The manager from their detail shop recommended them to me for a car repair. The final price was 800 over what was quoted. I received no phone call to confirm the overage. They left me with 6 miles to E after getting it back. The loan company they use has cheated me out of even more money. The worst part is I can’t even get anyone to return my phone calls. I definitely don’t recommend for any service.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion in July 2021 from Patrick. While it is a decent car, I needed just ONE THING fixed. I have left numerous phone messages for Patrick. Its now September and still silence from Patrick. Patrick will never regain my business anywhere and its doubtful McCloskey will ever regain my business and surely not a positive recommendation. DEMAND any salesperson but Patrick.

The only reason that Im leaving 1 star is because I believe that the sales team dont represent the high-quality dealership that they claim to be. About a month and a half ago I decided to purchase a vehicle from Mr. McCloskey at McCloskey motors. After purchasing a used diesel truck for a little over $60k, which was a decent deal. Decent, not especially good, I drove it for about 3 weeks before things started to go wrong. First I noticed that the oil was nearly 6 months beyond when it should have been changed. No problem though, I called, they changed it. A week later the door lock quits working, and the batteries needed replaced ($500) so I replaced them myself, and for the door locks, not wanting to deal with McCloskey anymore and since I prefer to have my vehicle maintenance done at the dealership I scheduled an appointment at a local GMC dealership to get the work done. I wasnt worried about it since I paid nearly $5,000 for a comprehensive extended warranty. The dealership calls and informs me that only McCloskey can do warranty work, yet McCloskey never informed me of that. So now, I HAVE to take it to McCloskey to have work done. I wouldnt be upset if I had been told of this. Yes, apparently its on the 7th page of the contract I signed that I dont have a copy of. I thought I was dealing with an honest dealership and didnt think I needed to go over everything with a fine tooth comb. But I should have! I would have never purchased the warranty if I had known this stipulation was in the contract that I was conveniently never given a copy of! Despite what Best of the Springs may tell you, these people are your average run of the mill used car dealers. I thought I was dealing with the Best of the Springs? If this is the best the Springs has to offer then were in trouble. If youre buying from McCloskey make sure to read every line of your contract, because if given the opportunity they will get one over on you!

My girlfriend and I went here to look at purchasing a new vehicle for her. We met with Tony L. and he was such a help for us! Great guy, great personality, and hes a fellow Kansan. We werent able to see a lot of vehicles that she would qualify for, but he helped us through and we got her a new vehicle that would suit her needs. We are both happy with the service that Tony gave to us! We will be happy to come by again when I need to replace mine. Thanks Tony!

Not satisfied with this place at all. Saying that my income just because I’m a contractor is not proof of income because it’s not in a paystub form.

The $4,000 minimum trade-in is a sham. They just charge too much for their cars and then say they are taking $4,000 off. Definitely not worth it. We still have a loan on our car, so we thought this would be a good deal. It’s turns out we could get a nicer car from somewhere else and just pay off our loan. It sounded too good to be true, so we should have known better.They don’t have any pricing ready for you, so as you ask for pricing, the sales person goes in the back for 10 minutes to come up with a price (most prices aren’t listed on their website). So, it seemed like they changed the price depending on the situation, but not to benefit you.Also, if you are worried about getting COVID, don’t go here. One of the sales guys kept walking past us without a mask on and coughed while walking beside me without his mask on.

Homie Patrick hooked me up with a new car. They worked with me for two day to make this deal and it was worth it.

Just wanted to comment on the amazing customer service of McCloskey Dealership even when not in the market to buy. My tire was almost flat and I stopped in to ask for assistance. Although the shop was closing, sales associate, Patrick Spall, didnt hesitate to put air in my tire and gave me information on contacting the auto shop to have my tire repaired. It was very much appreciated!

Worked with Patrick today and it was very refreshing to deal with someone who understands what buying a car feels like from the other side of the desk. Due to some personal time and financing constraints I was concerned that I would just be blown off as a tire kicker. Fortunately, Patrick has a little different view on what customer service looks like. He was understanding and attentive, kept me in the loop as far as options go. The overall experience was very good. While Patrick is a salesman, he’s not a traditional salesman. His focus seems to be more about customer service as opposed to hardcore sales tactics. In my opinion, people buy people not necessarily things and I was sold on Patrick...not the sales technique. If I need a vehicle in the future, Patrick will be my first call.

Hello friends.How can you put in negative stars?My father-in-law purchased from these crooks last year. There was a huge dent on the roof that the sales manager new about but the the sales man did not. It was bad and they hid it. Made my father-in-law pay to fix it. That was last year.Now it has been over a year and he has had nothing but problems with this truck. It has been in the shop about 10 times. We replaced the plugs and other parts related and they looked like they were never replaced.So many things wrong with it.If you do not want to be screwed over and nickeled and dimmed then please do not buy anything from these crooks.Now come to think about it is the Gazettes Best In The Springs Award corrupt too?

First of all 4000 for any trade is not the case, they told me that offer was only good if you buy select vehicles. I had the jeep for 1500 miles and the head gasket started leaking and it developed a slight knock. Call them and they said bring it in and they would look at it. Showed up and the said I would have to pay 150 an hour for them to diagnose the problem. So needless to say they wouldnt cover anything and I had to spend 3000 on a new engine... customer service sucks at mccloskey

Buyers beware!!! This has been the worst automobile experience that I have ever had. I have lost money, time, and my patience. I just turned the lemon in to the shop for the 4th time in six weeks for a myriad of issues including a rear main seal oil leak. I have asked for a resolution to this problem but have been flatly refused. My warranty is up in two weeks and they refuse to extend it. I have asked for a replacement vehicle or to just return my trade in and the $1000 cash that I put down. I feel, as a women, who is disabled and widowed on a fixed income, that I have been taken advantage of and McCloskey isnt the least bit concerned about my safety or satisfaction, let alone their own reputation. They got their money. I lose all around.
