Wow! This is a class operation. They did a great job on ever aspect of the work we had done. Sam was our service writer, she is super awesome and so knowledgeable! If you are going to trick out your vehicle Predator 4 wheel drive is THE place to go. Highly recommend.

My experience with Predator was great from the start. I was assisted immediately over the phone and I never had to wait on hold. When I arrived to the shop the associates I spoke with were courteous and welcoming. Sam helped me throughout my service experience and she was amazing. She was knowledgeable and not your typical pushy service advisor/sales associate. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out the service my truck required could be done same day when there was a cancelation. After I agreed to a 3 week wait for the install, I received a phone call letting me know they could fit me in same day! Overall, my experience with Predator was a 5/5 and I will be coming back. I will also be telling my family, friends, and colleagues where to go for their 4x4 needs.

Extremely professional. Polite and helpful. I had many questions and they answered them all with real answers. Not idk we need to see the jeep to find out what your problem is to see how much we can charge you. They told me how to do it at home. Not like other jeep places in town.

Seems to be a good place to find parts and accessories for your off road vehicle. From what I could tell, they seem to be a bit more expensive than 4Wheel parts. They were very helpful when I had questions or needed to see an item.

I am new to owning a Jeep Wrangler and I had a lot of questions regarding things that I had wanted done. Craig was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with answers that helped me to understand exactly what I was getting. I ended up getting a lift kit, front bumper with a winch, tires and wheels and a new mount for my rear tire. My Jeep was done quicker than expected and they did AMAZING work on it. I will definitely recommend them to anybody that needs work done and I’ll definitely be going back for all my future mods.

As a independent shop I need parts from specialty places like this all the time. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. And they have what I need the majority of the time.

Recently got a lift and new tires through these guys. The shop person who helped me not only seemed knowledgeable on their products but also was able to recommend everything I would need for what I was wanting to accomplish from the build. Everything was done within a day and they even adjusted my headlights for me, saving me the time and the headache. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for here! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to a friend.

There was a part broken on the soft top of my 2014 2-door Wrangler. I took it to the dealership and it was going to cost over $100 to just evaluate the problem, and they gave me a price estimate of up to $600 to fix the problem. I took it to Predator, they ordered a part and fixed it for ELEVEN DOLLARS. The whole process was fast and courteous and only cost me $11. I will be calling them first any time I need help with my Jeep.

Really happy with the work they did on my 84 cj7 put in new410 gears. put disk brakes on rear put new lock out hubs in. bigthanks to them easy to work with. will go back and pass on to otherswho need work.

We had a misfire occur in my Jeep while traveling for our mini honeymoon. Unfortunately the problem came down to a cracked head that needs to be repaired by a Mopar dealer, but even after spending a lot of time looking out Jeep over and trying to fix it, Predator said they were unable to fix it but they made 100% sure we were taken care of and my wife and I are very pleased with the service we received

Excellent customer service. Had to replace a seat belt in my kids YJ, Predator 4 Wheel Drive had one in stock and for less than most online retailers. Really saved the day. Excellent place. Definetly my go to Jeep parts place from now on. Highly recommended.

I own an off-road repair shop of my own and all of the staff, top to bottom, have for the last 15 years treated me as an industry colleague, not as competition. Not once ever have I had less than 100% of Predators help in obtaining parts, advise or just good conversation. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! They are one of the warn distributors in the area and their prices are about the same as the others but what sets them aside is the fact that they had the cable I needed in stock, not just 1 but 2. We purchased both of them as to replace the damaged one and then have a spare on hand. They had the cables pulled and set aside at the front desk awaiting our arrival with ticket already filled out. Again great to work with and very knowledgeable! We will definitely be working with them in the future!

I have an older J-series Jeep Truck. It had a malfunctioning disk break conversion on it. Preditor could have easily said they were not going to work on it. They took on the challenge, it was a very tricky problem. They stuck with it, and solved it. For their skill, experience and determination, I feel like they charged me an honest and fair price. I will certainly be doing more business with them.

My experience wasnt that good. I walked in and there was one guy helping a customer at the counter. I figured I would wait till he was done to ask my questions. I walked around the show room for about 20 minutes and the employee never took the time to acknowledge me. After about 25 minutes I finally just left the building never to return. If your customer service is that bad that you cant acknowledge a customer then you dont need my money. I will go somewhere else or buy it online. With online purchasing being so high you would think a business would go above and beyond.

I was very pleased with my experience and service at Predator. I needed a small welding job done on my rear tire carrier/Jerry can holder. I was able to take off the bracket and took it to them on a Tuesday morning and, to my surprise, they had it done by the afternoon(plus paint). They quoted and gave me a fair price and did what I requested. My gear is ready for the trail again. Ill definitely be going back to these local guys for other knowledgeable advice and gear.

My TJ was in need of repair. A death wobble and suspension lacking functionality brought me to Predator 4X4. Both Jerry and Craig provided solutions that eventually resolved all aspects of this white knuckle ride. The repairs were completed perfectly as usual. I have total confidence with this company and will continue to use them for all my 4X4 solutions. I highly recommend this company for their expertise, honesty, and workmanship.

Ive been wheeling for 18 years. Jerry and his staff are the best!! I know I can trust their knowledge and work. Theyll steer you in the right direction EVERY-TIME! Theyve even told when I was wanting products I dont need. Imagine that turning away a sale to keep a customer happy!

Had a few services performed here so far on Raptor and 4Runner. Most recently on new 4Runner, upgraded front coils. Their rates are high but definitely top quality service. There was an issue with the recent coil upgrade, and they stood by their work no questions asked. Highly recommended for off-road suspension work.

They do great work here. I took my lifted Avalanche there to get some work done on my suspension. They got me top of the line parts and the turn around time was phenomenal. I highly recommend talking to Craig and seeing what they can do for your 4 wheel toy.

I walked in. Only one there. Walked around for about 15 minutes. Walked out. Nobody asked if I needed anything. Didnt welcome me in. Terrible customer service. I guess they dont need anybodys business. Sorry I bothered them.

We come here to get work done on our 03 wrangler. These guys are awesome, they work fast, provide fair and honest pricing, and have excellent customer service. For the most part they have off road parts in stock which is another plus! We love Predator 4x4!

January 3rd 2017 I stopped in because I have a Jeep its a dedicated Trail rig. I wanted to see how they were with customer service, upgrades and installation. I was planning on spending several thousands of dollars there thats just the way I am with my trail rig. I have several upgrades that Im going to do. Anyhow I was next in line waiting to be helped by the next salesperson. Either the owner or manager behind the counter was doing something and never acknowledge me. He then said Im going to the my office. I was next in line and was ignored. Then this guy comes into the store walks up to the counter and the salesperson helps him not me, I was the one next in line. So Ill find somewhere else to do business and spend my money. So its their financial loss. And while Im at it dont go to 4 Wheel Parts in Colorado Springs, Colorado theyre not much better since Donovan left.

Have been a customer for over 15 years. They always take the time to answer questions and help with DIY work. I have recently had work performed by the shop and I am impressed. I have had no issues until the last work completed needing a warranty repair. They took very good care of me before the long holiday weekend on a short notice on the warranty repair.

Knowledgeable staff, great inventory, fair pricing, excellent work. The hours are during “working” hours for most, but if you have a $40K toy, you probably can take a long lunch. I like the fact that I am new to Jeeps and I can walk in with a “dumb” question and walk out with a solution. Typically can’t go in there and not spend $100, but that is to be expected at Jeep or Harley shops.

There was a bit of a mix-up with a large order for install for me, but the guys at Predator quickly remedied the situation and went above and beyond my expectations to make things right......even after I was less than pleasant to them. Very professional, and work hard to earn your business. On a side note, I used them years ago to install a lift on my 08 Wrangler JK, and was completely satisfied from beginning to end. I highly recommend these guys for all of your 4x4 needs.

Great shop. Had a level and tires/wheels put on my truck. They stayed at their original labor quote, the kit was installed with no issues and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

What should have been a $4000 engine swap (brand new factory engine), they cost me around $12k. They didnt tie everything down, causing engine damage. Then denying it was their fault, so I had to pay out of pocket to fix it, and pay to re-install through them, and AGAIN they messed it up. Maybe for parts, ok, but I would NEVER recommend engine work.

Horrible customer service.They ordered the wrong fender flares for my truck and told me on the phone it was no ones fault. Really, guess it was my fault then....I mean the invoice said it was for an F-150 but somehow I received F-250 flares and it’s no ones fault. How about you own up to your mistake and make things right. Nope, Instead Cody likes to argue with the customer over the phone. Never going back to this place for anything.

My 1998 TJ with a 4 lift was running fine, but needed a little steering work done so I made the mistake of going to 4 Wheel Parts first to purchase what I needed to fix my steering. Two weeks of trying to order the trackbar I wanted and needed for my jeep after already purchasing a new Currie drag link and tie rod assembly, Mike at 4 Wheel informed me he wouldnt sell me a trackbar or anything else until he saw my Jeep (simply because I kept saying no to buying the Rubicon Express). Extremely frustrated, I immediately went to Predator 4x4, and will never go anywhere else ever again. The guys were extremely professional, curteous, and knowledgeable. They listened and even endured my pictures as I couldnt safely drive my rig to them. After listening and disecting the pictures, I was able to go home with the trackbar in hand I not only wanted, but needed for my rig, and drove it that afternoon for the first time in 2 weeks making me one happy camper. Thanks Predator!!!

Called to get a quote on installing Rock Sliders on my 2000 XJ.....guy quoted me $400 for installation.I talked to two other local Colorado Springs shops before calling predator and gave the exact same description of what I was looking to have done. I was quoted $90 and $125. Pretty damn big gap between quotes, these guys will rape you apparently.
