I was in the market for a riding mower and having zero experience with one I was looking for information and ready to purchase. I visited two other mower shops at which I was completely ignored I guess they were too busy for my business. The second I walked into Clermont mower I was greeted by sales person Joshua! He took his time to explain all the inner workings of the machines and showed me the differences in every model on the floor, the differences in the machines helped explain the positives and negatives of each. After that day I returned 3 days later and bought my mower and couldn’t be happier. Their delivery man went through the machine with me again and gave me the details of when my first service was due and to contact them to pick up the machine , I couldn’t be happier with the purchase I made at Clermont mower!!

I walked into this store in need of equipment, and no not on my phone. I didnt see any customers being helped so the excuse that they were busy is a lie. No one even acknowledged me entering the store. I looked around and seen a bunch of high school kids. Again, no one came to provide customer service. Ive been here twice and have had the same experience. This place is a joke. They need to hire some sales PROFESSIONALS that will care for their customers needs and not a bunch of kids that arent even dressed to par. Ill take my business down the street.

Great place.Always helpful and knowledgeable.Went in yesterday with Husquvarna weed wacker that is making me invent new curse words because its so frustrating to use..... they strung it up for me.Today I gave up with the Husq and went back to get a Stihl one, they showed me how to string it, filled it up with fuel, tested it, and I was good to go.Thankyou very much.Ill be back

I was very impressed with my customer service experience today. I had several questions and David patiently provided answers and unconventional solutions that will make yard work a breeze. I purchased a 61 commercial mower and I must say mowing my yard was actually FUN. The mower really performs and picks up some incredible speeds compared to my Husky. I also completed some brush clearing that the Husky wasnt able to perform. Growing up, my father taught me the importance of maintaining relationships with ethical companies employing hardworking individuals, especially when they offer exceptional ongoing services. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Very friendly, family oriented local business. I just went to see if they have the PTO switch for my cub cadet zero turn and end up with a 60inch commercial grade zero turn .and a free PTO switch. Price is good for the mower they recommend to me and the quality of the machine is very good too.I have more than 6 acres to mow ,that machine makes my life much easier.dont have to pay a dollar and they delivery my new lawn mower less than 3 hours.1st payment is a month away.Great people and great service. Wish I found them earlier.

Clermont Mowers created post regarding sale of new equipment. I inquired price, response was we will call you. I called to inquire possibly having them sell my equipment and was told we dont do that unless your a previous customer. They only do that as a courtesy and charge 10%. I asked via Facebook if that was true, no its not, they apologized for miscommunication and offered to call to clarify, even reaching back out an hour later via messenger that they will call soon, never did. Poor communication. Roughly 25k worth of equipment. Gravely pro turn 252, Gravely compact pro, Toro grand stand & Gravely pro stance or $2500 commission.

5 stars across the board. Ive been using them for all my equipment and repairs for the last 12 years now. Highly recommend

Disappointing lack of service for me . Called and discussed repair of my chainsaw along with a $25.00 diagnostic fee. Dropped off Saturday paid $20.00 for the diagnostic fee. Didn’t know why the difference and didn’t care. Called on Tuesday, she told me they were working it and would call. Saturday week called for status, now the story is not started. Had work to do and decided to pickup ( not repaired). When I ask for my $20.00 diagnostic fee back , because they didn’t do anything she checked with someone in the shop and was refused, no real reason. I had other pending thing to do and didn’t have time to debate the refund, shouldn’t have to . The claim ticket indicates there’s a deposit fee for parts. Anything about non-refundable charges. Maybe that’s the way they do busy, but it wasn’t clearly explained to me on the front side, would have never agreed to it.

After finding this place several months ago, they are now my go-to place for repair and parts. The staff is always respectful, honest, and professional. I have been very pleased with the quality of services and products. And their prices are very reasonable. A+ operation!

Found this place while looking to get my mowers blade sharpened. They made it sharp enough to shave with. It was only $5 to have it done. They seem to be aiming for the professional landscaper business. I ranked them low because parking is non-existent and the staff is a little dismissive of a non-pro customer, just in for a blade sharpening.

The staff is kind and they have knowledge, I went to buy some machines cause they did not have them in inventory to sell. I ended up shopping at another store.

I took a craftsman weed eater power head in for repair. After a week I called and they said it was ready. I picked it up and tried it out and it was in the same condition as when I took in . I looked at the repair invoice and it said what they did to it and the final remark on the ticket was it runs so so REALLY
