I went to the store on Sunday, 8/22 and had the absolute rudest experience with Kevin. I had an issue with my phone. While being there for about 5 minutes, he took a call that went about 15 minutes. Not once did he gesture to me or acknowledge that I was his in-store customer. The conversation was very repetitive and in hindsight, I think he was rude on purpose. When I got his attention, he proceeded to ignore me. He then tells me that my issue could take a while as to imply that I could wait. He then refused to service me. I plan to take this issue to the highest level that will listen. The way he handled my service is an embarrassment to the T Mobile brand. I do plan to change service providers by the end of the week. I am quite angry.

Grace is amazing! My father had an old phone and was told it would be obsolete soon. So, I decided to add my parents to my cell phone plan. I called all the cell providers I could think of to ask for prices. Grace was by far the most knowledgeable and friendliest I talked too. Even in the first phone call, she was patient and took her time to explain the plan and what t-mobile would offer us. We went into the store to switch our plan and Grace was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable but didnt pressure. She gave advice and made suggestions but let the decision be ours. Im so happy with our plan and deals she offered my family. I highly recommend Grace!!! Thanks for all u did ❤

Since Tmobile took over sprint the new workers have been disrespectful along with not being helpful at all. I switched to at&t because of this and have had way better service and customer service. I will never be associated with T-Mobile again.

So as soon as I walk into this store they ask if I have a mask, cool it’s required. I say “no I have a medical reason I cannot wear one,” therefore it’s excusable. I’m a veteran with many health conditions for this. So they out loud in front of everyone across the store say they’ll help me outside. Then people that kept walking in after me got help before I did. Should I stood outside waiting for these ignorant people.

Wilfredo lied to my wifes face today. She went in to the store today. We have Sprint and was having signal issues. Wilfedo said easy fix changing sim cards would let us connect to both Sprint and T-mobile towers. She asked him would it change our plan because we have a great plan and the T-mobile store in the villages told us it would change if we switched our sim card. He looked my wife dead in her eyes and told her the people in the villages store lied to us. So she went ahead and had the sim switched. 30 minutes after we leave we received a email stating our plan changed. Our plan went up $30 more and our Hotspot dropped from 50gigs per line to 5gigs shared. When we called the store the GM acted like he didnt do it purposely. Their system shows you if the plan is changing he lied and she is trying to cover up for him because our sim change they did counts towards their quota of how many sign-ups they need to get a month. DO NOT GO to this location!

Customer service is top notch and you can make appointments! I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. I got a new phone, new number, and a screen protector changed in that short period of time! Also, I’ve been with the carrier for awhile and when I first got my iPhone I got their glass screen protector (w/insurance). I thought it was pricey ($40) but in the three years I’ve had my phone they’ve replaced it three times and they will continue to do so as long as I have the same phone. I’m not planning on changing my phone so it’s definitely a good investment (as much as my phone gets scratched and dropped). Go see Bianca and the team there...I usually don’t like going into cell stores but I’m glad I go here because they make it quick and fun experience. Thanks Bianca for another great customer service experience!

Went to this location to get a screen protector. We arrived at 545. There was a girl at the front door when we pulled up. The girl working met me at my car which was outside the front door and asked what I was there for a said a screen protector, without looking at my phone or anything turned around and went back inside. Didn’t even look, No apology, nothing customer service was non existent. If I could give negative stars I would. I ended up going to a different location and purchasing a screen protector. I will not be returning to this location as this is not the first time having an issue at this store. I will also tell people to avoid this store and use the store on hwy 50, where staff are friendly and helpful

Was given wrong quote by Juan. After weeks on the phone with T-Mobile was told by Juan and his assistant manager that they were sorry for the quote, but he was sick that day. No offer to make it right, and also in this day in age why would you put others at risk if you are sick. Extremely disappointed in lack of service by TMobile. Will also be reaching out to corporate as this shouldn’t be seen as acceptable. I was told to email the owner directly. I did so over a week ago still not response, Corporate has been more responsive so far.

David is very helpful. He stayed an hour and a half after the store was closed to help me. I did wait a very long time to get help from anyone (due to the fact that they were busy with customers) glad that I did wait because David went above and beyond to find me the right phone. If you go to this store ask for David! I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me a phone just to make commission. I actually felt like he listened to what I was looking to get out of the phone and showed me ones accordingly. Well see how it goes with the new phone. Fingers crossed it will be a good one!

I went into this store today and left with tears. The young man that approached me did nothing to help me. I couldnt even use their phone to call my husband back in NYC to let him know what was happening, and i wouldnt have a phone for the next few days. Customer service is there to help, not treat customers like they are nobody. The service that i got from this young man was horrible. I left and went to Groveland location, and the staff there was amazing. Clermont location definitely need to teach their young staff how to treat their customer and to be a bit more helpful and show a bit more understanding or have some compaction for certain situations. I will never go to that location again..i live in NYC and the location i have delt with for more than 10 years is A+..

Been a T-Mobile customer for several years. This store had been great to work with more so recently. The staff that is currently there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Several reps helped my wife and I both get new phones recently and made sure the transition was as quick and stress free as possible. They also helped ensure we had all our contacts and apps on our new phones.

I went into this T-Mobile location recently and was provided the best customer service! The assistant manager, AJ, who assisted myself, my sister and fiance was just amazing! I asked him about 900 questions and with every question I got an answer that explained everything very well. He was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my upgrades. I also had to contact your customer service call center due to needing to file a warranty on one of my phone and the rep, Juanita, was FANTASTIC! She owned my issue from beginning to end by calling me back the next day to see if I got the phone to work and when I told her I did not she advised I would receive a replacement phone the next day! My family has been with T-Mobile for many years and will continue to be loyal to this company. Thanks for great customer service and knowledgeable employees. Keep up the great work!

The Best Customer Service Ever by Gabriel, at the T Mobile Store in Clermont Florida 34711! Gabriel, was very friendly he helped me out a whole lot,I was the second guest that walked in the store on Sunday 10/04/2015 at 11:00am. I was going crazy all night due to my cell phone being lost. I arrived at T Mobile not knowing what the outcome was going to be and I was truly Blessed this morning! Anyone that needs help I will defiantly recommend going to see the Hispanic guy named Gabriel, hes wonderful. What a rip-off. Charged me $20 mandatory support charge just because I did not buy their rip-off warranty. Rude sales person Kendra caught nasty attitude when I told her I needed no support and would set up from home. Buy your phone from apple and avoid the rude salespeople and their bogus fees. The manager did agree to credit the fee back to the account. Will see if the credit goes through—they should not charge this in a $700 cash purchase in the first place though. Ridiculous.

Always have at least a 30 minute wait every time I come in. They dont always follow the list, so rude people get away with cutting. Also on several occasions theyve had all three associates, or more than one associate handling one customer while others are waiting. Never look forward to having to come in, ever. Associates also take trips into the back cutting down the amount of people they can help- while weve been waiting!

The new store looks great!! I was welcomed to the store with excitement and the associate, Jarrett signed me in and showed concern as to why I came into the store. I had to wait a little bit, but I was patient as I know from previous phone upgrades that it can take some time to complete the transaction. I was there to get an Iphone 7 and Grace helped me out and was very attentive and knowledgeable. Melissa even helped out with backing up my phone and transferring my information as Grace said that she is the Iphone Specialist at the store.I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile to anyone!!!

I had my new galaxy 7 for 5 days, and it broke. The screen stayed black, they were unable to get the information offered my phone. I was not happy, a gentleman by name of Gustave took care of me. Excellent customer service skills. He assisted me with my new phone, showed me the features and took his time. I have been going to this store over 5 years, the customer service has really gone down. I hope this is a sign that they are going back to excellent customer service. Gustave even hooked up my Bluetooth in my car. He made me forget I was not happy when I got there. That is Customer Service. I am a Supervisor at a call center, hope goes far in the company.

Absolutely terrible customer service! After spending over $800 on a phone. The very next day want me to pay and additional $50 to exchange the phone because it was getting very hot and shutting off! The clerk not only laughed at my daughters concern, knowing she was flying out the very next day! T-moble customer care even called and Still would not waive fee! Still working on a solution! Verizon is looking better by the minute!!

Incredibly sub-par customer service: the way the employees handled themselves and set up my service made me heavily reconsider my decision to switch to T-Mobile.Out of the 6 people standing around in the store, it took 3 of them to help me complete setting up my service which led to many errors and mix-ups. The main employee that I dealt with seemed annoyed by my requests to setup service and seemed reluctant to help. In hindsight, it could be do to a lack of training because she seemed very confused and had to ask for help throughout the entire process (which did not give me any confidence as a customer.)Im hoping that this is isolated to just one store and is not a reflection of the company as a whole.

Ive yet to have a good experience in this store. The employees are slow, unorganized and seem like their attention is elsewhere. Theres a sign-in sheet to have someone help you, but the employees generally wont say anything about it until youve stood in the store for 20 minutes unassisted. Its like its only available to customers with the secret handshake, but even when you know about the sheet it makes you feel like youre a member of one of the worst secret clubs in the history of secret clubs. Youre better off taking the time to drive to a store in Winter Garden or Ocoee-- yes, the drive time is longer but once you arrive youre generally spoken to immediately, and without secret sign-in sheets.If there are 3 or more customers in this specific store when you arrive, sign in, go to the theater across the parking lot, watch a new movie, then drive to a different T-mobile store because this location still wont be ready.

On Wednesday February 22, I was at the store for the purpose of returning a new phone and having an existing one in my position activated in its place. To begin with I was told that it could not be done, since according to their records the phone had been purchased more than 14 days ago and in spite of the fact that the phone in question, was purchased by my son, the account holder out of state, and shipped by the store that sold the unit and was adding two new lines to the account, and shipped the new phones, to my florida address, to be activated after their arrival, and the release of the two phone numbers by my previous carrier, all this caused the newly purchased to be not activated, until the evening of February 8. The struggle to clear the issue continued until the store closing time and requiring the intervention or participation, of at least two employees, a store manager who disappeared and when being called send a message with the employee looking for him saying that he was OFF the clock, while the T Mobile customer service manager(also out of state)was on the phone trying to speak to him, then the assistant store manager talked with the customer service manager waiting on the line. In the end, another store employee was left with the task to do what the customer service manager had instructed to be done in order to accomplish my request. By that time the store had already been closed, I was the only customer left and I ended up leaving with out realizing what I was there for. TOTALLY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING !

Worst service ever! Waited one hour and 20 minutes to get one of three reps in store. Every persons transaction was taking forever. On the person before me, the rep had the customer take an extra 10 minutes to write him a glowing review on Google. Really?? While we were all waiting?Then I finally get him and explain the back of my Samsung is shattered (dont know how - never had it out of the protective case) - and all I get is that it will have to go through the insurance plan, and I have to do it online or call some number (and pay a $175 deductible). And then Im dismissed as though I was just a hassle. Complete waste of an hour and a half of my time. How about someone to field issues as people come in? Or an express line for issues vs. new sales (since they take forever.) Get your act together, T-Mobile!

Horrible customer service! Had to pay a fee after I was told I wouldnt have to since they sent me a defective phone under my warranty plan. Dyshawn was rude and not helpful. There was an issue transfering the data on the SD card even though I had no problems when they sent me the initial replacement phone. Dyshawn had no interest in trying to solve the problem and when I asked if maybe someone else here could help he pointed to his co-worker and said I dont know, you can ask him if you want but we all have iphones. Why should I be the one who has to ask around for help? And why isnt he at least a little knowledgeable about all of the phones?! If you dont want to deal with customers and the issues they are having, do us all a favor and dont be in customer service!

This is about my experience with their service on the Phone on March 14, 2016 before lunch. I called and spoke to a man (AJ)... He seems the only one that seems to be willing to help. I called back as asked to and a female (with what seemed like a latin accent) tells me an item is not available (as in, it wasnt made in black) ( S7 Edge) and when told I have actually seen it for another carrier she still seemed reluctant to believe. Employees should have a decent amount of knowledge of their products. Will go with another store.

I went in one day with problems with my iPhone 6 Plus which I have insurance on. and the guy Gabriel acted like I bothered him. he told me oh well go to the Apple Store and then I told him I bought it through T-Mobile and he got in my face and got really rude with me and told me its not his fault my phone acts up his does it all the time. well Im sorry its supposed to be your job to fix it. he wouldnt even let me finish tellin him what was wrong with my phone he kept cutting me off then started speaking Spanish which I know fluent he just didnt know that. needless to say I will be leaving t mobile due to his disrespect and that wasnt the first time he got like that. and worst part was is Im a female and I had my 4 year old daughter with me when he got in my face. total disrespect. second time my mom went in and got him also and asked how to master reset her tablet which she bought through T-Mobile and he said are you kidding me its just a button and my mom said Im sorry what button so he took it from her and did it and then threw it back at her um thats not customer service. oh and by the way my phone was broke because I went to another T-Mobile and had to order me a new phone because it was completely broke!!! I would t even give this store a star if I could. theres one great worker there and her name is roza I believe Nd shes wonderful I will only go if shes there. she should be manager she always gives u respect and answers.

Demitri was my rep. when I walked in. I did not wait long. My rep worked with common sense and he was able to think outside the box to assist me. Some reps have a one track mind and act like robots. Demitri was not afraid to go above and beyond with his services and offer options that could benefit me. Grace was also there assisting another customer but that didnt stop her from being a team player and working along side with Demitri ro assist with my issues. Demitri called my insurance, T-mobil and someone else and got the problem taken care of. After, everything Demitri has followed up to make sure everything is okay and Im glad he did because I am having issues but I am too busy to stop by. Representatives like him are slim. Im am extremely happy with his services. He took care of me and my problem like a manager would and probably better. Thank you Demitri for going out that extra mile and thinking outside the box.

Been a customer for over a 11 years. had to wait ten minutes to get service and only one customer in store . sales person address issue come to find out the was a sim card. they then told me they had to charge me 25 dollars to replace sim card and explained that if I call customer service it would be free thru customer service. I then ask for manager employee comes back out and says that there is no way not to charge me because they cant do it for free manager still not coming out.then I left drove around the block and came back and demanded to see manager employee comes out and says we will be doing this for free. I then said but earlier you said you could not. I then said so you lied to me before when you said you couldnot. all this over 25 dollars really great way to treat an 11 year customer. I made a complaint to tmoble. to top it all off still never saw manager. worthless form of manager.
