I shop in this store at lease twice a week over 5 years.And something happened that let me do not want to go anymore.I order a new refrigerator from Homedepot a month ago, finanlly the delivery came and you know what? They sent a damaged refrigerator to me.The delivery guy took it back and told me someone will contact me very soon to get a solution for it. And it took nearly a week, still nobody ever contact me.I tried to ask the manager in the store and call their number serveral times.Everyone told me they can not do anything for it, they can just wait until the system update, and even today the system still showing the the item was deliveried and order completed.What a great customer service.

My husband loves this place and will wonder around the store for hours. I enjoy the flowers and garden section. Everybody in this store is helpful and polite. If I we have any problems somebody in the store has the answers. Very nice, clean and friendly Home Depot store to shop in. We have never had a single bad experience.

I typically like Lowes better than Home Depot. I generally go to Lowes first, then to Home Depot. I just like the atmosphere at Lowes better, and they generally have a better selection of what I need. Luckily there is almost always a Lowes right across the street from Home Depot anywhere you go.

Usually excellent, today I waited 15 minutes for assistance I requested on a heavy item in lawn and garden. No one showed. Took my business to Lowes next door. 😞

I havent had a bad experience here and everyone working here is friendly. We need THD in Winter Garden.

Got some mulch. Most of the time they have what I need and answer questions and are friendly.
