These people are TOP NOTCH! Patrick & Dalton are some of the most comfortable & knowledgeable people I’ve ever met in the industry. They are extremely polite and courteous. The products they have are great! But the staff don’t know much about them unfortunately. Went in to buy a trailer and was told the trailer had features that it did not actually have. I did not know a whole lot about trailers so I depended on them to know what they had. After buying the trailer and building it out I found out the trailer didn’t have what they said it did. So I called them and they said it’s not their fault and there’s nothing they can do. They said they Will try to call the trailer’s manufacturer and get back with me and it has been over a month. I will say, they offered a refund, but, I had already built the trailer out and couldn’t return it. The trailer itself is well built, I just feel like they pulled a quick one on me. All I’m saying is do a little research on what you get from there so you know what’s what before you go.

They sure do like to turn down customers a lot, just because they are busy with 1 week of work.If only the owner knew about many customers you turn down. Service is incompetent. Owner don’t let your managers brown nose you, I hope it’s not family working for you.

Repairs are completed in reasonable amount of time and they carry a full selection of tree care products from climbing and rigging to a full line of Stihl products.

After the ice storm in North Louisiana I decided I needed to upgrade my home backup generator. I currently own a Honda eu3000 which is a great machine but wonted to go to something with more power so I decided to go with a Honda eu7000. After contacting many of the Honda suppliers in and around Louisiana I couldn’t find anyone who had one or could tell me when they could get one. I began a on line search and same story, no one could help me. I saw the web site for Main Street Mowers in Clermont, Fl. and gave them a call and talked to Patrick he told me he had some coming in the next week. He quoted me a very competitive price so I asked him if he could ship the generator to me. He called me back in 10 minutes and give me the cost for shipping again a good competitive price. I received my machine yesterday and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company, thank you Patrick for your professionalism.

The worst place to take your mower for repairs. Do not take your mower there, you will be wasting your time and money. Very irresponsible, they never return emails and or phone calls. I ended up removing the mower from their possession and took it someplace else and within 24 hours I had answers and a cost estimate to get it repaired.

I recently purchased a dump trailer and had them add an additional 2 to the metal sides (4 total). Their welder Kamen did an outstanding job adding a hinge system so we can easily lower the additional 2 sides to throw debris over if needed. Thanks, Kamen!Luke

I have given this place holy hell. I brought them a mower that was almost impossible to repair and made them continue to work at it until they did. I brought it back to them over and over and over again. Then I brought another one and did the same thing to them.I have to admit Im a fairly difficult customer and somewhat demanding when it comes to this type of work. I am a service technician and hold myself to pretty high standards and I kind of expect the same from other service businesses.The first couple of times the young man didnt quite get the repair correct so I brought it back. Each time I shared with them my observations and they were able to apply that and eventually affect the repair.Frankly, theyre the only ones who ever got it going. Through the whole thing, their manager was calm and understanding. Im not an irate type customer, but I can be very pressing when Im determined to get what I want.You could say persistence pays, or you could say they were initially incompetent, but I would prefer to say they kept at it until the job was done. Repair work is not always straightforward, and sometimes damage or difficulties can be well hidden.Theyre not cheap... But you get what you pay for. This place will work with you which is way more than I can say about others.If youre looking for a new piece of yard equipment I would definitely suggest taking a look at these people. If you have equipment that needs repair, theyre reasonable and will stick with you until the problem is solved.

So glad they have a new location. I have had several repairs done at the other location in winter garden. I went in to the new location and got the same great experience as expected. They even did my repair while I waited. They will pick up and service your equipment as well as sell new. Highly recommended! Prices are fair and staff very friendly.

This place doesn’t have the proper customer service as the winter garden location. I placed an order online, I was asked to bring my credit card, and drivers license, which I did. I was given my title, and once I was about to hit the road, the clerk said they cancelled my order? I’m still confused as to why. And the store can’t even explain why. I’d never shop here again. They really should go back to being that small business in ocoee.

Its a Family run business with a history of amazing customer service and product knowledge. I have been faithful customer for well over 12 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.
