Bentley, aptly named by my daughter (a story for another time) was actually a Chevy Impala that had little to no trade-in value. After being disappointed by “offers” from local salvage yards, I decided to do some online research. I had difficulties rescheduling with them(and the women on the phone were very abrupt but I assume they have to deal with rude people a lot in this kind of business), they didnt tell the driver I had rescheduled and he showed up when I wasnt there so that kinda sucked, felt bad for him.
