I went to the Stuart Road, Cleveland TN store. Steve is great. I have purchased 3 mattresses from his store. I wanted to buy local thats why I first went in. He is so very helpful. When you go in he asks what you are looking for and shows you what you asked for instead of something he needs to sell. No pressure. He is the best. Very helpful matching a new mattress to our older discontinued style. The prices was fair and after the discount and low dollar offer to haul off old mattress it was a very good financial deal. Steve was very pleasant to deal with and very informative and knowledgeable.……..Overall my wife and I had an excellent buying experience.

This is a great store run by folks who really care about the certified and non certified staff in our school systems. As a receiver of a prize gift certificate, Rodger allowed Steve permission for me to use my prize certificate for products other than a mattress (we had recently purchased one) which allowed me to get the snow mattress pad for my husband and myself!!! Can’t thank you enough! Here’s to good cool sleeping!

Everything was delivered this past Saturday right on time as promised. The delivery guys were friendly and set up everything for us (thanks for taking away the old mattress and box springs, Guys!) quickly and efficiently. The mattress sleeps like a dream and we appreciate the quality of everything delivered. PLEASE BUY FROM SMALL BUSINESS!!Im a huge supporter for small local business. The staff at the Cleveland and Market St store were not only professional and knowledgeable, but extremely courteous. Steven (Cleveland) and Wes (Market St) went above and beyond to ensure I was where I needed to be with my purchases. They were never high-pressure and displayed all the qualities of salespeople that are able to seal a deal. Lets keep our money local and always if you can buy from small business. Bought a mattress and box spring set 6 months ago for my Mother from the Cleveland Tn store. We had a major problem with the set that really couldnt be proven to be caused by the set, but after talking to the owner he agreed to replace both the mattress and box spring at no cost to us. They were super nice and My family will be a loyal customer for life. These are people you can trust.
