WOW! Just WOW! I found my new mechanic! The dealership wanted $800 for a new oil pressure sensor. Craig and team did it for $300, and that included an oil change that normally costs me $100!. I dropped off my vehicle at 8am and it was ready in 3 hours. These guys are the real deal. I will use them every chance I get. I highly recommend them.

The most honest and reliable auto shop I’ve ever been to. The staff here have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to fit the needs of each time I brought my car in. I’ve taken our cars here several times over the years for various problems and have never had a bad experience. Each experience I’ve had with the employees of Ethridge has always been respectful, personable, and left me feeling like my car and money were in honest hands and that guarantees my return for any future work I need done on my cars.The latest work I had done this summer was replacing a radiator fan, a part which was on a nationwide back order and was going to take over a month to get in no matter where I went. Ethridge came through with the part less than a week after I initially called them and my car was fixed and back to me in one day. Also, as it was our only car to get around I didn’t have a way to drop it off and get back home- an employee at Ethridge was more than willing to drop me off at home while the car was at the shop (and took the time to do so during their lunch break).I definitely recommend Ethridge for reasonably priced, trustworthy, good quality service. That can be really hard to find in an auto shop these days, which is why I appreciate this business so much.

Always busy but their work, professionalism and work cannot be overstated. I will not have anyone work on my truck or auto because their work cannot match Ethridge. I have been using them for over 10 years and they have never let me down. I recommend them 100 percent without any reservations. Their charges are very reasonable.

They wrecked / totaled my car!! One of their mechanics got into a road rage incident while test driving my car. They deleted evidence off my dash cam related to the accident. Then, the new owner, Craig gave me a hard time about getting the car fixed. He pieced it back together with wrecking yard pieces and acted like I was putting HIM at an inconvenience! He had my car for over two months and when I got it back the problem I brought it in for originally still wasn’t fixed! He also kept the $6,800 I was supposed to get from the insurance company for the car’s depreciation.

Car was having problems and I took it in and Craig and team were able to fix all the issues and get me back on the road in just a couple days. Fast work and honest. Great pricing!

What an AMAZING place!!! I was quoted 195 from one shop, then I called Ethridge, got a quote for 130 which was perfectly doable for me. I brought my car in, got AC fixed and then only paid $65. Everyone was so friendly and professional. If youre looking for a place that does good honest work without overcharging for simple repairs, you dont need to look any further, Ethridge will take care of you!!! I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment. They were booked on Monday.I had my car towed there Monday morning. They told me that I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. And Friday they just started working on it. They close at 5:00 and I been calling several times throughout the day.He told me he would call me back before he leaves. 5:00 I still havent heard from him.Not reliable on promises of getting the work done in an efficient manner.

I recently dropped off my V for brake service. I was happy to find somewhere that would let me bring in my own parts instead of having to just choose from whatever they have in stock. Craig was great to work with, he runs a good team of mechanics. The job is flawless, the brakes bite just as hard as they used to, no squeak, no vibrations. Good dudes, good prices.

Ive used these guys many times and have always found them to be honest and reliable. They follow the Golden Rule in their business practices. Once, after inspecting my car for an hour they sent me to another guy to do the work. They said he was an expert at that issue - they didnt charge me for the time they spent with me.

All the staff is very friendly and were able to get my car fixed quickly and for a fair price! Would highly recommend this shop to friends!

My suburban broke down on a Wednesday night heading home from work. Had the tow driver take it to Ethridge because we have worked with them before. I called the next morning just to confirm they received it and they already had my vehicle in the shop. Within an hour of that call they already had the problem pin pointed. They were super honest about what I needed to keep it running versus every minor thing wrong because it is a 2004. By Friday my car was already done and ready for pickup and it cost way less then I had planned for. Amazing customer service and superb repair job. Im so glad to have ole Bessy back. Great shop. Honest service for a good price. We are happy to have found this shop. They wont suggest a lot of repairs that you dont need. With our older vehicle, they gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be fixed and what we didnt need to repair.

Excellent service. Good, good repair. Came in a little under estimate. And went the extra mile with an add-on request. Another shop recommended a ton more work and was nearly $1200 more at estimate.

Took my truck in for an oil leak and brakes. Ive heard nothing but great things about this place so I figured Id give it a shot and I couldnt have been more impressed. To their response time, honesty and quick communication it was all first class. They took time to explain to me what the problem was, what needed to be fixed, what it was going to cost me and then asked if I had any further questions. Theyve earned a customer for life.

I had my oil changed and my window shield wipers fixed (they wouldnt shut off). I have no problems with the vehicle now! They even suggested things they saw while they were under the hood that need to be done in the future. Im so glad to know and budget for these expenses instead of being blind sighted on the way to work like I was with the wipers! The technicians are knowledgeable and the office staff is friendly. I will definetly be going back!

Butch called me every step of the way once I dropped off the car and made it clear that my repair wasnt serious, fixed it the same day, and got it back to me in much better shape. The repairs on my truck were going to be too expensive for me and Craig had my truck towed back to my apartment at no expense to me. The guys at Ethridge have taken good care of my cars over the past five years or so. I go to the cheapo shops to get oil changes and tire rotations, and when they tell me I need a belt or a flush, I take it to Ethridge -- they tell me whether I *really* need it or not (often not). They have fixed my cars several times, and they handle everything well, from diagnosis to keeping me in the loop to getting the car running again. Plus, they are great about trying to find a cheaper part for you than from the manufacturer.

I have been a customer for years and have never had a complaint. They go above and beyond. If you need a fair, honest place to take your car, then this is the place.

Butch and the crew are very friendly but they are incredibly slow. It took them over 4 business days just to take a look at my used truck I had just purchased. In addition I called Linda to check the status and she said she had no idea what progress had been done and said she would call back.....she didnt. I just dont think they did a thorough job and their customer service is lacking big time. I have other friends/neighbors who will not use them because of the incredibly slow service. I really wish my experience had been better, especially since I mentioned this was my first visit.

I took my vehicle that was acting up to an auto shop I usually go to. They told me I needed to replace my engine and it would cost $4,000-$6,000. I decided to get a second opinion and was referred to Ethridge from a friend and I couldnt be happier. It didnt need a new motor and I walked out of there only paying $350 for the repairs and have had zero issues since. I wont go anywhere else.

My 2003 Escape was making weird bumping noises. Another repair shop told me the problem could be a couple of different things, and that the total repair cost would be around $2,000, and charged me around $40 for the inspection. The mechanic said I was living on borrowed time and that the repairs needed to be made immediatelyI took the car to Ethridge for a second opinion, and Im glad I did. The diagnosis they gave me was that my car is old, and old cars make noises - nothing to be concerned about, and they didnt charge me anything for the inspection. That was over 2 years ago. The car still makes the bumping noise from time to time, but Ive probably put over 15,000 miles on it since then, and its still running just fine.
