As I read these comments I can honestly say that I never had a problem at this store. Love coming to this location because as far as I remember anytime I have a problem or issue with my phone I go to Moe and he helps me out with the problem/issue. And honestly my phone never comes back more damaged than what it already was. Now question is would I recommend pro wireless to family or friends yes I would they coo on my book. Go see Moe the Man ... got the latest phones & accessories ... not to mention he fixed my wife iPhone 7 plus screen on the spot for great price... i was tired of buying phones at liquor & corner stores ... they dont know what there doing go see a real phone specialist !!

Only rated 5 stars to be seen. Firstly the guy moe over charged me for a USED iPhone 6 Plus I paid about $700 and he told me the phone was brand new when I took it home I found scratch marks on the back by the back camera and other signs that the phone was used. I recently dropped and cracked the screen he charged me $185 to fix the screen when I received my phone back the home button WAS NOT working he told me that I broke something in the back piece , mind you the only thing that was wrong with my phone when I brought it to his store was my cracked screen. Not only was my home button not working now but my sensor on the phone wasnt detecting my finger print it wouldnt let me use the phone at all I couldnt slide the phone unlocked or anything plus there was something stuck in my front camera that looked like dust or dandruff . So I took my phone back to him at least 4 more times after this and he kept acting clueless as to why my phone wasnt working . Come on now how are you going to own a phone store and not know how to fix a phone ? He scammed me the last time I brought it into him he told me Im going to order all new parts for the screen so he kept my phone for over a week and when I got the phone back he left my phone on 1% so It would die and I wouldnt notice my phone wasnt fixed . There was still the piece of dust/dandruff stuck inside the front camera thats how I know he didnt replace any parts in my phone so when I discovered this I called him and told him my phone was still not working and he told me theres nothing else he can do that I was going to have to factory restore my phone from iTunes ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORE.
