I brought my wife and Is (Mr. Morgan) Black and Decker rechargeable battery 40V lawn mower in to have it repaired since it wouldnt start. As soon as I walked in Mark (employee who is the epitome of professionalism) greeted me with a friendly smile and asked how could help solve my problem. After finding the root cause dealing with the motor brush within the motor, immediately the technician preeminently fixed the issue and the our mower is running stronger than ever. The entire staff effectively, promptly and efficiently troubleshooted our problem. Their dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism reflects great credit upon themselves and Precision Small Engine company. I tell everyone I know about this place because they truly care about people, have great prices and are excellent at what they do. I will always call Precision Small Engine for any lawn/landscaping tool issues and will continue to spread the word about them to all my family, friends and clients about how great a business they are. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars for without hesitating. Thanks Precision Small Engine! :o)

I had such a great experience in dealing with Precision small engines. I had a Toro aerator that needed repair. I had previously taken the aerator to a shop closer to me to get fixed. The other shop switched a cable and charged me and never fixed the problem. I brought my aerator to Precision when the tine shaft snapped while I was in the middle of aerating a customers yard. There was a $50 deposit and was told they would get to it and assess it as soon as possible(brought the machine in right before closing). These gentlemen here understand commercial lawn/landscape businesses that our equipment is our livelihood. From the front desk to the mechanics were very professional and even offered to help unload and load my aerator. They had my machine fixed and back to me within a week. They even washed my machine and it practically looked brand new when I picked it up. The mechanic came out and went over everything they did and what necessary maintenance it will need in the future. I was extremely pleased with my experience. I strongly recommend this shop to any of my fellow landscaping professionals. Thanks again!

There is no better endorsement of Precisions work performance than the fact that the US Post Service & other fed agencies rely on them for services. I am a homeowner with a 3yr relationship with them. One of my repairs required a complicated Kohler engine recall.. Their tenured professionals completed work in less time than Kohler estimated.. Precisions owner followed up to see if my repair met my expectations. Their white- glove service was a surprise. Every lawn mower is power washed before its return to customer! First class!

Theyre so expensive it would be cheaper to buy a new mower every two years. Service is atrocious. I regret going there and wont ever again.

Im pleased with Precision. They are in my neighborhood so for me they are very convenient. I own commercial equipment and most of the machines are made by Scag. Ive been surprised many times that even parts for my older machines are in stock when I need themThere have been a few times where the owners themselves have gone out of their way to explain how I should make a repair. ( ...Im just a shade tree mechanic).I dont know the guys name, but they have a mechanic who rebuilds Stihl chainsaws and is amazing. I have a concrete saw which he brought back to life and after a couple of years...it is still starting with ease. Of coarse, I should take a little credit too because they explained how I should care for my saw, Ive done what they suggested and if you follow instructions....it works as it should.

We brought in a 4 year old Toro lawnmower. 3 weeks later we still had not heard from them. Finally we went up there and they told us the engine needing replacing (we were told different reasons via phone and in person) for $250. The lawnmower cost $350. While there my husband said 6 people were also told their engines needed replacing. They asked why we were taking the mower since we weren’t getting it fixed. Not believing them we took the mower to someone else. It was a clogged value and the repair was $100. Clearly they are looking to take people’s machines and resell them. I would avoid like the plague.

Although it took three months to repair my Toro electric start mower, they did overhaul it professionally. Even the loaner they gave me was in good shape and well maintained, blade sharpened. These guys are professionals.

I have taken multiple pieces of equipment there over the years and every experience was outstanding. They have a quick turned around time, reasonable pricing and over 30 years experience. They also sell STIHL products and are a servicing dealer for all types equipment. I would recommend them to anyone who is have equipment trouble period.

To start: These guys have the worst attitude. Would not recommend anyone to come here. I was here trying to get my lawnmower oil change done and these guys were sleeping on the job. I left my mower there for over 2 weeks and havent even got a phone call. I had to call them in order to get my mower. Unorganized people. Very disappointed.

Went in for what I was told would be a $60 lawn mower tune up and ended up with a $200 bill. No phone call to explain charges; they just expected me to pay when I came to pick it up. They charged more just for labor than the entire tune up was supposed to cost. I was able to get them to reduce the labor charge a bit, but was still ripped off. It would be cheaper to buy a new lawn mower every other year than to get one serviced here. Never again. Avoid as if your wallet depended on it.

I left a 2010 John Deere mower with a bent drive shaft, along with $25 deposit, big mistake. THEY SWITCHED THE ENTIRE MOTOR WITH A USED ONE [I was assured it would be ok because its only a 2003 with not many hours] when I asked to see my motor they took it was in the trash. I was stupid enough to pay before I saw the mower. Now they are waiting for parts to come in for over a week.Saturday they brought me a loaner,It wouldnt start .Monday they brought it back,it runs for 2 minutes then stops. Im out $285 and have no mower. Dont make the same mistake I did, DONT USE PRECISION SMALL ENGINES.
