Auto Glass Now is literally the worst company Ive ever been to! Rhonda has a rotten attitude and she offers nothing but bad customer service.After I waited 2 hours to put in a replacement windshield for my SUV. She said that the glass was delivered to her store broken. There was no, Im sorry or any form of apology. In addition, there was never any offer made to expedite my windshield replacement the next day. Which means I would have to wait again! There was another woman who helped me get my key back and said nothing to me. Which is kind of rude because she could have apologized too. Thats twice youve wronged me!Other comments: Why was the glass not inspected prior to this so I didnt have to waste my time? How does this company stay in business with such poor customer service?Id rather light my money on fire than get a windshield replacement from Auto Glass Now!

Wonderful experience at Auto Glass Now!! We needed a new windshield on our Range Rover Velar and they were able to get us in the next day when the Land Rover dealer and Others couldn’t see us for 10 or more days! Quick and professional. 10/10 will be back to get a windshield on another car and this will be the only place I go!

Ricky installed a windshield in my SUV in 2018. Recently I noticed the side garnish/moulding moving while I was driving. Further inspection shows that BOTH trim pieces were broken in multiple places during the windshield replacement and were reattached poorly with some sort of rubber cement.Looking at my invoice it clearly says they are not responsible for this type of damage. Okay, fine, but no one so much as mentioned this to me at the time and now Im out $200 to properly repair the mouldings which also protect the seals from weather damage and are not simply cosmetic.There are SO MANY ways this could have been handled better by this company. If this happens enough that theyve excluded it from their warranty why not just say to the customer hey, these break a lot during removal...are you okay with whatever happens or would you like to try to remove them yourself first? I know this is a volume business but maybe just slow down and be careful? I was able to remove both of the broken pieces without damaging them further but it took awhile, surely a professional could have avoided the damage in the first place. Or, at least have the courtesy to tell the owner that it happened after the fact.Anyway, this is just really REALLY lazy, sloppy work and poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

I had waited a month to get my windshield replaced and literally every place I called had it on back order .Finally they called me saying they were able to order one last Thursday to come in Friday which I was so excited about . I came in yesterday (Monday morning ) after checking in and waiting an hour already they come out to tell me the windshield that arrived was defective . Then told me they could get another by tomorrow (Tuesday). In my mind I wondered why there wouldn’t be a windshield inspection PRIOR to the appointment instead of making me wait to find that out …I did call this morning to make sure it was in good condition prior to driving over for the installment.Time frame of it wasn’t bad since mine needed to be calibrated as well, I was happy about that .Once my car was ready I got in and noticed it was returned sloppy. Even regular car mechanics don’t return it like this … there was a chipped piece of glass on floor and dried adhesive on my seats, dash, floor and in the cracks of my center console.I’m glad I got my windshield fixed finally … but this company isn’t worth the savings to come back to again.Sloppy and careless.

Had an unusual chip on top of my car, above the driver. They asked me to bring the vehicle in to look at it due to the unusual nature. Advised me of how theyd repair it and got to work. Took less than 6mins, super affordable, and its totally fixed!Amazing job for a walk-in! Would recommend and will be back again if my car continues to attract gravel.

Im very disappointed they did a very poor job after I waited 4 and a half hours its not even put in right it wont leak but very bad cosmetically on my new car. Customer service was not good and he wouldnt even fix the mess up. I do not recommend them.

I had called to have a windshield reinstalled because after installation it was leaking behind the dash and leaving the floorboard soaked. They said they would not even look at it if they did not have a receipt in hand. Pretty horrible that a company will not even correct their own mistakes. I would not recommend this business to anybody.

It was worth it I would go again if I have to replace any other glass on my vehicle in the future, and I got a glass cleaning product for free thanks to the lady in the front shes so nice.

My window got busted out. I called yesterday and they told me I could get it in today. Only cost 200 any where else it was like almost 400. I drove from Pueblo to get it done. The only thing I would recommend is to drop it off before because they are first come first serve. Thank you guys soooo much.

Install was fine but there was adhesive all over the hood and front seat. The caps for my wiper arms were missing when complete. I went back the next morning and they cleaned it up but told me there were never any wiper caps. I asked why there was no dirt or fading on the area under the caps. ( looks brand new ) the guy muttered and walked off. I was hoping they would follow up due to the situation but that did not happen so here we are.

Do yourself a favor and get your windshield replacement done here or they come to you without an extra charge. Significantly cheaper than places like safelite with the same quality products and service. Safelite quoted me around 400 bucks for windshield on my 98 pickup. Auto glass now came to me and did it for half that price! Highly recommend!

Prices are decent compared to similar companies however I ended up waiting over an hour before they started on my car even though had scheduled an appointment. The worst part unfortunately is that upon picking up my car I found my e-brake handle broken and now part of my dashboard is not seated correctly and vibrates right in the crease where the windshield meets. Really was hoping for a better experience. Would only recommend if your hard up on money and desperately need a new windshield

If youre looking to get your windshield replaced this is the best shop in town. I had a cracked windshield and they got me in and out of there pretty fast and their prices were better than anyone else in town. I was so satisfied with their services I even took my wifes car in to get her windshield replaced as well.

Worst place ever...bought a windshield 4 months ago and it has a crack already right on the edge. A pebble will crack their windshields...better off going somewhere else!!! As I drive a tow truck I will not recommend!

1-star for poor (non-existent) customer service.I guess, to be fair, I never was their customer because they never got back to me.I requested a quote from Auto Glass Now on 7/29/2020.It has been over six months and I have not received a response.I just wanted to pay them to replace my windshield.So much for You should be receiving your quote shortly.Yes, I check my SPAM folder frequently.Im sure they will reach out to me now through this Google Maps review, only because I am leaving a 1-star rating.Now, I dont care anymore. Im not going to replace my windshield unless the cracks progress to the point I cannot drive my car.

I called on Monday for a quote and to make an appointment. I had wanted to have a technician come to me to do the replacement, but I was told that since I have a BMW I had to bring it in to the shop so a foreman could do the work. I was quoted $250 and told it would take about an hour. My appointment was at 8 am. My replacement wasnt done until 9:40 am with the explanation BMWs take a little longer - they knew I had a BMW when I made the appointment and told me an hour. Then, they tried to charge me $325 instead of $250 saying it was taxes. Finally, when I got home, I noticed a bunch of black rubbery gunk all over my hood (see the photos). Im guessing its extra adhesive. I just had my car washed yesterday so its definitely from their work. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I was over-promised and they under-delivered. And now I need to clean what they left behind.

This time the price was a little bit higher for my daughter due to the fact shes on a fixed income and she has a 1 year old to look after. But other than that..the staff was great..the job was very professional..ONCE AGAIN..We were treated to perfection considering Covid-19. We dont have any complaints. I woud definitely recommend this business to any & everyone I know who is in need of a windshield done right with a staff that treats you like family. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

Usually go to Safelite but no longer Auto Glass Now was able to get me a OEM window same day and for a way better price than Safelite. Great service and when I got a rock chip not even 12 hrs after the replacement window they got the chip/crack filled and looking like new within 30 mins. Thank you Auto Glass Now.

We called for a windshield we waited a week for the appointment. The installer came out and told my husband he cant install it because there is a rust spot and it is a liability and left. I called to see if I can just buy the windshield off of them and install it ourselves, and still was told it is a liability. How I dont know. If I break it its my problem. I could of went with any other company but I chose them. Now i might not get my car on the track in time.Also the installer does not wear a mask so if you dont want Covid 19 dont use them.

Originally, I was very wary about using this service because of how cheap it was. But I didnt have much choice. Every other quote I had gotten was for $700+ and I just cant do that right now. So I called and thought Id be okay since they have a warranty.The installer called me in the morning to give me a rough estimate of what time hed be here, and he arrived on time within that time slot. He was super polite and honest with me about what my car did and did not need, and had the exact quote of $355 I had agreed on over the phone.He did a great job, only took about 30 minutes, and was one of the nicest car professionals Ive met.Im VERY impressed with how good my overall service and experience was, and I will always use them in the future and Im telling my family to do the same.It seemed too good to be true, but it wasnt! Had a great experience replacing the windshield on my brand new car.

Windshield was ruined during a hail storm so when I called around for quote this place was the best price but also the customer service was great. I believe I spoke with Nikki over the phone and she helped get my quote and then scheduled my appointment for 2 days later. While it was there at the shop they found out I had a rain sensor which I didnt know about so they had to order a different windshield which also extended the time it was there. When I went to go pick up my car they were awesome enough to only charge me for the first windshield they quoted me for and not the second which wouldve been twice the price. Ill definitely be a return customer if I need any other glass services!

Always honor appointment times and they get your windshield replaced in the the time they quoted. Their waiting room is also available. Reasonable prices, theyre always cheaper than anyone else when Ive called to campare prices. Work is quality. We do all our vehicles there, 4 over the past 5 years.

Had a vehicle break-in and came in for a window replacement. While the price was unbeatable, we did not get unbeatable service. Nobody bothered to clean up the remaining glass shards in and under the seat. Nobody bothered to remove the glass trapped inside the door. Nobody bothered to even wipe the window down after installation. They did bother to rub their dirty hands all over our clean, lightly colored interior.

This place was very understanding I scheduled to get my rear driver side window replaced,, but they got it confused as a windshield replacement. But they were so understanding that they scheduled me up for Monday to actually get a driver side window replaced . Thank you to the hard working men who did replace my windshield with no cost and for just being very reasonable. I understand this never happens but thank you for not being mean at all . 08/28/20 afternoon shift.

Fast & friendly service and the lowest prices in town! Only took off one star because the trim pieces were a bit rough after installation.... One of the side trim pieces almost flew off while on the highway (I grabbed it before it did) and I had to readjust myself.

Well for starters made an appointment a few days before the lady got phone number wrong even though I repeated it several times to her and she repeated it back correctly They still gave the wrong number to the technician so technician was calling the wrong number all morning I called to see what was going on they finally showed up I had a vehicle sitting where they can freely open all four doors tech didn’t want to service vehicle where it was at then they replace the windshield and left woke up following morning with a crack in the lower right hand corner this vehicle hasn’t even seen the road yet because it’s been sitting for a while and haven’t got A DMV appointment yet for plates save your money and use a reputable company with quality glass !!

First and foremost, they gave me a great price quote and they stuck to it! Im very happy with the price and the job - it looks flawless! I would give a 5-star review, but they didnt clean up the shards of glass from the originally broken window. Ive read several reviews that say the same thing, so I think the company should make it a point not to leave broken glass in peoples vehicles from now on. Other than that, great service!

Fast and nice job replacing glass. Forced me to arrive two hours before closing, no matter what day i chose for an appt. I f i would be five minutes after 4 when they close at 6 I wont get the work done. Both the women I interacted with in the office were rude! Guys in the shop were professional. They wont vacuum the glass off of your drivers seat or the floor, even though they have to vaccun out the inside of the door. I paid cash and not even a Thank You. Will never return to this establishment for any reason. Cheap prices and terrible customer service.

Ive always gone to Auto Glass Now. I drive an old AMC Eagle, and they were able to source a new windshield. Not only that, they listened to my request about the old trim and cleaned up a previously butchered glass install. I will always use them for windshield repairs and replacement.

I have had two windows replaced here: a windshield and a drivers window. Both times the prices were great, and the work was done quickly. Easy communication and appointment set up via email, which I greatly appreciated, and they got me in at my scheduled time. I will definitely use them again. Staff is efficient and friendly. Was very happy with the work on both occasions.

The windshield repair itself was fine and completed in a timely manner. However while picking up the car the wait to collect it was longer than expected. While trying to enquire what was taking so long the lady at the checkout responded in a rude and angry manner and instead of just trying to answer my question gave me a lecture on how they had to follow Covid regulations and I should try and understand that. It’s a perfect example of ruining a service for experience which so far had gone pretty good.

I used Auto Glass Now a few years back when my trucks windshield cracked suddenly. On the morning I called they got me in and out so quickly, AND at a great price, that when my car windshield recently developed a crack, they were the first (and only) folks I called. So now, years after my first experience, they are STILL doing a fantastic job! Same day service as well as getting us back out and on our way super fast!!!

I got an appointment quickly, the prices were beyond fair. I would recommend.

Reasonable prices but poor service. I have used them several times before, and generally, the service has been good, so this was a bit disappointing. They managed not to vacuum the shards of glass and rubber molding on the dash and floors. A Lesson learned to check thoroughly before leaving. Also, my rear-view mirror screw managed to go missing and was marked on my receipt as missing? Hmm, it wasn’t missing when I brought it in. As if I drive down the road with my mirror shaking. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to them having an off day.

Windshield was shattered after a heavy hailstorm. Auto Glass Now was able to get us in right away, and at a fair price. The installers even transferred over the parking sticker and oil change reminder from the old windshield. Little things matter!

This place is amazing, I’ve waited longer for a seat at a restaurant. They had my window replaced incredibly fast and at a great price. My only complaint is that the installer didn’t hook my defroster back up.
