I had been driving from MS to MI for a wedding and my check engine light came on only an hour away from my destination. I limped it to this dealership as this was the closest and went to the service department. Having no idea how bad it was I asked explained my situation, but was immediately turned away, claiming they were booked beyond belief. Wouldnt even spend 15 minutes to even diagnose my jeep to see if I could safely drive to another place to hopefully get fixed. Shocked and disappointed at the lack of hospitality to even give me a chance. Only thing the service tech did was give me 2 numbers to hopefully limp to and see if they would be able to give me a free diagnosis.

Gary went above and beyond to ensure that our truck was taken care of. He was able to get it fixed much quicker than expected and provided excellent customer service. They are always willing to help and fix any problems. From service to sales they have been great to us!

Drove 1.5 hours to get there. Bought an 2016 F-150 with low miles for a good price. Received a good trade in price. Talked to sales, owner, and sales manager. They detailed the car and we finalized the sale. Took about 2 hours from my arrival to driving away. Had one issue with truck that was not identified during purchase. They provided support on the issue post sale. All in all, great experience. Would buy from there again.

This visit was the 4th (and free oil change) with the special card that you pay for the 1st three. The coffee was good while I waited (barely 30 minutes). I also talked to Kip (Service Mgr.) about my erratic behaving Stop/Start feature. He explained all the parameters that cause it to not function. I am very pleased with the service dept.

Very nice crew! Took time to take me back and show me the process of draining my intercooler on my hellcat! I would definitely recommend someone to stop out and see what vehicles they have or just change the oil in your car

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was advised that it would be 40 minutes or so before it would be done. But as always Kip and the gang were awesome and had it all done in about 20 minutes. Price and service are both exceptional.

Absolutely would not recommend service here, they dont had my car for over a month and the only time Id heard from them was the 4 times I personally called up there. For a month my car sat there and they still didnt have any solution for me, 0/10 recommend, will definitely steer my family and friends of this establishment.

The oil change was quick. My only complaint was the oily finger prints on the wheel and buttons to reset the oil life meter.

They were very patient as we worked through a number of different used car, on lot new, and factory options until we landed on the right vehicle for our needs. They were very fair with trade-in values and have been very good at communicating with us throughout the entire process. We look forward to the delivery of our new vehicle and will report back with any updates to our experience.Update: Please do your own research on towing capacity and how that is really calculated and if the vehicle that you are considering will safely meet your towing needs. I’ll take most of the responsibility for our error but we ended up needing to trade in our new vehicle because it wasn’t able to effectively tow our trailer. The salesperson wasn’t well versed on this key need and how to correctly advise us on the model that would address this requirement. After speaking with other dealerships we discovered that this is very misunderstood by the majority of salespeople. Unfortunately, I have to update my rating to only a four-star experience

I took my car in to get my windshield wipers fixed, they had a hard time figuring out what was wrong but they finally did and they did not charge me for their extra effort. They were very honest and fair with me. They also checked up on me afterwards to make sure all was still ok. Very caring.

We had good service. Kip is wonderful to deal with, giving options and opinions. They are very busy, but fixed it in a timely manner.

I was scared to death to take my truck to The Dealership. Never again! Kip and the guys in service were able to get my truck in and diagnosed within a couple of hours of it showing up. They ordered the parts and had it fixed the next day. The whole ordeal was done in half the time I expected and cost about a third of what I had anticipated! I would definitely recommend these guys.

I have had all my service work done here for years. This is a great place to not only service your vehicles but to also purchase them. All of the techs are great, they will take you in the back if necessary to show or explain something to you before they do something. The sales department is wonderful and the salesman that sits at the middle desk will go anywhere or do anything to help his customers get the deal they need if at all feasible. The sales and finance manager was very easy to work with and really knows his stuff. I would have given 5 stars but I did 4 only because I don’t like that you can’t make an appointment for oil changes/ tire rotations. I’m a busy mom and don’t have the time to wait over an hour to get things done like that. But everyone there is super nice, I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from them and have never been treated poorly.

We had taken our vehicle to a couple different places, one told me they fixed my Vans alignment 3 different times and gave me the run around. The other place, while they were helpful, didnt feel they could fix my van and recommended we trade it in for a new one. The guys at Bobilya told me what needed done (new back axel, alignment, tie rod, and tires) and were able to get the work done quickly. I am very happy with the service department.

I went to get my headlight changed and an oil change, I wasn’t expecting the expense of the headlight and I thought the oil change cost was quite expensive as well. I don’t usually get my oil changed here but was told they change the headlight out for free so that’s why I chose to get it done.My total cost headlight and oil change was over $200.

Send out scam flyers that show you win money, but then when you get there, you’re told you have to give all your information to them and you only get two dollars. We genuinely thought we won $500 and even called before driving over there to make sure it was legitimate and not a scam and were assured we really did win. Just shady advertising practices. Didn’t even look at the cars they had for sale because of this. There are less shady ways to draw attention as we were actually trying to find a car.

My experience at Bobilya has always been positive. Lately they have given me a quote for 4 new tires and a quote for left side mirror which cracked all by itself this winter. My left front tire had 4 plugs in it due to someone putting 4 drywall screws in it in a row. I have watched this tire closely. It kept loosing air. They took it off and verified it was loosing air slowly on 2 outside plugs. They repaired it.

Great service and communication. Answered all my questions and helped to order other parts for my vehicle. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that they put an old rusted clip on with my brand new caliper. Not sure why 😥 but Ill be asking for sure.
