I’ve used Christian Brothers Automotive in Rockrimmon multiple times and have never had anything but great service. Incredibly friendly and professional staff, reasonable prices, and they’ve never tried to upsell me on unnecessary fixes. I’ve even tried to bring my vehicles there for cosmetic/tire services they don’t offer, and while they weren’t able to fix it, they’ve given excellent recommendations on where I could get it fixed. Outstanding service. Mike was thorough, respectful, thoughtful when considering the condition of the vehicle and our goals. Even though he could have set up thousands of dollars of services, he was honest about what to expect and help us decide what was best. We have decided to actually get rid of the car, so nothing but a diagnostic was done. But when we have any issues with other vehicles we will go to see him for sure. So so hard to find honest mechanics. You gotta hold onto them when you do.

Had a LOT of things broken on my truck, and pretty tight time frame to get it all fixed. CBA was extremely transparent about all the repairs, and got everything done within the tight time frame I had, actually got everything done earlier than I expected. All the repairs they did were done very well, haven’t had any problems. Great guys there as well, very knowledgeable staff. I will definitely trust them for any other repairs in the future!

Not sure if they just have poor communication, or theyre trying to pull a fast one.First of all, they quoted me one thing and tried to have me sign for $20 over what they quoted. When I called them on it, their explanation made no sense at all. They said it was just a glitch in their computer system or something. Ya, right! Hmmm. Seems a little fishy.Service on my car seems to be professional, but after reading some of these reviews I think I should check my oil to make sure they put enough back in!They also told me that my brakes need attention. But they were recently replaced, so we had someone else take a look at them and.... what do you know... nothing wrong with them! Obviously! They are practically new.I was hoping that I found a new place to take my car, but now Im not so sure.

I decided to go here because of the wonderful reviews and the reliability that everyone talks about. I went in and had to get my front differential replaced because a gear blew out the bottom of it. And they recommended me to replace my routers because they couldnt be machined anymore. They also said that my brakes had to be replaced because they were 132nds two routers brake flush. I also told them as soon as I got there or maybe even on the phone that my ABS light is on and my parking brake light is on and I need them to look Into it and let me know whats wrong and what needed to be done to fix it (shown in the customers notes). So I got my front differential, all of my brakes, all my routers, and rear differential fluid replaced. They then test drove it after the differential was replaced and told me that it was skipping and that I needed to have it checked out again when I get home to make sure both gear ratios are the same (So really they didnt fix it and match the gear ratios). They then told me that they did a full safety inspection and that I can drive my truck but only in 2WD. I get my keys and go in my truck and my ABS light was still on and so was my parking brake light. So I go back in before I drive off and I asked them if they looked into the lights because they were still on and they told me that they saw the lights were on. So I asked if they looked into it and what was wrong and they said that, that would be a whole other inspection and cost. I then said that I asked yall to look at that when I gave yall my truck when yall inspected it. They said they didnt and that would be a whole other thing and take a couple days so I said ok thank you and walked out. I then drove about 750 miles to Midlothian, TX and had to get off the highway because of construction. When I was on the exit my truck started jerking really hard left and right so I go to the gas station at the light. I thought I had a flat, but when I looked, 5 of the 6 lug nuts completely broke off. I was one lug nut away from my wheel coming off and a high possible chance of my truck rolling with me, my wife, in-laws , and 8 month old in the truck. The bolts/studs on the router actually broke off with the lug nuts. Now tell me how I only drove 750 miles and had a near death experience after they told me they did a full safety inspection and a full inspection telling me everything is good. There goes a little more than $2,900 down the drain.

My car needed a tune up and fuel system flush. I’ve also used Christian Brothers when I lived in the Northglen/Thornton area and was pleased with them as well.I’m glad to find a shop to do mechanical work I can trust in my new city!

Service was awesome, very informal about the condition of my vehicle and receiving photos of what they recommend to be done. I Did not feel pressure to do extra services. Prices are slightly high then other place but the customer service and the care they took in my car was well worth the difference.

Christian Brothers has serviced my vehicles twice in the last few months. These were rather extensive repairs. They were very professional and did excellent work. I dont worry if I have to take my vehicles to them. Theyre excellent

They got our car in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and let us know what was going on, involved us in each step of the way and made us understand what the issue was without making us feel small or belittled like happens at some mechanics. We dealt with the same person almost our entire time our car was being fixed. I feel like the prices were fair market value. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

They did a good job with a trans fix. But it took them way longer than I was told and the communication from the employee was horrible. Had to call in daily after I was told 3 days. 7 days later job was done well. Hopefully it holds.

Great folks to deal with. I figured fixing the AC would be really expensive but they checked it and took care of it at a very reasonable cost. They could have changed a lot more and I wouldnt have known the difference. This is my go to car service from now on.

Guys here are great, but I dont know if I will bring my vehicle back or not. I went in and said I have a loud vacuum leak in or around the leak detection pump near the gas tank and wanted to know what the exact problem was. Hoping it was a hose and would be fixed on the spot. I was quoted the $138 for the diagnostic and left my vehicle for the day. I called at 4:15 and was told my vehicle was in the bay but hadnt been diagnosed yet. Got a call back at 5:01 saying it was ready to go and that the diagnosis was... I do have a vacuum leak in or around the leak detection pump. That is it. $138 for 45 minutes, to leave knowing the same bit of information I came in with. I was told to ACTUALLY take the 10 minutes to drop it and diagnose what the issue is, Id have to return it another day and pay another $113 for that. That was my entire purpose of leaving my vehicle there for the day in the first place. Im very disappointed. Many make the call not to charge if a proper diagnostic cant/wont be done. Guess that is not the case here. I will have to decide if I want to pay again for this or to go elsewhere. I hope management will reach out so I can update this. I think its a good shop, Im just pretty disappointed with my service.

After the 30K service, oil change and tire rotation my Subaru Outback runs like brand new. All people at the shop are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient while taking the time to make me feel unrushed and welcome. Could not have found a better place to service my cars!

I typically change my own oil, but was pressed for time so I decided to hand it off to these folks. After that positive experience I also went to them for brakes and rotors. Been very happy with the service.

I have brought my vehicle to get an oil change here a few times. The most recent time, there was a laundry list of issues, according to the mechanic, that needed to be addressed. The total cost of the repairs was roughly $4,000. I brought my vehicle to get a second opinion, and found out that none of the issues discussed with me at Christian Auto were accurate. In fact, I didnt need to replace anything listed on the sheet. I will never bring my vehicle here again.

Excellent experience! Brought my vehicle in to figure out what was going on. After an honest assessment of the vehicle from the staff I decided to handle some of the repairs myself. They were very supportive and helpful along the way. Highly recommend doing business with them. Great customer experience in an industry not typically known for that. Some of the competitors not only blasted me for doing my own work but also initially quoted 2-3 times the cost for the repair.

Jim and staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help me find a solution for my difficult mechanical situation . They saved me money, where others may have taken advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. I trust these guys to give me honest mechanical feedback and quality mechanical work. They also do so with a smile! :)

I went here because I had a power steering warning light on my volkswagen. I wanted to know exactly what part was faulty and how much it would cost. Jeremy and Mike were so professional! They did a diagnostic on my car and called me back right away with an estimate and they were able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was. My estimate was a little too pricy for me at this time and when I let them know that - they didnt try to pressure me into letting them do the repairs! That was so appreciated because other shops are not as courteous! I will definitely be coming back here when I need a vehicle serviced! They can work on any make and any model vehicle too!!

Shocked that this company refuses to replace my side mirror just because I bought the part myself from ebay. I guess most profit is pulled in from marking up parts. Who wouldve thought? An auto repair shop that does not repair. Really thought I was making the right choice choosing a Christian shop, but maybe Christian is just the owners name.

I had an oil leak and on the 3 rd time for this reoccurring problem , they were going to charge me . They are not a reputable company and I will not recommend them.

Christian Brothers Automotive really saved us during our family vacation to Colorado Springs when my starter went out in my Chevy Silverado. The associates were professional, honest and very considerate of our situation. They gave me a ride back to our RV with their courtesy shuttle and assisted me later that day with obtaining a rental vehicle to continue with our sight seeing for the day. When our vehicle was ready the very next day, I took my family into the beautiful lobby to show our appreciation and the owner gave my boys a new hot wheels toy for each one. This has been my best experience with any mechanic shop. Thank you Damion and Mike!

Top Notch Service Center and GREAT people, from owners to mechanics:I dont think anyone likes having to spend the time having their vehicle serviced. Add to that it seems most places love to push other services that may or may not be necessary. Even though its hard to tell if they are looking out for you or just trying to increase sales, its still annoying when your in a hurry.If that type of service is what you dread...this is the place to go. WHY? Because this was the absolute best place I have had an oil change performed. We found a few things that need attention and those were presented to me with pictures by the mechanic that knew how to explain the level of importance of each. Zero pressure to perform these services, took literally 2 minutes for explanation and to move on and finish the vehicle.As a former mechanic I was pleased to see pictures of the items that were critical, and a great explanation was offered for any other service when I asked. This was the moment that they earned my trust.I am about to call and schedule one service that if not performed will leave me stranded one day (Serpentine belt change). But take note..there was zero pressure in me leaving without scheduling a service...try that anywhere else, you most likely will not have the same story to tell.Left my coat and received a phone call within minutes that I had done so so I could return to get it..saved me a massive search for where I left it when I needed it next. I mean it is Colorado..you dont always need your coat, but when you do you really do and its nice to know where you left it, but even nicer to have had someone call and tell you before you made this frantic discovery one cold evening.

They always handle my car with care, and the service is outstanding. Or so I thought. Make sure your initial complaint gets taken care of. After all that, my initial complaint, oil pan, is still not taken care of. It was suggested that I just stay on top of my liquids. Not happy and not returning.

Took it in for an oil change and the next day there is another issue thats been there the whole time, despite never having had problems before.

They were kind, honest, genuine and informed. The process from beginning to end was seamless. They are a refreshing choice for your automotive repair needs!

If money is no object, this is a great place.

We were traveling around in a rented camper van when the fan suddenly kicked the bucket and tried to overheat the engine. The guys got the van in and replaced the fan while dealing with our rental company and quickly had us back on the road so we could get home! Thank you!!!

The man seemed kind and polite enough. We enjoyed the customer service at first encounter. However, I learned he was fairly uneducated in motor vehicles. We were quoted a fair price and when we went in to drop off our vehicle, he informed us that he mis-quoted us. When we drove the car home, we noticed the air in the tires were off and the engine light was on, so we had to go back immediately. We also had another vehicle checked b/c the engine light was on and we were told nothing was wrong with it. Ended up having to go next-door and found out we had a malfunctioning part. The automotive next door is much more honest and experienced and I would highly recommend Tech Center Services over Christian brothers. We have used them for years and they’re very reasonable; Randy is awesome and cares about his clients.

We received a referral to Christian Brothers from our brother and havent looked back since. Clean, quiet, and enjoyable waiting area and the appointment time was kept and the car was done quickly. No extra selling of major work having to be done. My car and I are very happy! This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced, especially since it is in our neighborhood of Rockrimmon. Had a complete service with oil, change, transmission flush, power steering flush, etc. for a 2015 4runner. Excellent job. They are amazing! Very professional, fast and friendly. Everyone here cared about my needs. Even had a problem that could not be repaired, they were honest with me and instead of charging me for their time to figure it out, which they did, they told me what needed to happen for a proper repair at a body shop. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great place to go to for all of your Automotive needs. I have been taking my car to them since I moved to Colorado Springs. It is so nice that this location opened up closer to home. I dont have to drive across town anymore. Their prices are fair and the costomer service is top notch. Hopefully this new location spreads out the load, the location on Woodmen can get very busy.

The air pump at the Shell was out of order so I stopped at CBs to ask how much it would be to put air in one of my tires. The owner or manager kindly said they would do it FREE! I dont know if they normally charge but it was a huge blessing to me because I only had a few dollars on me and Im 27 weeks pregnant with 2 toddlers in the car, so them doing it for me period was super helpful! The beautiful soul that is Austin Marie then proceeded to check ALL my tires because she wanted to make sure we were safe to be driving around! I definitely hope to be a paying customer one day because it feels good to know youre doing business with a company with integrity.Thank you Christian Brothers!

I’m gonna go the opposite of the other reviews, I came in at 1:22 pm 5 Bays were open all the technicians were just sitting at a table or something in one of the Bays not actually doing work. Walked in had some Customers on the couch waiting. Asked how long for an Oil Change an Hour and a half to an hour and forty five minutes I was told. 🤔 No one is working management is just sitting there and I can’t get an oil change. Makes sense......anyway just wanted you to know.So if you have tons of time probably the place to go not if your in a hurry or just don’t want to wait forever.

Nice clean place for auto service. Just opened so getting an appointment was easy. Prices seemed to be reasonable and competitive. With the road construction on rockrimmon getting there was a challenge but you cant blame them for that. Think that I have found the place for routine auto maintenance.

On a family vacation and our car broke down. The people here were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and worked to get us back on the road quickly. We could not recommend the more!

I tried Christian Brothers as a new customer a few months ago. It was an older vehicle, and it had some hidden problems. Christian Brothers was diligent in solving the problem, even through multiple levels of setback. They did not charge me additional amounts, and even sent the vehicle to a specialist at their expense. In the end, their integrity and commitment to getting the job done right won me over as a customer.

I went in for a second opinion for a problem I was having. They were able to diagnose the problem that I had missed before. I was able to go back and talk with the tech about his diagnosis, which helped me understand the problem.

Our 05 VW Convertible Beetle wouldnt go 5 feet without dying. We had it towed to Christian Brothers with little warning to them. They diagnosed the problem very quickly, but parts were delayed due to snow and subsequent road closings. Once they got the parts, they installed them right away, and the car performed just fine afterwards. We continue to be exceptionally pleased with their service, and the speed of it.

I was quoted $400+ for installing my new mounts purchased at Volvo. The Bob penkus Volvo installed them for $270. Pricing was way off! So, this is a sure sign of over charging. I am Christian so I felt it wasnt such a Christian place.
