Had an appointment for a recall. I arrived and was helped by Bryan Jenkins. He asked if I knew it would be about a three hour job since I said I would wait. I should have been advised of that when I made the online appointment and selected the wait at dealership option, but that wasnt his fault. He was great and got be a ride back home on their courtesy shuttle. The car was actually ready earlier than expected. Overall I was very happy with the experience.

My partner and I recently purchased a used car here, and the biggest critic Id have is the lack of knowledge the sales people have about the financial details of their loan agreements, and the way the in-house underwriters treat the customers. Since you cant speak to the underwriter before the salesman, for him/her to have a basic understanding of the dealerships loan rates based on conditions considered is important before I waste my time in getting approved. Our sales representative had no idea of this and kept saying, We work with 40 different banks so we have great rates, the best rates. So we went through their process for two hours before knowing it was going to be 10%. And that’s while rates have been very low.Its a dealership so I didnt expect the best rates but obviously when we heard that it was time to leave. We expressed wanting to leave but the underwriter continued to pressure us and said we couldnt get approved anywhere else. At the same time he was incessantly insisting we purchase a maintenance package with the car and would not take no for an answer. Both of our scores are 730+, we own a home, and owned both of our previous vehicles so for him to say we cant get approved anywhere else is false and manipulating.We went home, looked for another lender and eventually found one, got approved for 4.8% and that was that. I would not go back because my experience was so bad. Even the lady hired to sell you add-ons forced us to listen although we asked her to stop, it was excruciatingly awkward. People just want to buy a car, not be harassed from excessive over-selling. We arrived there at 8:45pm and left at 11:30pm. Dont waste your time.

I went in for a service for my car after providing all my information on a phone call for 10 mins and Im asked the same thing when I go it for 10 minutes.I asked the sales person there to see if I exchange my 2016 Honda and he keeps going and coming from the table for 30 minutes to collect information about the car that I couldve given him if he had asked me. After that he tells me I will get to meet and appraiser to know about the value of my car and I waited for about 40 minutes at his table but he never gets back to me, talks to every employee in the lobby. It was very disrespectful and slow, I just had to leave. Never get a car from them and except hospitality. Right from the receptionist everyone is just bleh. No happiness or welcoming anybody. Never been to a worse car dealership before.

Some already complained about this before. The salesman was fine to work with, but when the manager came in to make the deal, he just stopped me when I was talking and said if I found another cheaper dealer, just go there right now - he said. If you find my offer is not good for you, make your price. He said if I found anyplace with a Civic sport cheaper than $26k, just went and took it. But what he did not know was, he was one told my friend a day ago that he would be selling the car for $24k. What a big fat liar.

I worked with Xavier Martinez in the service department. I came in because my tire needed to be repaired (covered under road hazard insurance) and my AC needed to be serviced. He told me that the price of $400 for the AC service was due to my car needing “special Freon” since it’s a newer car and it involved the emissions of the vehicle. Ultimately I did not need the AC service but upon my further investigation and the fact that my father is an ASE certified auto technician I knew this information about my AC was false. My car takes standard Freon which you can purchase for only $6 per 12 oz can. I didn’t understand why the AC service would cost so much! After my tire was repaired/patched I asked for them to reset the TPMS system, instead of what I felt was completing the service of my tire properly Mr. Martinez tried to claim that there is “a lot more involved” than just resetting the error messages. This is also false, all that needed to be done when switching between the spare and standard tire is a reset of the TPMS system by pressing the “calibrate” button. I left and completed the service myself. I most likely will never return to this dealership. I spent 3 hours there for a mere tire patch, witnessed verbal fights between employees and felt like I was being fed inaccurate information about my vehicle. I am disappointed to say the least.

Only can review the service center. Horrible - the customer service gentleman did what he could but even he admitted he looked bad with the piss poor service provided.I was the only customer in the service center for over two hours, and yet it took four hours to finish servicing my car. They were working on the alignment for over an hour.Do not go here if you need service for you car. Go anywhere else if you value your time, money or self-respect.

Recently traded my Fiat for a new CRV. Sales Rep (Lorenzo Dyson) was excellent. I had scheduled an appointment and he met me without any wait. Lorenzo had the vehicle that I was interested in, ready and in front of the dealership. He was honest; informed me he just began selling Hondas so he was still learning, but gave me a lot of information about the vehicle.While I took the CRV for a test drive, he had my Fiat appraised. After I got back, we talked numbers. Truly wasnt expecting to walk out with a vehicle, but when I got the numbers and I told him and his sales manager (Dennis) that I was looking for a specific monthly payment, they worked with me and offered a deal that was exactly what I was looking for. What stood out from this experience and my prior experience was that in this particular experience, I didnt have a finance manager talking to me and trying to convince me on how great of a deal was offered or how I could extend the terms of the loan from 60 to 72 in order to get the monthly payment I wanted.Lorenzo and Dennis were great. I would recommend that you ask for them when looking for a new Honda.

Wally and Levi and Leonard were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, as well as after the sale. They were completely upfront with everything and didnt play any games with me. I started out talking to 4 Honda dealers but quickly found that Wally and Levi and Leonard were by the far the most responsive and interested in what I wanted. After I bought my car I needed to come back to get the mud flaps installed, and they coordinated everything and even greeted me warmly the day I came back in, and talked to the service department with me. I have been here only about a few times and they always take care of me and help me with what I need. On my most recent visit, I was helped by Elvin with my ac being hot/blowing hot air and he let me know there was an recall issue with the condenser. Even tho the process took about 3 hours, he kept me informed about what was going on. He was very easy to approach and easy to talk to. Although I have to come back again when they have the part, I look forward to speaking with him again.

I went in for a quick routine check up. I received help from Elvin. He was very accommodating. We discussed what needed to be done with my car. Everything was explained clearly.It was a quick visit. The service provided to my car was minimal therefore my wait was not very long.Also, this location adhered to the rules and regulations of COVID. Had a great experience at College Park Honda, particularly salespeople Wally and Andrew. They gave me the best deal in the DC area on a 2019 Honda CR-V and were willing to negotiate and work with me. They were courteous and communicative. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the process took a little long when I went in for my appointment to purchase the car ~3 hours. They could have been a bit more efficient with that process. But, overall, great dealership that is definitely worth a visit if you are in the market for a car.

I have never been fond of dealerships when I have gone with people before, but I finally was taking the plunge to buy a new civic type R and I have to say it was a great experience at this location. I met Wesley first who was my sales rep and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and helpful and knew exactly what I wanted and why and helped me as much as he possibly could to get me what I wanted. Karl the manager was also really good. He made sure everything was good in my experience and followed up with me and made sure everything was to my liking. They both went above and beyond. And Milton, my service consultant which I met when my rims were repaired was outstanding too. He made sure he kept me informed and they all took really good care of me and my car. I can’t say enough about them all, I am truly happy and satisfied with my car and my experience. Look for these guys if you do go 👍🏼 You won’t be disappointed.
