Hector saved our family a ton of unnecessary effort and cost. Wed had an auto parts store advise us that our alternator had failed, and so we were planning to replace the alternator. Hectors second opinion was pivotal. He told us that the alternator tested fine, but the battery had failed. That was great news as the battery was still under the manufacturers warranty!Ive been on the lookout for an honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced auto shop, and am so glad to have finally found this gem - Roadrunner Auto - based on a good friends recommendation.Many thanks Hector and company for helping us know how to get our vehicle running again, and saving us from a completely unnecessary and involved parts replacement! I contacted Hector on Wednesday to discuss a brake job on my wifes car. He was able to get us in on Friday. He inspected the brakes, and informed me that we only needed back brakes and rotors. He was able to complete the job the same day! My experience is that most mechanics would have used scare tactics to sell an entire brake job and more. I appreciate Hectors honesty and integrity!! I highly recommend him and his company!

Great service! After having my car worked on by another mechanic and spending lots of money my check engine light continued to go off. I brought my car to Hector to get a second opinion and he was able to fix the problem same day. I greatley appreciate his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for great honest work.

I was recommended to go to Roadrunner when I first moved to Colorado Springs. I have since used them for all of my car troubles due to Hectors fair prices and honest work. A lot of mechanics will try and take advantage of those not too familiar with cars, not here! On several occasions I have been short on money and Hector listed all things that I COULD have done on my car, then told me the things that I SHOULD get done ASAP to keep my car safe. I went to RoadRunner to have the the ujoints in the front end of my truck replaced. In february I showed up on a monday at4pm and the mechanic told me if i could drop it off at 900 in the morning he will have it done the same day. He even qouted me $400, which is half what everyone else was charging right up the street. I got 6 qoutes and the closest quote was $550 but most of the qoutes were for $800.Road Runner completed the job as promised. Being skeptical, i climbed under my truck and sure enough everything looked perfect. I have about 8000 miles on my truck since February and i have had ZERO problems. Road Runner is a small repair facility that does honest work and their prices are wonderful. Thank you Road Runner!!!

Hector and his whole team went above and beyond for me, at a price that hands down beats every other mechanic I called for rates. My old 93 Blazer was in dire need of front end work, and while I can do some greasemonkeying on my own, this job was far too tough. Even though the work ran long, and the parts needed some serious work to get them out, Hector not only kept his rate, but gave me a great deal on tires and an alignment once everything else was taken care of. Do NOT go anywhere else!
