I brought my 3rd car here for a state inspection and they managed to stall my standard transmission during a state inspection. There was beer in the trashcan during checkout so I know the reason why.Edit: To respond it was another day. Not today, I dont know why you assume.

I needed a vehicle inspected fast. Lonestar got the job done for me faster than anywhere else. It is convenient to where I live and have found their services to be fast and professional over the years.

They are honest, fair, friendly and take great care of you. They dont push you to do anything you dont need and in fact have let me know when I thought I needed something but didnt and didnt even charge me for their time. Consistent management for at least the 3 years I have been taking my Chevy there. Super nice, too. My highest compliment is they feel like the small-town shop I grew up going to with my Dad.

Honestly I just go for my yearly inspection. Each time they have been fast, and friendly, and no hassles. And when youre dealing with government-related nonsense those things are rare! I will certainly go back next year. By the way, I usually try to catch them midday on a weekday. Theyre usually not crowded. I dont really know what its like on the weekends.On 07/07/21 Ive upped my rating to five stars. These guys are great. I had two inspections done, I was in and out quickly. Theyre friendly theyre helpful and they will treat you fairly. I will continue going back here, primarily for inspections. But I would certainly go here for an oil change if I didnt do my own oil changes. Its where my daughter gets her oil changed every time.

Oil change with synthetic costs $100 bucks. Little high, hence 4 stars. Location is convenient and there was no wait at 5:20 pm on a weekday. Staff was friendly. The waiting room is a bit run down, but it is a garage after all.

They are amazing! Every time I go to get my oil changed I’m in and out in 30 minutes! And they always let me know if anything is wrong with my car. The last time I went for an oil change I also found out my air filter was really nasty and my CV axle was going out and spewing grease all over the wheel well! They are super efficient and really nice and this is honestly the best place to take your car. They’ve been servicing my entire families cars for 2 years now!

These guys are the worst of the worst in taking advantage of people who are inexperienced with auto maintenance. They charged my teenage daughter $175 for an oil change and claimed that it was because the only oil that would work was an expensive specialty brand. This is not true as evidenced by the dealers that regularly charge $70 for the same oil change.Thanks for your response. Having done the due diligence you suggested, I have found many products that meet the spec but none that come anywhere near $25/quart. Please show me the invoice cost that matches this rate and I will humbly remove my complaint.

Went to get an inspection. They were fast, friendly, and even helped fix a problem I didnt see before. One of my lug nuts fell off and the inspector pointed it out to me and let me go get one for him to install before they started the inspection. He then inspected the rest of my lug nuts to make sure that they were safe.I will definitely go there again.

I only go there for Texas State Inspections so far. I am in the car business and strictly use OEM parts and fluids. If I was going to need a quick lube, I would go there without hesitation. They are courteous and clearly pay attention to detail on the cars they service. (There is a lot of clutter outside. Dont let that dissuade you.)

What more to say... They offer great service. My truck is not easy to change the oil on. Theres a beefy skid plate that requires a lot of extra labor to work with. They never complain and always do great work. Highly recommend this local shop.

Great service from Lonestar Lube in Colleyville. I got my oil changed and a couple days later when I was in Dallas for the weekend noticed it was leaking. I called Lonestar to ask them what to do, and Justin Taylor drove to Dallas on both Friday night and Saturday day to fix the problem. That was way beyond the call of duty!Please consider using them next time you need you need change or car inspection. They’re on the corner of Colleyville Boulevard (Highway 26)and Church Street.

They do a great job go the extra mile. No teenage kids working there, these are car guys. They carry AMSOIL lubricants, one of the best out there.

Besides the fastest oil change in the West, they also were extremely friendly and straightforward with everything. My car is older but they didnt ask for a single upcharge from me. Just in and out the door within 20 minutes. In addition to that, I called recently about freon for my AC, which they unfortunately dont do, but the guy on the phone rattled off two to three really good recommendations. If you want work done in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner with no BS and no extra hassles, try these guys out. You will be a customer for life. Ive only had two interactions and that was all I needed!

I hate being that person that comes in 5 minutes or less before a business closes because I know how it feels being the employee on the receiving end... So I felt extremely awful when I learned they closed at 6 and I had pulled in for an oil change at 5:55pm. They told me not to worry about what time it was and were very welcoming and reassured me that it wasnt any trouble to get me right in and get what I needed done. Everyone was very courteous and polite, and this was just an all around great experience. Next time I need my oil changed Ill definitely be coming here again... And Ill even make sure I get here way before closing time! Thanks for the great customer service when you had every right to turn me away!
