I cannot say enough about this bookstore and its team! A book I needed wasnt on the shelf and not only did Chelsea locate it, she made sure it was immediately brought up from storage. When I had issues with my 3rd party voucher, Chelsea made a phone call and immediately solved it. As she did this all, she was the go-to resource for all the cashiers for all their questions and situations. Wow!!! And she was polite, friendly, dedicated, and committed to every student she helped!!! Thanks for starting my semester so well!!

Really dissatisfied with the customer service. I purchased an iPad with my books for this fall since quite a few of them are online. The iPad was pretty heavy and I felt the mini would be a better size. I wanted to exchange it but since I had taken the cellophane off I was unable to do anything with it. For how much money I spend there I would think an exchange for something the same price would be doable.

I placed an order for a book on August 2 to be shipped to my home. After 2 weeks with no word, I contacted them and was told, “Those books are still in route to our store and we expect them any day now.” Meanwhile, while entering week 4, I am in my second week of classes and still no book.EDIT: they realized they made a mistake and didn’t have the book so they offered to make an exception and sell me a new version of the book.EDIT 2: They let me know the book would ship out with next day delivery (at no extra charge) on August 25 . . . three days later - still no book. . .

I had ordered a code from online to be picked up at this store. I had been waiting for about two weeks and I knew that was too long of a time span for an item to be in transit. I went in to this store, asked about it, and in total, I would say I stood at the desk for about 1 hr 30 minutes, and that is for one ebook, of which thankfully I managed to obtain. Absolutely unacceptable. If you are going to order online from this place, from my experience, your best bet is to just ship your order to your home. They never even emailed me when the item came to the store. This stores not informing me that the item is in could potentially cause harm to my grade. When I ordered items before and had them shipped to my home, they were at my home in 3-4 days usually. I will never use their pick up at store feature again. An absolute disaster in my opinion.

The online order pick up is the worst system in place. One person working and over an hour wait time in line.

Im ordering off google next time. the energy in here was lame and rude and i dont care how much you getting paid. treat every customer like theyre somebody. I hate nasty energy and rude people and every single person standing behind that counter acted disgusting.
