Easy location to find. Mark is awesome. He is the owner and he took care of me no problem. I needed new tires. I used their financing through snap. It was easy $10 down and I had new BF Goodrich TA KO2’s x5. Mounted and balanced within a hour. I needed a lot of other work done as well. He made it happen. I went to order rims and tires paid extra to get ones that would be available the next day then When I called them they said oh yeah those wont be in for a day or so. Then when I asked if they planned on calling and letting me know since I paid extra to get it that day he said no sorry we misquoted the day to you my bad. I could of gone somewhere else and got some I came here because if was available the next day so unprofessional and not even a sorry bad business if I hadnt already put a nonrefundable deposit I would go somewhere else what a sham

My wife had a bent rim, so I called a couple of places and took her car to Rimz To Go based on the reasonable cost for the repair. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted, then I explained what we needed. The mechanic came out to inspect the rim and explained what he was going to do. We left and came back within the hour and were told the job was just about done. The mechanic came out to tell us that they were going to repaint the area he worked on so the rim would look uniform. The rim looked perfect. He, as well as, Lisa, and the other gentlemen we spoke to, were very polite, professional, and personable. We had a great experience and will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to friends and family. They also have an extensive inventory of rims for sale that are in their shop if you need any. They deserve a ten rating above the 5 stars available.

Purchased a set of 4 tires here; no problems. However, I also got them to fix some lights on my car. All the lights - including the right tail light in the back worked - at first. But after about 3 weeks or a month all the lights stopped working and I’m having electrical issues with opening the trunk. Called numerous times about it. The 1st time I told their receptionist about the issue; she stated that Mark, the owner would call me right back, but that never happened. Over the course of 8 days I left numerous messages (left no less than 5 detailed voicemails when the phone wasn’t answered, yet no one called back). They finally answered the phone a on day 9 - the day before I moved out of state. I was told by the receptionist - not the owner, who never called me back - that I should have brought my car back in (they knew btw, I was moving out of state and what date I moved on). One other detail; Mark, the owner, apparently told the company I financed these purchases through, that he had spoken to me numerous times regarding this issue. That’s an outright lie!Now I’m out the money and my lights and trunk do not work. Very disreputable shop!!!

Never again i got scamed I spent $1500 on custom Rims and tires drove a 4 month hit a pothole and tire went flat it would be fixed i brought it right in they mad me feel when I paid them that any tire flats and a told me that it would be taken care of the tire we changed out or fix no X charged but then they said no that I must pay them $150 extra for a new tire on top of the $1500 there Scam artist And I will tell everyone I know never go there there vampires

They did a very great job, I had set of after market wheels that needed to be stretched onto new tires and they did a fantastic job, great customer service!

Although the initially established timeline was not met the staff was cordial and the work was well done

Very helpful, very knowledgeable and genuine people. Took my wife’s car, help me find a good deal on tires available the same day and install them the same day. Couple of weeks later, needed tires for my vehicle, which is highly modified and requiered more work for the tires to be mounted, and they were able to take on the task and do a great job. Also had availability on a tire size that is not so common and able to purchase them and install them that same day. Definitely will highly recommend for any custom or just your regular daily driver.

The quality of customer service and the quality of the work performed should actually get 10 Stars; it is a shame that Google only allows for 5.From the time I had my telephone quote right through to the installation of my tires, rotors and breaks, I felt like the most important person in the world. Needed a tire replaced from a blowout after road debris. (1) They were one of a few service places open on a Saturday. (2) They were able to locate and obtain the proper tire, and re-install it within my timeframe. (3) Their total costs were easily 30% lower than a local competitor. I just bought a new set of wheels for my mustang at RimzToGo. I wasnt planning on buying new tires, but when they pulled my front tires there was obvious damage to the inside walls on both(alignment issue). Mark knew I was in a rush, so he found 2 quality tires at a good price that unfortunately he didnt have at the shop. He jumped in his truck and picked up the tires from the warehouse himself. That, my friends is great customer service.Theres a lot of places to get wheels from, but this is a locally owned shop with great prices and you deal directly with the owner as soon as you walk in the door.
