If I could leave a zero star for this review I totally would. I was told that the vehicle that I purchased had anything major gone wrong with the engine in the first 3 months they would fix it. Within days the transmission started to go out though it showed signs of a belt issue. Once the light finally came on they will not work with me on fixing my vehicle. I had to find a mechanic myself, all mechanics for a transmission were weeks out. When I finally found a mechanic they said they would rush my paperwork. I got a mechanic and they wont even cover half of the part. Im the one making all the phone calls to them. I refuse to cover any part of what is wrong with a vehicle that went out within days of me purchasing it from them. Especially the transmission which I told was covered. On top of that Im having to pay for the warranty for the new part out of my own pocket. Ive almost lost my job because they are not getting back to me fast enough or with any answers. Do not trust this place every word that has come out of their mouth so far has been a lie. Even after talking to somebody in the corporate office over a week ago who promised me she would rush my paperwork through, I have been without a vehicle now for 3 weeks. Still have no answer and no vehicle. Though they sure do make sure to call to get there payments every two weeks.

Obtained an 2003 Honda Odyssey. Before I could go above 55 it needed over 1400 dollars in repairs. Control arms, ball joints, struts, tires, and radiator. Which they gladly tacked on my loan. Now come to find out the reason the front end was shot was it also needs motor mounts which caused the initial issue. Along with a new transmission, electrical problems including windows intermently work (wont shut) radio shorts, speakers blown.... Now within 9000 miles I will have to have to put over 4500 dollars in repairs on top of the 1400 plus. So my payments went from 77 to 90 week. Now if I am a complete idiot I will dump $4500again. The Kelly blue book value isnt even that much. In short roughly $16,000.00 Ill have paid for a 2003 Honda. Valued at $3,000. Update now the vehicle wont even start. Called and spoke with corporate they explained to me that my driving caused the transmission to fail the barely 9000 miles weve put on the vehicle. I actually believe that the whole dash cluster including ODOMETER WAS REPLAICED WITH A LOWER MILE READING ONE.update: I defaulted on this. They received a winning bid at auction for the vehicle for 1000.............And it would probably help if they had an actual mechanic that was certified to clear their cars for sale.
