First time customer, very impressed. This is the story of my afternoon:------I just stopped by American Tire, told the manager its the second time in a row I showed up for an appointment booked days in advance and they didnt have my tires, handed him some papers, and walked away.He looked at the papers and shouted after me Whats this? and I yelled back, Its my receipt from Les Schwab. You can keep it. I got an extra.He yelled back, Im gonna throw this in the garbage. I said Okay!He yelled, in the most angry voice he could muster, Have a great day!I joyfully yelled You too! then spun my tires all through his parking lot on my way out and headed home.------Les Schwab had my tires in stock and got me in and out with no appointment. Afterward, I had enough time to go grocery shopping AND stop by American Tire for a little chat... then picked up my wife from work on time.Thanks to Ray, Jessica, and Josh, and to the tech who changed my tires (sorry, never got your name), all four were friendly and professional. In addition, the waiting area was very clean with comfortable A/C. I technically payed more than I would have at the other place, but the price difference was less than $5. Worth. Every. Penny.Thank you! Im definitely a repeat customer after today.

Got the safety inspection that I needed, and they didnt charge me for it which was awesome. I got my last set of tires at Les Schwab and when I need My two front tires Im going to go back. Thank you for great service!

I have nothing but great things to say about this location. Every time I go to this specific location, I am treated amazing. They’re pretty quick with the services and extremely friendly. I have to say they make me feel like I’m apart of their team. Is it weird to say I feel at home here? 🤔 100% recommend this place.

Went in for nails in my tires and they told me they couldnt patch it, told me that my nails were two close to each other and that the patches wouldnt stay because they cant place them on top of each other. My brother told me that was a lie so just to leave and we can go to another shop since they were trying to sale me a new set of tires and didnt wanna help me patch the other one. I went to another shop and the man at that shop patched my tires and said it wasnt a huge problem that he didnt even have the patches close to each other when he patched my tires. I think they just wanted to make a sale off of me instead of helping me.

My sons car needed replacement tires that were not standard equipment with the manufacturer. We came to Les Schwab to check for tires, expecting to schedule a future appointment as we were a walk-in on a Saturday morning. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the tires and were able to have the service done the same day. Michelle, our advisor was very professional and made our experience wonderful. They truly make the grade for customer service excellence. Very happy with them overall!

Were there for almost 2 hours just for a flat was skipped several times I hate to say it but here it ..but unless ur of white skin ur in and out quick others well just have to wait !!!

So, yesterday I went in for an alignment. I had just purchased four brand new Michelin tires at Americas tire for $520, but neeed a possible alignment. I asked for an alignment check to see if it was needed. I dozed off while they were working.When I woke up they told me there was a nail in the sidewall of one of the tires, and it wasnt repairable. But it needed alignment. I panicked. That was impossible. I had just purchased these tires yesterday. How could there already be a nail in one of the new tires? I called Americas TIre. Did I have a nail overnight, and did I lose all my money for the tire? The Americas TIre salesman said just come over and we will replace it for free. I was relieved and made plans to go right away.Before I could leave, the guy from Schwab said it was a mistake. The nail was in the tire of someone elses car. Not mine. Sorry.Then he said they could not find my key, the key to my car. What was going to happen? How was I going to get my car back?They searched their entire shop for my key in vain. It appeared to be lost. Finally, they found it 45 minutes later, after a compete panic.The guy then asked if I still wanted an alighnment. I felt lucky just to get my car back. I told them they were idiots and I was too scared to let them do anything else. Who knows what could happen next? Why take a chance? How could any guys get more confused than this?I never saw a bigger bunch of clowns.

I came in to get my new vehicle checked out since its new to me but still a used vehicle. They told me not all my tires were the same brand, the one tire that wasnt the same had a different wear and tear then the other 3 and my alignment was off so i got that fixed. Theyre pretty quick for it being later in the day too. I love the clovis tire center. Its never too busy and theyre customer service is awsome ❤. I also was able to open a customer credit account with them. 😁

Great experience as usual. I had a screw in my tire and they patched it up and had me put of there in twenty minutes. I didnt even have time to fire up my laptop to do some work emails. Always a friendly staff and motivated to express superior customer service.

I did not have an appointment and I know Saturday is the busiest day of the week since most folks are off of work. It took five plus hours but the store was swamped and again, I was a walk in without an appointment. Michelle was awesome and kept me updated along the way. Called their Shaw and Willow location, however when I tired Google mapping this location, there was no location except across town on Shaw and Brawley side....I dont know but the employees and Google seem to believe there is a location at Shaw and Willow....but I did not see a location there....went to Shaw and Clovis location.My response Joe....is to make sure your staff is well aware that there is no location at shaw and Willow and make sure they dont tell anyone else.

I called in advance to make sure they had tired. Then, when we arrived they checked us in and processed the paperwork. 1.5 hours later, I walk outside only to discover that they had not even started because they didnt have the tires. Horriblle, horrible, horrible experience. They didnt really seem to care how much they had frustrated me either. Just terrible!!

Their brand promise is Doing the Right Thing Since 1952. I feel like most of the time these brand promises are just corporate feel good, mumbo-jumbo, lip service. Recently though I went into Les Schwab with some tires I had purchased from them several years back. Long story short those tires just werent performing any longer. Even though they were slightly out of the mileage warranty the manager worked with me and agreed the life I got out of the tires wasnt right and they got some credit approved for replacements. Ive gotten tires from other big box tire stores and Im confident they wouldnt have gone the extra mile to insure their customers satisfaction.Im happy to see that a company still values customer service and that their brand promise is just that. A promise. Bravo Les Schwab!BTW their waiting area is always immaculate (in my experience), they have free popcorn and coffee, and a small kids play space. Much better then your average tire place.

I came in for oil change and brake fluid check . Was told that the store is not busy and will take about 1 hour. Then they called and said that they don’t have the filter and will take another 40 mins and the price is different. Over all, it’s been 2 hours and I m still waiting. Just down the street it take the people max 20 mins to change oil. Not a good experience. Staff is nice and friendly but need good communication.

I went in assuming I was paying for a $70 service and it came out to $222 after $20 off for the misunderstanding. More like lack of communication on their part. And they didnt post the sticker in the corner of the windshield to let me know when to bring my car back.

Thank you Ray! For taking the time to exam the damage to my tire. I ran over a curb on a road trip. Left a hug tore on my sidewall. I told them I would be driving out of town the next day. Matthews and Ray made phone calls to find my tire size. They sent a driver to pick up my tire. They had my car ready to go in about 2 hours total time. Thank you for your costumer service was excellent!

Brought my own tires and rims charge me 200 for it and they lost my wheel caps and put my tires wrong and barley have any air in the tires, had to go to my local gas station to put more air. Will be my first and last time coming here.

Went in for an alignment it was supposed to be all 4 wheel alignment and they kept the car for 4 and a half hour, the technician didnt even do the rears and is trying to straighten the steering wheel come on you should know all four wheel needs to be align if you want to get the steering wheel straight and car to drive straight and when they try to calibrate my Steering wheel (SAS) they did something wrong which made my traction control disable and lock, and my dashboard lite up like a Christmas tree it was closing time so they want me gone plus my car is a automatic and this guy drove my car and left my shifter in drive mode while turning my car off. He didnt even know how to put the car in park. They charge me $90 to mess up my car now I have to take it to the dealership for a full inspection, I remember pep boys doing this to customer look what happen to their business. Save you self a headache and trouble dont go here unless you want to get rip off and end up with problems with your car, put some pride in your work and treat customer car with care. Every customer that came in that door seems to have something wrong with their car LoL 😂 trying to up sell shame on you.

I came here for a new wheel bearing because I think they have great prices for alignments, which I knew I would need after having the bearing replaced. When I got my car back the bearing was installed incorrectly. I called them about the mistake and got a little push back. However they ended up replacing the bearing again, free of charge, and aligning my car, for a good price. All in all I’m happy with how my car ended up and I’m happy about their professionalism after the making mistake.

This store in Clovis is awesome all the people are very helpful and knowledgeable and never make you wait oh, Im sure theres times you have to wait but I havent had to yet! The best part is how customer service oriented they are dont find that much anymore, very kind.!!! Thanks guys!

We love Les Schwab we can drop by and get our tires pressure checked and fixed and even if we need a new alignment they will do it right then and there. Very nice and professional atmosphere.

They saved me money!! I had no idea if I Need an alignment and they told me that if my car was going to the would be an extra charge. To my surprise upon my return they stated that my car was perfectly balanced and did not need it!! Great staff!!

Les tried to sell me a front break job on my 2017 lightly driven vehicle. They said every brake job gets new brake calipers, rotors and pads. The estimate was over $600. Folks Im telling you now, this is highway robbery. I would be ashamed to work for this company. One doesnt need to replace all those components on a break job. One might need to replace rotors if they cant be resurfaced, due to thickness or warping, but new break calipers too??? You dont need calipers unless they arent releasing. What a scam. Dont go to Les Schwab. They have no integrity, and will price gouge you! Im a former long time mechanic and successful service writer, and Id never ever rip someone off with false information

Needed to rotate tires to keep Warranty. So thay started on the front tires and they were starting to separate On the inside even after we had them do a four wheel alignment eight months ago. We had the same problem with the set of tires a year or so ago and thay knew of the problem with those tires but still made a buck. Long story short thay separated the tire off the rim and then thay notice the rim had a crack on the outside. Wouldnt u notice something like that when you dismount off the car? Professionals would. Thay refused to remount the tire back on the rim. Standoff. Finley tire is back on and drove car across parking lot on flat tire. Ill never use them ever.👿eat💩

Matt is a genuine asset to this place. I’ve always loved Les Schwab even when people tell me it’s too expensive and go elsewhere I have always found it to be worth the service. That being said Matt exemplifies all the reasons i patronize Les Schwab: compassion, transparency, and an eagerness to serve show through in his actions and the two interactions I have had with him. Today i was hoping to have a tire patched and found out that unfortunately I need a new tire. He was very patient while i explores my options and really helped me to through the process. This place is horrible for alignments I took my car in to get the front alignment done, they took almost 2 hours to take my car in when only one car was ahead of me then they dont even have it on machine for no more then 20 minutes and say its finished. Car is worse then when I first took it in and paid almost $100 for something they didnt even fix. Total RIP off of a place save your money go somewhere else now Im gonna have to pay to take it somewhere else to get it done. : Reply to owner, no they didnt give me a print out of specs before or after.

Prepare for a very long wait. Not because they are busy, but b cause they are slow. If they tell you one hour be prepared for two. The lobby was nice though.

It has been a few months since the Clovis Les Schwab Tire Center did the struts, shocks, rear brakes, and 4-wheel alignment on my car. The service is excellent and the repairs have substantially improved how it feels and performs. I am glad to recommend them to anyone needing suspension repairs, brakes, and tires.They have it.

Manager Rob and his crew arent just good - theyre AWESOME! I was brand-new in town, so I chose a trusted name - Les Schwab - that I had done business with in Washington state. From the moment I called describing my brake issues to the moment I walked out the door with all new brakes - a mere 3 hours. Everyone was pleasant and upbeat, the prices were competitive and the technicians really took the time to explain the issues and my options. I will definitely be back! :)

Very nice people very good customer service. I needed to get a tire and rim for my travel trailer. They were very helpful and got me just what I needed.

Maybe because Im not a car person, or someone who knows tires but I was convinced I had bad tires and MUST have them replaced when I came in to have a nail removed and tire patched up. The only reason I came here was because someone I trusted told me the service was good here and patches are done free. Of course I should know when it sounds too good to be true that it usually is. I walked out paying close to $200 and was told by my father that I was basicly swindled because the tires were not old enough to have been needing replacement since he had bought them less than a year ago. Lost my trust and my business!

I can not be more impressed with the crew at this location. Everyone is very professional, knows what they are doing, and understands the customers needs. I have had several tires, and brake jobs preformed at this location, and each time everything was perfect. They have great communication. I was updated on work preformed on my car or van in a timely manner. I was even financed by them. The process was seamless,and I have low monthly payments. They do not try to sell you something you do not need, and I never felt pressured to buy something. I only wish they did oil changes.Great place, great service! I recommend this location!!!

I’ve always been treated well at les schuab. I enjoy their many perks such as free tire rotations, air fill ups etc. I’ve gotten three sets of tires from them so far and found them to sometimes be slightly higher in costs but usually pretty competitive. No one beats their service in my experience and if that’s something you value then you’ll return to them for new tires like I do.

I have had bad experiences with some of there competition. I can not afford shoddy service on my work vehicle. I can depend on them to be straight with me, in short I trust them. I bring back my vehicle for rotations, patches and inspections which is covered. They let me worry about my customers instead of my vehicle.

Andrew and Trenton went way above and beyond for me today. I told them I had to pick up my daughter from school at 2:50. They said it would be a tight timeframe and would be cutting it close so best to bring the car back after I picked her up. I called my wife and she said she could leave work to do the pick up. So I told the guys to start the job but now there was no rush and to take their time. These guys busted their tails and had me out in 15 min! Whoa! That’s great service. My wife didn’t have to leave work, I got my daughter in time and my ride is smooth and safe. Thanks guys!

They fixed two off my tires free of cost. One needed a seal and the other was plugged from a screw puncturing my tire. The employees were so polite and the service was very quick even though they had quite a few cars to work on.

They’re fast and very friendly. Took in my car because of a flat, and turns out that it had a nail. Walked out the door with a fixed tire and my other tires set at it’s air pressure at no charge.

What a joke this place is. My young son went there to have his front tires rotated and they advised him that they “could not” rotate his tires because he needed new ones. They had normal minimal wear to the outside of the tire from corning and running low air pressure. Completely taking advantage of a young man. These tires were not that old from Costco! Curious if the sales person runs on commission..... This morning ‘s events were so wrong. I thought the company’s policy was they don’t try to sell you unecessary services or items. WRONG, that didn’t apply today! I will share this negative experience!!! We are very dis-satisfied!

They are also very quick and they value your time.When you are waiting you have access to popcorn, coffee, and water to snack on while watching their tv. They also have free WiFi and a phone charging station.They are the only ones I go to for car troubles.

Been going to the same tire guys for 8 years, but got in a bind so I thought I would stop by Les Schwab and see if I could order a new set of tires for my truck. They had what I needed in stock and stayed after hours to get them put on and me on the road. Kevin and Justin were both very knowledgeable and helpful. The got me set up at a reasonable price in a very timely manner. Plan on going here for all of my tire needs from now on.

BUYER BEWARE - Worst tires ever! this place has never stood behind one warranty and never will. If you dont believe me good luck 10,000 miles into a 55,000 mile warranty when your tires are bald and one pops and they tell you it looks like you drove through too many potholes. Good Luck. FIND A MORE REPUTABLE PLACE ask for proof of ANY warranty being upheld. You wont get it.

Had to revise my rating based of the service I received from the GM Josh. My family has been going there for a while. All 4 cars. Absolutely no problems. But if this is who is now in charge I will now take my business elsewhere. He ruined what I thought Les Schwab was all about.Btw. I repeatedly asked him who his supervisor was. He said he didnt have one. I cant file a complaint against him because it will only go to him. Well you can. I found itDONT GO TO AN AUTO/TIRE SHOP THAT WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU TO DEATH.My daughter had a fender bender and we just went there to make sure her tire was ok. It was.If you have a complaint contact the headquarters in Bend Oregon. Josh will act like he has no idea there is a main office.
