The DEF system on my diesel truck was giving me so many issues and I was losing hope that it would be fixed properly. These folks diagnosed it properly, they also replaced my alternator and brakes in the same visit. I was without my truck for only two days considering all of the work that was needed. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. No upselling you on anything and they even paid for my Uber. I will definitely use this shop again!

Had to get my fuel pump replaced in my truck before trading it in, and I couldn’t do it myself because the ~30 gallon tank was full. John was very professional over the phone and answered my questions, followed up very quickly during and at the end of the process which took less than half a week. If you’re military they do offer a nice discount which ended up taking like 50 bucks off the total, which was already less than some of the other shops in town quoted me.If I do end up needing to do maintenance on my new car that’s outside of my own personal capabilities in the future, I will be coming back here.

FRAUD!!!!! I recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere if you want it fixed properly. They charged me for parts that didn’t need replaced on my vehicle. We agreed on what needed to be fixed, get my vehicle back and the issue isn’t fixed. I had called them explaining my vehicle is having the exact same issue and their response was “well we don’t know what’s wrong with it” I paid them thousands of dollars. What a scam. Do not come here and waste your time. My vehicle is now having more and more issues after they replaced parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Took it to another shop to have it looked at and the shop said that these guys did an unprofessional job.

All I can say is don’t bring your vehicle here, you will spend thousands on the “issue” of your vehicle and it still won’t be fixed. They also have bad communication, they won’t call you if they find something wrong with the vehicle and give you an update about everything. I find this very frustrating as I had no clue what was going on with my vehicle when it was there for over a month and had to pay even more money on parts and labor that we didn’t even discuss. When you call and John picks up the phone, he never knows what’s going on and has to always go ask someone else. I recommend going somewhere else that won’t rob you of your hard earned money and actually take the time to fix your vehicle the right way. They also went through all the personal things in my vehicle and didn’t put anything back where it belonged.

Had a repair done under their warranty and it saved me a ton of money and allowed me to keep the vehicle. I almost was ready to sell it tor scrape. So glad I called to ask about a repair done the prior year and if it was covered under a warranty. Great job guys!

I had a great experience with this shop. I was Kept up to date during the diagnosis process from the service writers. Technicians are experienced, used top of the line equipment to diagnose and fix the problems with my truck instead of just throwing parts at it! Everything that was fixed/replaced I was given explanation and scanner parameters for the reasoning. Fair and honest.

They replaced a clutch on my Jeep, but after a few miles it was giving trouble again. Luckily they give a warranty on their services and I could take it back and have it fixed again with no charge and no questions asked.

Very quick and efficient , checked my brakes fixed them the same day. Was an affordable price but when seen that I was disabled they gave me a lower price. This one service I really needed , will definitely go back.

Master Tech got us back on the road!!!We were on a family vacation from IL to CO Springs and the EGR valve went out on my F250...I know for you diesel techs out there, I should have done the delete. I called Master Tech and Cattie was able to get me in asap. They confirmed the issue. Ethan, the repair tech, went above and beyond his time working late one night (9pm) to get us back on the road so we could return to IL for an appt we had. Very satisfied with the results

Was able to get my Ford F250 Super-Duty front hubs replaced. The only hold up was the ability to get both hubs on the same day. Once parts arrived they got everything taken care of fairly quick. They were awesome to deal with in. If I lived in the area I would use them for everything.

These guys were awesome. My car broke down on the freeway (it died) and I had it towed to their shop based on a coworker’s recommendation. They were kind, efficient, and really treated me right. I would recommend this shop as they are honest and just wonderful people. Cattie, who runs the front of the house, is an asset to this business. I even got to chat with some of the mechanics and they took the time and explained everything. It made a huge difference!

I’ve reviewed master tech in the past, and even then gave them a glowing review. However, the service I received the during my most recent encounter has blown me away. I brought my old 4runner in for a repair and informed them what I believed the issue to be (solenoid sensors). After the diagnostic test was preformed, they determined the problem to be related to something else entirely. Long story short, master tech made an error and the repair they initially completed did not fix the issue I had brought the truck in for. Rather than charging me full price for both repairs, Harry was incredibly honest, respectful, and worked with me to come up with a payment that we were both comfortable with. In his words, they had “dropped the ball” and wanted to right their wrong as best as they could. My 4runner is running better than it ever has and I owe it all to the honest and hardworking hands at master tech. Would recommend them 10/10 times and it will be the only shop I visit from now on. My family always goes to Master Tech. Unlike big chain businesses, they actually treat their customers like people instead of just dollar signs, and only charge for the actual repair instead of charging you a flat rate simply for the privilege of parking your car in their lot and breathing the air in the waiting room as some places do. They take their time and do a good job, and will always take the time to explain to you what the issue is. Ive driven a very old and pretty pre-broken Volvo for about five years and theyve done the majority of the repairs and maintenance that has kept it running that long

My family has always taken our vehicles here. They have great service. My last visit was for brakes. They called me 2 hours before closing to tell me brakes were fine but they found my sway bar links were rusted and broken. They were able to get parts and complete repairs so we could pick up vehicle before closing. Our SUV drives like a new vehicle. I immediately felt the improvements.

I brought my 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 in to Master Tech to get oil leaks fixed and to replace a clutch. I just got it back the other day, and so far everything is great. No leaks or problems at all. The truck was gone for a little while (almost 3 weeks), but it was a reasonable sacrifice because I know the guys were taking their time to make sure everything was fixed properly. I highly recommend this shop. Ethan, the diesel mechanic, really knows what he’s doing. If anyone has any issues with a diesel vehicle, Ethan is your guy.

Master Tech has worked on all my vehicles for numerous years; an ‘03 Expedition, ‘99 F250 and 2 Toyota Tacoma’s.I know it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust and I’ve found Harry to have sound advice, competitive pricing and my vehicles are ready in a day or two depending on the complexity of the issue.He’ll be rebuilding the front end on my 400K mile F250 this year too.If he had a paint & body shop I think I’d let him work on that too’

I cant say enough kind things about this business. We were driving through Colorado Springs, engine light came on in our truck, then the exhaust filter over limit, SERVICE NOW light came on in our 2016 f350 while pulling our RV. I called right at closing and after checking to make sure I had made it to a safe spot, said he would call me first thing in the morning after getting me a price. He did, we took truck in and while waiting for a ride from family we were stressed and my blood sugar dropped. They gave me their donuts and a coke. This repair runs around $400-$6000. We went to eat, and truck was ready the same day! We paid 500.00 for the repairs and were back on the road the same day! Everyone wore their masks and their customer service was the best! Thank you guys so much!!

A friend from work recommended Master Tech to me. I recently moved to Colorado - Im from Texas and have never experienced a real winter before. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, courteous, and patient with me while I explained that I did not know what my car needed to survive a winter here. He had one of the men in the back go out immediately and check my antifreeze. The man who checked my antifreeze was also polite and helpful, and he explained what he was doing as he did it and why. They made helpful recommendations to me on what I needed to do, and I was very impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Will definitely go back to them for whatever my car needs.

This is our third vehicle, a van that we use like a truck. The drivers side window control basically exploded, and Master Tech completed to fix atg the price quoted and on time. While there, I asked them to check for an issue we were having with the transmission. They found it to be low in fluid, something that only showed up when the transmission was warm. No extra charge to get this diagnosed and the fluid filled. Thank you Master Tech.

Went to get some things done regarding my engine and didnt know I had a nail in my tire, the mechanics took care of it free of charge. Nice staff and excellent service.

They were extremely helpful, friendly and transparent. Took my car in with an ac problem Kelly said that they may get a chance to look at it before the afternoon but they were a little busy. An hour and a half after I dropped it off Harry called me and told me exactly what the issue was and walked me through what the costs would be. I used to work in an automotive shop and know the good ones from the bad ones and I highly recommend Master Tech.
