I have bought my second car Now from CORP AUTO. I bought a Traverse and then just a couple months ago I bought and financed an Acura. Both vehicles I’ve bought and financed are absolutely 100% reliable!!! I had a very good experience with everyone there and was in and out within 45 minutes of beginning of paperwork. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who can’t afford or doesn’t have the credit to go to a big dealership to go check out the cars at Corp auto. They are a great bunch of folks to deal with. I came through with cash in hand ready to purchase a used vehicle for my wife. As normal for a used car lot(especially a larger one) and because it was raining, I decided to drive through first to see if anything caught my eye. I was approached by a well dressed man who proceeded to scold me with a hateful attitude and rude arrogant tone. Not once asking if he could help me, or if I saw anything I liked. Im not sure what their intentions are, but selling cars is not it! I will definitely spread the word since I am a native of this county and am related to at least a forth of its residents. I wouldnt take anything from that lot at this point if they gave it to me.

My experience with CorpAuto was pleasant but stressful but that was NOT of any fault of the dealer. It was entirely due to unforeseen circumstances however everyone there was very helpful and very friendly. It is definitely a good option for those who are first time buyers or those with less than ideal credit. I would recommend them to others.

BUYER BEWARE! .... Shawn was going to sell me a truck that obviously had the mileage turned back! Lesson Learned....always ask for the CARFAX! The odometer showed 156k as initially advertised, but finally after getting my own CARFAX report (dealer excuse: printing problems, sent screenshot of the wrong vehicle?), it showed the last mileage during a sale in March 2020 of 324K ! More than double the electronic odometer(see attached)? When I initially asked for, and questioned the screenshot/ wrong carfax, Shawn disappeared and stopped communicating? After several days of not knowing if we were going to do a deal, I contacted the Dealership directly and left a message. Shawn eventually texted me back telling me there was a problem with the odometer... to his credit? I responded asking if the website would be updated to reflect the error and a discounted price (no response). In any event the rolled back mileage has been removed in the verbiage call for mileage is substituted, but price remains the same (you would think with those severe problems, not to mention the accident that was reported,(after being told no accidents) there would be a steep reduction and hopefully full disclosure)? Unbelievable! See attached.

I had currently been in an automobile accident and was not able to get under the vehicle to look at it when was told it had no rust or anyting pertaining to damage but a couple months after having the truck filling the gas tank full the gas tank hit the ground due to rust underneath now the bed is collapsing its a total wreck

Buyers beware. Keep a close eye on the vehicles after you buy them. Multiple friends purchased vehicles from this dealer and had problems almost immediately. Owner was incredibly rude when asked for solutions to the problems. When the customer posted honest reviews about her experience, the owner had her car repossessed and would not return it, even though she had the car payments paid and had the current one that was due in hand. Terrible.

Be careful! I have had multiple friends buy from here and they immediately had trouble. One friend barely had it for two months and it was in the shop. The other only had theirs for two weeks and it had to go into the shop. There have been many other stories from many other people that have not had good experiences buying from corp auto. I would not advise buying from this company.

So My Dad bought a F250 here with there little warranty within a week it was in there shop and was told it was fixed so went and got it. Within 2 weeks it was yet sent to 2 other shops in which was told the engine was bad. So after paying a good lump some down and only getting to drive the vehicle less than a week and a half. Dad goes up there to speak with his salesman Shawn in which was very rude and even went as far as to jump in Dads face like he wanted to fight. Long story short we are getting ready to go on vacation so Shawn tells Dad just bring the truck up here and I will sell it and when u get back we will get you in another truck. So he does just that takes him the truck and this is the kind of place it is he sales the truck thru a auction still belonging to my dad to another Car lot ride down the road for a amount that was lied about to my Dad. How do we know this cause we go to the guy down the road when we see the truck there due to Shawn not answering dads phone calls while on vacation. The man down the road said Shawn had told him that it was a good truck and told us exactly what he gave for it in the auction. Well I then begged Dad not to go sign that title cause at this time Shawn had sold stolen property that belonged to my Father. Well Dad yet again believing him was talked into coming and signing the title thinking he was getting another vehicle. Well that’s been a couple of months and still nothing not a word from them so not only did he lose out on a vehicle they took his lump some and he has nothing. How can folks get away with this?? I am still trying to get him to get a lawyer on it but we shall see just be careful folks and word on the streets travel fast. Especially coming from honest folks and I hear it all over town already. But everyone is entitled to there own opinions!!! Thanks and God Bless!!!!

I bought my car from CorpAuto on July 27th. Everything seemed okay during test drive, however it absolutely was not. Not even two months later I had to have it towed to the shop where it sat for near a month. I was expected to make my payments the whole time, Sean only deferred one because theyre every two weeks. They told me at first my CV axel and a bearings needed work, and I also needed a new transmission. Then they called and said they could service and replace the bad solenoid and it would fix it, plus what else it needed. They ended up calling me to come get it and only charging me for the bearings and cv axel because all of my dash lights are still on. I have only had my car for 3 months and one of them it was in the shop. I am responsible for the repairs and making my payments on time. (They are telling me to take it to suburu.)I know several others with the same story or similar. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!! & Dont trust the good reviews, they knock $ off for every good review you leave. SCAMMERS!!

Read your paperwork very close. My son saved for his first car. Paid 2500 down on a Dodge Charger that literally had to be put in the shop 3 days after he got it. Had to pay Corpauto another 75 dollars for the repairs in order to have his car returned. Cant return the car or swap it on anything else per his contract. Cant even sue for what he paid down on the pos. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to a real dealership and not a con artist. Might pay more but I can guarantee less headache.

We had a good sales experience but within three days we broke down due to a bad battery, I feel like there should be some type of warranty in place for issues like this considering the down payment you have to give the dealership.
