Mike was awesome the guy hooked me an my fiancee up I highly highly highly recommend this spot. The guys customer service is top notch gives you a real wait time (if there is one) and he gives you his undivided attention definitely 10/10. Solid guy does great business I will now only go there.

Expect to be treated like family at this store. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the deals are amazing. The store is clean and bright with big windows all the way across the whole store.I enjoy going there each month to pay my phone bill, even though I could pay online.because the deals are all new each time I go in.UPDATE-after 2 years have gone by, I wish I could rate this store at 10stars! I been buying from boost for a long time always great service no long waiting in line trust me😊🤗

Boost Mobile gave me a phone that lasted three weeks.Whats worse i payed $150 for everything. Da fone n da service for first month. I only got 3 weeks of service and then da phone stopped working. Horrible service!! They give you messed up phones.And service was horrible. I was very upset and Disappointed!! I dont recommend them especially the store in elyria!!
