I have had the most wonderful experiences here! Each and every employee goes above and beyond for all customers that come through the door. Both females have always been able to help me get the products that I need. Even though products are hard to find these days, they call different stores and take the time to help me get exactly what I need, no matter how long it will take. The other gentlemen that work at this location are hilarious!I will bring by business here as often as I can!

Happen to be driving by on the highway and seen the sign so at the wifes suggestion we back tracked to it and I was in heaven. Ended up with some polos, button ups, and t shirts. Always good quality and bang for the buck. I was actually told to spend money for once from the wife so thank you for making our day shopping even better for me since I ended up with a weeks worth of new wardrobe. Also a freebie was a hat and patch just for purchasing a t shirt. Thanks again for the helpful and friendly staff.

5.11 is an excellent brand, and this was my first trip to a retail store. Unfortunately, they did not have any boots in both size and style to suit me in stock, but Ill check in again.

The customer service here is trash from the older gentleman with gray hair and a younger female who had me drive to Denver after I had her personally call the store to hold a certain pair of boots...she handled it poorly and I wasted 2 hours of my day because her lack of training and communication. The guy I talked about is very short with his responses to a friendly question, stand offish, and basically just turns away. Terrible customer service here.

Its really nice to be able to put my hands on the products Ive been shopping online for, and the staff was very helpful in pointing me toward what I was trying to describe for my needs.

Do not pay the extra 20 for shipping for two days as these people think two day shipping is 5 days. Go look up what companies consider two day shipping and then read 511s policy. They will not get it too you in two days guaranteed. I would never order from this company again. Next time dont lie about two day delivery if you dont understand what two day delivery means. I called multiple times and the rep asked why i was just calling about it. I DID call before and was told there was shipping issues and corporate would call me. If you want a huge hassle for a pair of boots this is your place.

A great place to view the selection of all 5.11 Tactical has to offer. Great selection of womens apparel too, so bring the missus! My wife picked up her new favorite pair of pants for less than $40. We will be back! Staff was polite and helpful. What a great way to add to a fantastic brand.

Dont bother going to the store. If anything doesnt go right, they refer you to 5.11 customer service. Just order online and save money. The online store has more variety and theyve never let me down.

Having dealt with multiple 5.11 stores, I can easily say that this is by far the worst when it comes to the employees. A shame for 5.11 in Colorado Springs of all places. They will happily sell but do every sneaky thing in their power to not help if you have any issues with their products. Avoid and do business with another store or shop online if you can.

My boyfriend recently started at DoC and they waited till his first day to let him know all he needed to get by that Friday. After googling the pants he needed I found out there was a store on the North side of the Springs. So in I went expecting the usual tude of girly girl walking into a more masculine store but man was i blown away by how amazing the staff was. Obviously I know nothing about the tactical area, but after showing him my cart he helped find pants that were better (my boyfriend actually said he liked them a lot more then the other pair we had found) and he went to grab what I thought was the correct size. Very respectful, great customer service and courteous the whole time I was in the store.Feeling very proud of myself I sent a picture of the pants.. only to be told I had gotten the wrong size haha so up I went the next day to exchange them for the correct size and grab two more pairs in navy as well. A different associate this time welcomed me warmly as I came in the store and I explained what I needed. Once again he went and grabbed the pants for me off the shelf and then went to check the back room for a pair in that size that were black. Thankfully they had them and he tripled checked that everything had been done correctly with discounts applied during their family and friends sale. Once again totally courteous and outstanding customer service the whole time.As a woman usually when I go into masculine stores I get the usual condescending looks and tone along with eye rolls or looks of is she really that stupid? This was the first store where none of the associates acted like that, even the ones that were stocking or helping others were nice. Yes everyone wore a mask in the store and they didnt mind the slight dog hair on the returned pants. I told my boyfriend I would gladly go to this store with/for him again because of the customer service and how I was treated. I wish I knew the two gentlemens names to give them a shout out because they deserve it. Thank you for treating me like you would if I was a guy, it is truly appreciated and noticed!

Nice clothes, very high quality. The prices reflect it. I love some other styles. And, some of their jackets are totally awesome. I could drop a grand here so quick its not even.Everything was 25% off in the store today. I got a couple of Benchmade knives for 25% off. What a deal. I also bought the nicest backpack Ive ever owned is there. and I have a pair of jeans and they have curved belts that I absolutely am in love with.

Very poor customer service today 1/17/18.I went in to get a small backpack. I asked the clerk behind the counter, he said k. He and another clerk were too busy to help me look, educate me on the packs, etc. Looked through the stacks for about 5 minutes but they were to busy evidently to assist.Went to REI. I was greeted and asked if I needed help :)That is a better way to run a store.Dan

Walked in expecting great service, never received any. I was the only customer in the store and I was never greeted by the three staff members. Did not seem motivated to make a sale, which in the end they didn’t. I was there to buy boots and decided to take my money somewhere else. I’ll remind my ROTC battalion to shop elsewhere.

5.11 has excellent, rugged, yet classy, clothing. I am glad to have a store nearby where I can get different colors of clothing and get all the accessories I need. People were very nice and helpful. I would shop here frequently.

Went for an exchange, they didnt have the hot on my size, took care of me by issuing credit for it, instore card. Mackenzie was Excellent!!! Very helpful, what she didnt know was able to find out. Would highly recommend as they behind their products. Great customer service, good atmosphere. Keith, the manager very friendly and helpful. The crew working are professionals.

Staff is here is amazing and helpful. 5.11 is in the process of opening a lot of stores and unfortunately allowing their existing stores pay the price of poor supply chain management, at least for now. Gear and service is still top notch.

Absolutely love 5.11 gear but this store is basically useless. Working in retail and I am not one to complain but very disappointed in the service of such a small store. They claim to have most of what you need online but after buying those things you cannot return, exchange or even get credit for those things in the store. Having to deal with shipping back the wrong clothes after going through the trouble of trying to find what you need online is a step no body wants to deal with. Associate had no sympathy or desire to help.

Best clothing available. I have been wearing this brand for over 15 years and they wear great. Wish there was a 5.11 store closer to me so I would have to order from California. I did vist the store while I was in Atlanta and also while in Denver.

Staff is always very helpful and knows their products. Yes prices are high, but you pay for high quality products. Wish all the China stuff could be replaced by USA products, but people would just complain about their pricing again. If you want cheap prices, go to Wal-Mart where you belong. You have to get over the fact that 5.11 is only interested in the best for their consumers. Im officially addicted to the brand!

We always have good luck finding the right gear for my security duty when we are here.

Typically this store is great, it give you that welcome feeling but today it’s was like walking into a cemetery only one guy was nice and asked what we needed, giving them a 1 star for the service of one of their team members never seen him there before he was rude acted smuge and after we paid he wouldnt even get us a bag..... poor customer service, so not everyone gets blamed he’s the blonde with glasses

Cool store, great brand, slightly expensive, but what do you expect for brand name tactical apparel. My one gripe with the store is that they DO NOT sell duty belts and holsters or any tactical gear for Law Enforcement. This was a slight surprise because 5.11 as a brand does make them. If you require those items you’ll have to go to Galls which has rights to sell those items. Overall the store is smaller but packed with BDU pants, tactical polos, backpacks, knifes, patches, boots, shoes, and more.
