Nice place. I have always loved bookstores and happy they are still around. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was surprised to see the coffee bar gone, but I havent visited in awhile. I used to love walking in to the smell of coffee while browsing through the books, but the smell of books in itself is pleasant enough. I hate that customers have to basically go through a sales pitch when they go to check out. I heard 4 different speeches about books a million cards, magazine subscriptions, memberships, and book donations before I was finally able to pay and leave. The employees are very pleasant, but its exhausting for the customers that corporate requires them to be so pushy.

Love going into an actual bookstore and looking around. They had a decent selection of vinyl records. Only reason not 5 stars was because the dog rescue group that was there. Please dont get me wrong, I love me some rescue fur babies and have 3 of my own, two of them are bullies so the bigger dogs dont phase me but they had a dog that seemed a little on the aggressive side. A public venue like this was probably not the best place to have it at. I was honestly worried that someone was gonna get hurt.

1st time in a books a million. Wow at the stuff they cram in here. My toddlers dream come true! She wanted to live in the store. Glad it was my husband that took her there! I was just the rescue mussion 🦄😏🤣

The staff here are always friendly and go above and beyond everytime. Im disabled with mobility issues and they are always willing to help. I give the highest praise i can!!!

Of course selection and the ability to get it now is what I love about this store. But they also have things like games and little quick pick up items. We bought POP movie characters here for our kids as well. I hope people continue to support this great store.

It seems like every book you need is here. Along with some cool unique board games. You can order anything in the store online. Friendly the book worm of the family would get lost in there.

The ladies working today at Book-A-Million were so helpful. One lady helped me locate the Chronicles of Narnia which I was giving to my great nephew for Christmas. I ended up getting a membership which saved me a lot of money on the books I purchased. I highly recommend going to Books-A-Million they have a awesome selection of books!

Its a bookstore. Not Barnes and Noble but similar. Over priced coffee and treats. The books and magazines are pretty much the same price everywhere.

I love the mind, body, and soul section. I love the manga section. BooksAMillion has pretty much everything you could possibly want. Pillows, book, crystals, sage, books, blankets, mugs, etc. The employees are very helpful and kind as well. Love going here.

This visit was my time in the store. Ill definitely be back. Not only did they have most of the stuff I was looking for (the rest being a bit too niche for a store to be expected to carry), the staff here were super friendly and checked on me throughout my visit to see if there was anything I needed help with. They were really friendly. If not for covid, Id bring a book and sit at the Cafe area and read all day long.

Always so helpful. We love going because books are way underrated. They always have a huge selection and you can find pretty much anything youre looking for. They have a cafe where you can enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate while reading! Love this place!

Lots of stuff but couldnt find what I wanted. Staff was helpful and offered to order what I wanted from their warehouse, but their warehouse did not have what I wanted.

These guys try really hard to satisfy customers. BAM is also a wonderful place to hang out for people who want a break from the rat race. People who value reading of all genres tend to be more laid back and humanely respectful of others in my experience and in macro-opinion.

We went there initially to find a calendar, but we enjoyed looking at all the things they had as well! We ended up purchasing a Proverbs calendar that has beautiful pictures in it! It was worth the trip from Murphy North Carolina!

I found what I was looking for but the associate that was helping me wasnt the friendliest!! She seemed to get mad because I didnt want to take advantage of an offer she was selling. If I lived there I would become a member but I dont which I explained. And then when I found something that I liked better, a signed copy rather than the mass publication, and went back over to do the return I thought she was going to internally combust!! Maybe next time it will be better.

They do a very good job of stocking what you need, and ordering what they dont have when you ask. The staff is friendly, and there a good mix of memorabilia and book accessories as well. It would be a five star experience but for two things:1) The constant begging for us to get a membership. It just doesnt make economic sense for most people. Ask if I have a card, and if I dont, ask if I want one, and if I dont, drop it.2) The biggest problem: the magazine subscriptions. Pick 3 magazines for free may as well actually mean Pick 3 magazines to have a protracted war of attrition with when you cancel them and they say you didnt and then take you to collections over. These magazine people are INCREDIBLY AGGRESSIVE, and I have literally avoided going to a BAM whenever I could since because of the sheer amount of frustration they brought to my world with those stupid magazines. And the way theyre offered to people as a FREE item is a bait and switch tactic, which should not be legal.Get rid of the scam, and you might get a loyal customer back, and if be happy to change my 3 stars to 5.

I normally do not write reviews but after going into this Books A Million location I felt I needed to. I used to be a frequent customer and have LOVED this store since I have moved to Cleveland a little over a year ago. I was out of town for a couple of weeks and when I went back into the store it was in complete and total disarray. Things all over the ground like shirts and books. The books were piled all over the shelves and made it a complete nightmare to try to find anything. While trying to get assistance there were no employees to be found. I finally left without purchasing anything. I tried again several days later and found the same disgusting conditions. Both times were in the morning when they opened. That is usually the time I always go in and have NEVER seen the store in such a disgusting state. I am not sure as to what has happened in the past couple of months but WOW it needs to be fixed. Its too late for me as I will be spending my money at Barnes and Noble at least its clean. The reason I gave one star is because there is not an option to give none or negative stars.

This place has truly turned into a garbage pit. Used to love this store but the past couple of months it has gone straight downhill! The Manager told me to sign up for magazines and said there would be no charge and guess what? THERE WAS A CHARGE! Good thing Barnes and Noble is just a few miles away! I wont be returning to this dumpster fire! Good job on losing a longtime customer!

Good place to find what you are looking for....laid out in an easy find fully labbled area. Also, there is coffee and sweets to ward off hunger. The magazine section is large, but I never found any hi fi magazines. Yes it has restrooms.

Its gloomy, I dont feel like its a welcoming environment.

This place is very organized. The employees are very helpful. I loved how this time they had a bunch of Harry Potter memorabilia out. They have ton of options for child education. They have coffee samples that they offer you. They also have books that are on clearance or sale. They have games they do have T-shirts you have figurines no little gifts you can get family members. All the way around first time going into this Books-A-Million in Cleveland Tennessee. I cant wait to go back.

I had a 15% off $25 dollars or more. I spent $146.00 with no discount, they will not survive with this attitude. No manager, and no support was offered in rectifying this. I typically spend $750 plus per year at Books A Million. Ill most likely take my business elsewhere from now on. I also tried to buy 12 expired journals dated for 2016. They didnt want to discount those from the original $10.99 asking price, they are only 3 years expired says the clerk. Simply Wow!

This is a great, quiet place to lose a little time. The coffee place is good...the people are nice. And you should probably be reading more so go there soon...before all the bookstores are closed.

I absolutely love this store. They have expanded on all of the nerdy offbeat things that I enjoy and have a wide selection of everything else. I was able to get an amazing planner, a cute matching journal, some research materials for my coaching business, and a Freddy Krueger key chain.

The team here are great people, but the company policies are a little out of date. They do not price match. But, if you get their membership, they essentially price match every time you come in. There is a bit of a hassle in doing this. Would definitely make more sales, if they just price matched up front, instead of trying to work some kind of angle.

I love BAM. Its so well organized and clean. The workers are very nice and polite, and its not insanely crowded. (Plus they dont mind ordering things if they dont have it, with free shipping!)

This is an amazing store. It is expensive but totally worth it! They keep it clean and smelling good and organized.

The hired help is not to friendly. And, they feel it is a burden to help you look for a book and will automatically tell you they dont have it without looking. I prefer the location in Gainesville Ga. They are so much nicer than the location in Cleveland Tn.

This place sells books. I am not sure about them having a million in the store, but they do have a lot.They even have magazines, over-priced t-shirts, and games.They are lacking in Doctor Who stuff though.They have a coffee shop for the pretentious people that think reading and coffee go hand-in-hand. If there is anything that would make reading and coffee go hand in hand.... it is the fact that it is so effing boring that you need a stimulant to keep you awake. But hey at least the coffee shop is not a starbuck.
