Took our jeep liberty here to have it detailed. We asked them to clean the carpets and seats as well as the typical items covered during a detail job. WOW!! Super impressed. They actually went above the call of duty and took out the seats to clean some of the areas. Definitely exceeded our expectations!! Thanks to all who helped.

Though I have never been to Royal Chevrolet (or Heritage Chevrolet) I have purchased or arraigned purchase’s for family and friends upwards of 25 times over the last 19 years (since 2002)! That just shows the trust I have in Tom Harris and his staff. I live 260 miles away!! We’ve always been able to make deals without ever getting together to do them!!

I only go to Royal for the maintenance on my 2016 2500 Silverado. Im not sure if that will continue. I have my doubts if they actually do what they say they do. In the check list of items that they check, tires, brakes, windshield. They tell me that my windshield is free of cracks. That there is the problem. I have had a crack in my windshield for about 2 years. The crack is over 18 inches long. Now, it is low to where it does not block my vision. But anyone looking for cracks would certainly see it. This makes me lose confidence in Royal for what they say they check, or do they just check the block to get it done.

This dealership has surpassed all of my expectations. I have always taken my truck there for all of my service needs and will continue to do so. I called ahead to get a time quote for my maintenance. They said that by the book it would take three hours, but they thought it would actually take less. I made an appointment for the repairs marking out 3 or so hours from my schedule, just to be safe. They took 5 hours, then said they were sending someone to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. a half hour later, they called and said it would be probably another 25 minutes. A half hour after that, they picked me up. I figured for my days schedule that it would best to be done at least before noon. I figured that my day wouldnt be too screwed up if I was on my way a little before 1:00. I left the dealership with my truck a little after 3:00. If I needed to write off the whole day, I would have selected a day that I could write off the whole day. So much for calling ahead for a time quote.

It was good. Took a little longer then they originally said. Said it would take 30 minutes ended up taking almost an hour. But overall till definitely return for future maintenance & oil changed stuff like that. Staff were very friendly which was nice.

Took vehicle in for a new thermostat and coolant system flush and cleaning. When I got home and took off the radiator cap I found the new coolant contaminated with the old brown sludge that was in the system. It was explained to me that the problem was the gunk still in the overflow tank. I stated that the tank should be considered part of the cooling system. At first I was told that they could write up an estimate for doing another flush. I told them that I would take my car somewhere else before paying them a second time for a job that was not done correctly the first time. Eventually the service tech said they would do another flush at no cost. Fluid now looks clean.

I was anxious to get my truck in for service because I was leaving out of town. Without an appointment, I left my truck the night before and they worked it in and called immediately when it was completed. Because of my poor planning this has happened more than once and your service department has been there me! Brian the service tech was even nice enough to explain some wear items that may need attention in the future. He even talked about some of the nice features on the current model trucks. Nice guy!!

Terrible! My wife planned on buying a 2014 cruze from here. Brooke Rudd sent her a credit app link and my wife was pre-approved. Brooke was sent an email over the weekend but when she returned to work she hadnt opened it yet to see that we drove 2 hours round trip to look at it when they were closed and were very interested. Brooke basically let someone else look at car before my wife and it was sold. Terrible service and communication, never again.In response to reply: I understand to a point but when a salesperson sends a link to get pre-approved and you get approved that should be the start of the sale. Why should someone be allowed to purchase a vehicle that is in process? I contacted Serra Honda in Greenville about a different Cruze and they pulled it off the lot until we could get there. I think if your salesperson had looked at the email as soon as she got into work we would have been able to make an appointment before the other person who had appointment at 4. By the way, I inquired the previous Friday before any appointments were set. Shady

The oil filter gasket (changed my oil myself) did not seat properly and failed while heading out on the highway. Towed to Royal for repair. Service employee put on a new filter and added oil himself since all the repair bays were full. He went on to power wash the underside to remove oil that had sprayed out during the incident. We were back on the road for our trip in under half an hour. They took care of us quickly and professionally. No complaints that they were all busy. At the time they made us feel that we were the only people that they had to worry about. We really appreciate the work that they did and the speed in which they did the work.

Ive had nothing but problems with the service department since I bought my car here. Was told on an 1800 dollar repair they would give me a ten percent discount but then they didnt. I brought it my car for a repair and the second I got it back had a problem happen in an area right next to what had been repaired and was told it was a coincidence and would have to pay to get it fixed. Made the first appointment of the day and called a half hour before closing and was told they had been busy and were just getting to my car at that time. Horrible service would recommend anywhere else

I came in with the intention of buying a truck, I was even all signed and ready to buy I just needed a cosigner, and the gentleman who helped me said I could come back to sign because he had to leave for a while. Before we could come back in to cosign he called me and said that my dream truck had been sold ten minutes after I left. There was poor communication between the people selling the vehicles and the gentleman helping me had no clue another gentleman had already made a deal with someone else who simply needed to come in and pay for it. But I have to give three stars due to the fact that they worked with me until almost ten pm to get me into another truck.

Josh was very nice and what I thought was forthcoming. I believe this is more a mistake on my end as being a first time car buyer and since I shared this information with Josh I feel that this was used against me. I strongly feel that this dealership should be more upfront and honest. I did not ask for the carfax, as now I will NEVER not ask. I purchased the car, took it and had new tires put on it and had to have an alignment done on it, TWICE as come to find out the car had been in multiple accidents. The bumper on the front is not attached. The bumper on the back is completely dented in. When I text Josh asking if there was anything that could be done at this point - his response was basically eh sorry for ya. I understand car salesmen have a job that needs to be done, and I was warned before buying a car that they would take advantage of me but Josh being so young, I felt that he was being genuine. He didnt give off the typical greasy car salesman vibe but boy was I wrong. I have learned my lesson for the next time I purchase a vehicle, but I can promise it wont be from here.

John Trattles. Three Rivers MI.Last nite the regulator on the passenger window on my Daughters 2002 Rendezvous broke, and the window fell into the door. We ended up in the service department 15 minutes before closing. They taped the window, and started checking the availability, and price of a new one. I was also informed the service department was backed up 2 weeks. We got a call today with the price, and said it could be fixed as soon as we got it there. They did too. Also a very fine staff. Everyone of them greeted us with the utmost respect. I wouldnt hesitate on taking my business to Royal Chevrolet Buick GMC in the future. Be it service, or the purchase of a new vehicle.

Rob, Tom, and Lerin are a fabulous team. We have a 2013 Equinox and it has treated us well. We recently had the PCV freeze and left my wife stranded when it caused the rear seal to burst and oil leaked all over and now there is a stain in our driveway. We work hard to take care of and maintain her vehicle and am disappointed in this instance. This is the 3rd year weve owned the car we bought used with Royal. And also their customer service lady I do not have her name for positive so I wont butcher it by trying to put it in here. They actually finished a day before I expected. I will however not go into why the truck was there round 4. Absolutely nothing to do with the Dealership Lots to do with the Chevrolet Brand. Enough said. I however would not purchase a new or used vehicle there from past experience. I would drive the 60 miles to Grand Ledge to Sundance Chevrolet where I have purchased my last 6 vehicles including the one I purchased 2 months ago.

I love Royal Chevrolet! It was such a spectacular time! I went in just expecting to look at cars and see what I would like. The first car we saw, we were greeted and asked if we would like to take it for a drive. I just really enjoy my new car. Our sales rep Adam R from Coldwater Royal Chevrolet was literally the bomb. He was insanely helpful, just over the top helpful. Helped me uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, just to reinstall my childs car seat. He literally did all the running while i was sitting with my baby or chasing her around. He also brought us mountain dew and water for her. And candy!! He helped try to distract my daughter with a little toy and 🎈 during the paper work. The manager was very friendly with helping us get a great warranty and protection for our car. Everyone was so friendly. Adam even helped me move my stuff from my messy mom car to my familys new ride. I would recommend everyone to go buy a car having Adam as their sales rep. He just performed over the top customer satisfaction. As a busy mama that chases her child around, the help was greatly appreciated. When buying my cars Iplanon going to Royal from now on. The only thing I didnt care too much for but wasnt too big a deal was having to take my hundai to a dealership to get my recall fixed. But once againnot a big deal. My mother bought a car from this dealership. they told her one price and after a few long hours of making her wait she signed olmost all the paperwork, but the final price and apr were higher than agreed apon also they gave her less on her trade in than aggreed apon and snuck in a 1000 dollar warranty she unwillingly signed. After trying to clear up the situation (having to tell them we would take them to cort) they only refunded the 1000 dollar unwanted waranty. I wish she bought from a more reputable dealer so this didnt happen.watch these guys they have a snake in the sales department and may try to take advantage of you.
