Amazing customer service thank you Roger for your help I returned here today to purchase my RAV4 in June of 2015 my late husband & I purchased a New Toyota Corolla sad to say we were on a mission trip ministering in Mexico Dec of 2015 my Husband was car jacked, kidnapped & murdered they found his body 4 days later but never found our car it was super hard not to break down & cry a river signing todayI’m ecstatic blessed beyond measure finally got a new car after 4 1/2 long years 😍

Very honest and only do the work thats needed. Bought my Highlander there in 2004 and with them doing the maintenance my SUV is running and still looking and running like new.

I bought my car here, used. It had a lot of chips on the bumper, so they graciously offered to repaint it. I come back a month later and am told its a job that will take all day. Great. I check in after 6 hours and they have managed to get it prepped. 6 hours to sand a bumper.Apparently, all day means two full days since I have just been informed it wont be ready until after 5. I dropped the car off at 8:30am Tuesday, and its not ready still on Wednesday afternoon. Zero stars for communication. The only reason they are getting two stars is 1) its free and 2) they are paying for the rental.

I didnt have an appointment but they got my service done as quickly as possible. Very kind and professional.
