After calling several other places in Colorado Springs for my windshield replacement, they were not only able to get me an appointment much faster, but they were also WAY less expensive. I was in and out of there less than an hour. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know that needs a new windshield.

Over the years I have had 3 or 4 windshields replaced. Always on time and good prices and no problems after installation. It is not fancy, but neither is your windshield. It is my go to place.

STAY AWAY! I took my car here back in October to get my motor and window regulator replaced in my drivers side window. Everything worked fine until about 3 months later. My window would have issues rolling down. Recently last night, 4/5, I was having issues with my window staying up. The motor would work just fine if the door was closed, however, the moment i opened the door with the window rolled up, it would automatically roll down and would not go back up unless the door was closed. After the motor working hard to get the window back up, it eventually went out. I called these guys to tell them they had done the work and that the right thing to do would be to take care of it for a customer that has used them for a while. They then had the nerve to tell me nothing was their fault. They didnt have prior work history on my vehicle and that it would cost another $130 to fix something I already paid $225 for 6 months ago. They are scam artists! Stay away!

Originally went to another place who screwed up and ordered the wrong windshield. Called these guys and they were able to get me in and get a new windshield put in in less than 2 hours total. So far so good on the install as well.

Had to get a window replaced because some kids cant figure out that pellet guns should not be used on cars and was calling all around town to find a repair shop. Safelite wanted over $300 for a small side window and many other shops wanted similar prices while also having no availability until the end of the week. Springs Auto Glass was able to get me in that afternoon, took less than an hour to get the window replaced, and did it at a price much lower than any other shop in town. Great place if you are looking to get your windows replaced.

We took my daughters car to get her windshield replaced one week ago and there is air getting into the windshield and it is rattling and when I called about it , the owner said we had to wait a total of 10 days even though it has been 7 days, I told the owner that we would have to wait a whole week because my daughter works and he did not care and said that it can take up to 10 days for it to properly seal. I told him I have never heard of that and I just got my windshield replaced at Safelite auto and had no problems and he told me that he was the professional and I wasn’t. I asked him to please reconsider and let my daughter get her windshield replaced tomorrow because it isn’t going to seal miraculously over the weekend. He does not care about good customer service clearly.They Replaced her windshield in less than 15 minutes So that’s obviously one reason it wasn’t done correctly. Also it says they give military discounts and when she asked about it they told her they do not.I usually don’t write reviews, but this is something I would have wanted to know before I gave them my business

Safe light was going to over charge me, they told me that “ my windshield would cost more because it had a rain detection feature, that it being a 2011 was going to raise the cost even more”.I called these guys instead and got a great price, with the rain detection and they got me in right away!!!

This is probably the only auto glass shop I will use. After calling around to 15 different places Springs Auto Glass had the best prices in town, and they were very helpful when it came to working with my schedule. The work was done nice and clean and customer service was great. Nothing but good things to say about this place. If you need a new windshield, go here!!!

Definitely the best auto glass place in the springs, they were able to get me in the same day I called and had a new window and tint on two windows done really quickly with great service. The guy working there was very nice. They did everything at a really good price too. I will definitely go back there and will always recommend them to friends and family.

Only giving two stars because their customer service is awesome. Chipped windshield, took it in to get fixed and the chip started to spread 3 days later after they “fixed” it. Called to ask if they could do anything snd they said no they wouldn’t do anything for it. $60 wasted 😢. Was a little pricy in my opinion as well.

Called this morning to get a windshield replaced on a Toyota Camry. They got me in the same day and took about twenty minutes to install. Price was great, work was fast and high quality. Highly recommend.

If coming from west use Boulder to Platte turn right on Platte other wise if you try to come up Platte from the west your on the wrong side and have to find some place to do a turn around. They even mounted the rearview mirror. Had to go to the shop though. But we was in and out within under an hour. Professional, a great experience and the windshield looks great. Bravo

I called on 11/24 to make an appointment to get my wifes cars windows tinted for her birthday. I had a great experience when I brought my car in a few years ago for tint, and we always try to support local business. I came in for my appointment on 12/1 and I was told that they didnt have my phone number correct in the system and they needed to cancel the appointment because their tint person has COVID-19. The guy at the counter wasnt wearing a mask, and Im sure hes been exposed since the tine guy has it. I gave them two opportunities to try to earn back our business. I sent an e-mail and I also sent a message through their online system, neither of which they responded to. In these times its hard to imagine that Springs Auto Glass is swimming in so much business that they can ignore cash paying customers. Please support local businesses during these hard times, just DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ONE!

The mirror is broken so I was hoping that wouldve been included but I guess not. Sucks to have a broken mirror on our new window. Just seems to defeat the purpose to me. But the window is great! They did great!

I called around to many of the windshield replacement companies that popped up on the Google listing. This team quoted a far better price than all the rest of the shops in town. Trust me, I called over 7 companies that I found online. Not only was the price the best, but once I arrived they got me in. Might I add it was a day where the snow had fallen the night before where many businesses were delayed. They took great care of my truck & got the glass I was looking for. It looks awesome! The young man who came to replace my wind shield was Very kind, caring and considerate. He was very quick when he was installing The windshield. He got right down to business and did not waste time. We had to wait for a long time then when we called them they said it was done without apology.5. Their office smells like smoke so much. It makes people nauseated.

Scheduling was a little quirky, but in and out in 50 minutes. In business you must have at least two of the three: quality, service and price. They offered all three and as a bonus allowed me to support local business.

Excellent service and price. All work is warranteed. The office is a bit shabby but comfortable enough. Low overhead for sure for the best price. This place has become our go to shop for all auto glass/windshield work. They truly are worth the visit.

I dropped my 2010 GMC off at the shop for a new windshield and tint to my front windows at 830 am and by 1015 am it was completely done.When I picked my car up they explained what I should do for the next week with a new windshield and tent. They even walked around the car with me to see if their were any issues. When an issue was found with the tint, it was corrected right then and their.We were also given a great quote on tint for a second car.

I had some reservations about going through them after reading some of the reviews, but I honestly couldnt be happier with the service and price! I made an appointment and when I went in, they realized there were scuffs on the windshield from the transport. They offered me a discount or to have a new windshield brought in a few hours later. Since there was a scuff in the line of sight, I went with getting a different windshield. I came back after a few hours and they were able to get me in and out in under 1.5 hours. The price of $150 all inclusive was the best I found in town and Im so glad I went with this company!

Don’t come here, the glass isn’t strong at all, it immediately cracked after I only had it 2 days, and a snow storm caused a shatter in my window, and they wouldn’t replace it despite the 90 day warranty because “their factory wouldn’t take it back”

I needed my rear passenger window to be replaced on my Honda accord, and they had a very cheap price Compared to other window shops in the area. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Usually they can have a technician come out to where you are to have it replaced, but it was really cold and snowy that day so they had me bring it in to the shop. They were done within the hour! Very pleased with customer service. They credit card machine was giving problems and that took a little while, but they tried their very best to get it up and Running. Only downfall, is that when they replaced the window they had left the manufacturer sticker on and I had remove it myself which was a Lil difficult because it was right at the edge where the window rolled down. But great service and Im very happy with their work. Will be coming back to get some tints done 👍

Places looks good and people communicate nice

They were the cheapest quote, though not by very much, and now I have buyers remorse. They replaced the windshield on our minivan and did not do a good job of sealing it. As soon as I drove away I could hear wind coming in. So I called and they said I’d have to wait for the glue to dry before they could try and fix it. So I waited the week and came by in. They took out the glass and put it back in, sealing it correctly. There was no charge. But the first time I drove my car on the freeway 2 days after getting it redone, it cracked along the bottom edge. So, they either buy low quality glass or they should have put in a new glass when they messed up the first installation and called it a loss for poor quality. I’ve called them 3 times. Left messages 2 and I’ve gotten no call back. This was a complete waste of money as I’m now back in the exact same position as I was a month ago. Skip this place and go with the other guy.

Poor customer service. Placed me on hold for 90 seconds when answering my call and didn’t even greet me. Was unable to provide a quote for my need however said that the item was not in stock and would take three weeks to receive. How can you provide a service and not be able to quote a product unless it’s in stock? That’s ridiculous!
