I will be posting my concerns on all the dental websites and calling the ADA and telling them my experience with their Mercedes partners. If you buy a car from Phil Long, expect to have a battle with them on them maintaining their warrantees.

I question the integrity of this business as my husband took our car to be serviced and it was ruined by hail damage. When the car was ready to be picked up, I received a message but at no time did any one at Mercedes-Benz Colorado Springs mention that our car had hail damage while in their possession. When my husband arrived to pick up our vehicle it took a long time before the vehicle was given to him. The service desk representative sent my husband the repair invoice electronically for him to sign before my husband received the key fob. When my husband finally received the key fob to the vehicle, he noticed the hail damage and asked the technician what occurred, the technicians response was Im just a technician. My husband and I spoke to the Manager/Director Scott. Scott was not apologetic for the carelessness of his employees. He told my husband and I that he can recommend an auto body shop that can fix the damage and I wouldnt have to pay the deductible. I asked Scott, you provided us with a loaner vehicle to use while ours was being serviced on your lot, if the loaner vehicle would have been damaged it would be our responsibility, how is this any different? The only response I received was youre right and then he stated we signed a waiver releasing them of any damages when we received our key fob. Quite honestly, Im applaud by the quality of customer service we received and the disregard to the damages on our vehicle. Mercedes-Benz Colorado Springs sells luxury vehicles but their integrity and customer service lack luxury!

John in sales found me what I wanted, took my offer and sold me the car. He was fantastic at coordinating the few things I wanted done and we made what we both thought was a very fair deal. Jim in finance was just as good, securing my wife and I a better than expected rate while being flexible in his back end products. I hate buying things but these guys made me happy I did business with them. Go see them, theyll do right for you!

I cannot even begin to tell you how bad the service and communication is here. We drove two of their cars for 15 DAYS while they worked on the deal. We ended up returning both and driving all the way to Denver to purchase a new Mercedes without any issue. The absolute WORST experience I have had at any dealership in my life. They truly do not care. We got pawned off by the sale man to the GM who when we returned the two cars and said we would buy elsewhere responded with do what you have to do. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I have had two vehicles serviced by Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs since 2016 and I can’t say enough about their service department. They have always taken exceptional care of me, explained what service is needed and why and always smoothly coordinated a loaner car for me. Today however was an experience I can’t say enough about... I blew a tire driving through a construction zone about 30miles away from the dealership just prior to their service department closing. Not only did they make sure it was safe for me to drive back to the dealership but they stayed late and the technician, Randy, even stayed late to mount the new tire for me. I commute about 100miles a day and a blown tire really puts a damper on my schedule and I can’t thank them enough for the exceptional customer service they continue to provide. Reuben, Adam and Ken always help me out!

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They had my 9 month old Mercedes for a total of 3 weeks and didn’t fix the problem and actually broke something that worked fine. Not only will I never go back, I’ll never buy a Mercedes again. It’s going to be Lexus for me from now on.

Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. We are now on our fifth Mercedes. Recently, while traveling from Castle Rock to Scottsdale, Arizona, the turbocharger on my wife’s GL 320 CDI went out. We were able to limp into Scottsdale where we found out that the repair would cost about three times the value of the car. We immediately began searching for a replacement vehicle. We came close to buying a car in Arizona until the dealer tried to rip us off by charging for a bunch of expensive add-on’s like window tinting that we did not want. We called dealerships all over Arizona but could not find a vehicle we wanted. I also called dealerships in Denver unsuccessfully. Since we live in the South part of town I thought I would try the dealership in the Springs. As soon as I explained to Brian that we were stuck in Arizona he went to work immediately. Not only did they find a car for us, but Christian the sales manager arranged to have a brand new loaner SUV transported almost 800 miles to Scottsdale for us to drive home and for our broken SUV to be picked up and returned to the Springs. It took several weeks for our new GLS 450 to arrive but it was worth the wait. It is just what we were looking for. We ended up with the car we wanted priced fairly. We were given a fair trade-in allowance for our old car plus a couple of other nice perks. But most importantly, the kind people at Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs got us home and our broken car returned to Colorado. We cannot thank Brian and Christian enough. Needless to say, we recommend them highly.

STELLAR! In 20 years of purchasing vehicles, I never had such as incredible experience as I did with Greg Horton, his floor manager Glenn Hamill, and their general manager Bill Stanton. Whats the worst thing ever in purchasing a car? Time sitting and waiting. Well, that didnt happen here. Theyre technology friendly, value the customers time, and are efficient. I conducted the majority of the transaction via text message after an initial phone call with Greg (helps if youre a current MB owner on file). Finance manager Jerry Garsez didnt fiddle-faddle around with paperwork and documentation. Email correspondence was seamless. BONUS... If you are a veteran, they take the time to square you away. Update 8/17Penelope emailed me and cc’d Ken to discuss what went wrong with my service visit. I called, left a message, and emailed her to let her know I tried to contact her. Her response was “ Hi Angel. Unfortunately I did not see your message. I am working both from home and the store today. I will check the messages when I get home. I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday.” I have not heard anything since. I stick to everything I said previously. Military beware!I will NEVER bring my car back here for service. They tell you one price and when you get there it’s $300 more. They fixed two other things just to tell me something else was the root of the problem. To me that sounds like they fixed random parts because they didn’t know what they were doing. I got my car back yesterday, not fixed by the way, and originally paid 894. I told Ken that that was not the price he told me and he only refunded me back $200 instead of the extra $262 that I was charged. I was so flustered that I gave ken $620 and he counted the money and didn’t even tell me. I didn’t realize until I left because I was short the cash that I had. I guess his conscience got to him because I just got a notification on my phone that he refunded it back a whole day later. I would not recommend this place to any soldier or you’ll run the risk of getting ripped off.

I am trying to buy a lexus from them.They basically offered me nothing for my trade when i should have had at least 1000-2000 in equity.. they are basically trying to rob me..on top of that.they are rude.. dont care that i need the car I have money and a trade.. Refused to run my application played games on the phone and offered to rob me basically. Im try to go sell my truck elsewhere to come up with cash to put down on the lexus i want...they have a lexus I want need badly and they dont seem to care...the men up there are aful

Everyone my husband and I dealt with are wonderful. Easy and painless auto buying is hard to find but they go above and beyond here. I am caregiver to my dad and they sent the paperwork to the house so I didnt have to leave. Greg Horton is the best sales person we have ever dealt with, this is our second time working with him. I can say that Brian (sales), Wil (Sales manager) and Jim (finance) are a world class team. They have sold me two Mercedes; the first one I was literally on I-25 driving to a dealer in Denver and they convinced me to come see them and closed the deal that day.Not your typical car dealer experience. Very relaxed no pressure very friendly.Today is my first experience with the service department and Adam is a great guy and everything is going well.I would not hesitate to recommend Mercedes-Benz of Colorado springs to anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes.

Hands down the worst dealership in Colorado Springs!My wife and I was looking for a car yesterday. We usually buy BMWs but my wife decided to give Mercedes a shot. We arrived at 11:00AM and was walking around the lot to see their cars (rougly 10 minutes), NOOOOO one came over to even greet us. In my mind I thought all the sales rep might be busy. So we went in the show room, it was literally empty. We looked at couple of models, my wife liked the GLC and we wanted to ask if they have one in stock with the AMG package. There was a few sales rep walking around but they acted like were invisible! After another 5 mins I said screw this! Wasted 30 minutes without one single hello. Ill take my 80-100K elsewhere.We went back to Winslow BMW and picked this up. BMW had great service, sales rep and finance manager was AWESOME! In and out with a car my wife likes in 3 hours.

These people are scammers, bought a SUV there and moved out of town because of my service, after I had paid all the charges and fees the get a car from them, they requested that I send them a blank check again for registration. Having done that in the Springs before I know it is in the range of $75.00 to $90.00 in my surprise they charge me more than $522,.. . Every time I called to get some explanation they just either not answer the phone or tell me they will call me back and never do.

Jeremy Dezern is by far THE BEST car dealer I’ve ever worked with. I am known to be difficult because I am a perfectionist. But he was extremely thorough, patient, and caring in helping me pick out a car that best fits me while giving me a great deal! Had a service appointment this morning. I was reluctant to go fearing I would leave with a receipt for a huge bill.To my surprise even after adding a couple extra services to my oil change. The final bill was lower than predicted and that made me happy. All the service staff I dealt with with were very nice and professional. My appointment did not run long either.This was my first time there and I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else. Will definitely be back when I need service or parts. Even though my wait was fairly short I have to say they have some great cars in the lower show room if you are a car guy/girl its worth a look.

I do not like buying cars so I was dreading the process. It was the most seamless transaction I have ever had. Very professional, very responsive and easy. I emailed about a car I had my eye on, received all the information quickly, negotiated a trade in value & price for the car i wanted. They even met me half way between my home and the dealership to trade cars (i was 600 miles from the dealership). Within 5 days i was driving my new car and only because i couldnt get there sooner to pick it up and all was done over email and phone. It was very efficient. Greg Horton was amazing and took care of me through the whole process even after the transaction was complete.

Purchased a used, high mileage Mercedes Benz not too long ago and from a private party. As expected, the check engine light came on. I made an appointment with this dealer...and showed up a day before my appointment by mistake! Nevertheless, they accommodated me and my vehicle with utmost respect, professionalism, and class. I am not one to write reviews, but I have an obligation to on this one. I have always been a pick-up truck owner (Ford, Dodge, Toyota), and would never have thought it possible to drive a Mercedes. Ill just get straight to the point... This has been, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. The salesman, John Duran was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The manager and finance guys (Christian and Jerry) were just as incredible. They got me a fair trade-in on my truck, and got me a significantly better interest rate (through MB) than my banks. I am now driving a certified, pre-owned 2015 GLA 250. Awesome experience! I think I can say, Im a customer FOR LIFE! Right when I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Marcee and put in touch with Gregory Horton who took all the time I needed to answer my questions and show me every automobile I asked to see. The actual purchasing process was probably the easiest Ive ever experienced - it only took a couple of hours! I met Christian and Wil, the sales managers, who were also wonderful. Very disappointed with the service. Scheduled an air bag replacement due to recall. Arrived for appt and was told the airbag had not been ordered. Service person said he called our phone because the airbag was for a Toyota. We dont own a Toyota. No one answered, he didnt leave a message, there was no missed call on my phone and he never called back. Had to make another appt after the airbag was ordered today. Only got Im sorry. We drove 1 hour round trip today and will have to do it again next week. We have never had good service at this facility. Too bad it is the only one in our area.
