Fantastic experience. I was greeted by a pleasant young man who immediately introduced me to the gentleman who set up my phone. Antoine was very kind and patient and took care of my phone transfer right away. While waiting for my phone data to transfer, another very nice young man, Clarence, helped me with a screen protector. They were all very polite and professional and I was very happy with my experience at this Verizon store. Highly recommend!

Verizon Wireless has been one of the biggest problems I think Ive ever faced in my life these people have consistently messed up my bill and also charge me for things that I never received, as well as my gigabytes of data went up to as much as 23 gigs in 3 days I have never in my life used 23 gigs of data much less than three days they have no explanation for any of these incidents cant show me why this has happened prove to me how I did something to do it and or I had to pay for all of it then I got the money to pay off Verizon for the devices as well as the service it was $1,700 and some and then that was back in January so come March theyre looking for me to pay a March bill of 132.13 meanwhile I had not had service since January on either phone nor did I have the devices they also wanted me to pay for the month of March even though I lost my job due to covid and have not worked since and can prove it. They wanted to split the bill with me for a March service when I had not had either of the devices in my hand since January previous month they waived the $132.12 but the following month turned it into collections to receive the 132 13 they practice bad business is how I feel

Clarence at Verizon is the best. I absolutely dread going to phone stores and waiting for hours and dealing with people that aren’t competent at their job. Clarence was professional and patient. He helped my friend and I out with multiple problems. He was also thorough in asking questions to find ways to best help save me money or other products that I needed. I got an awesome battery charger for a deal. Very happy with this store

Came here to buy 3 new phones , door says open until 8pm I watched a customer walk out. Its 7:07 and the gate to the door is closed. Tried calling. T mobile transfer it is. Made up my mind for me. Thanks verizon, 5 year customer. ✌

This Verizon store has to be the worst one in all of Florida. The way that Jay and Matt speak to you is absolutely disgusting. Matthew threatened to kick me out of the store and cancel my service because they refuse to help me when someone hacked my number. They act like the job they get paid for is an inconvenience. Customer service is a joke at this establishment especially if you’re a woman.

I came in because I had some issues with my cell phone reception. When I came in, every associate was already with another customer and there were a few other customers waiting. The staff did a great job of multi tasking to make sure they handled every customer as quickly as possible. The gentleman that ended up assisting me was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab his name. However, I was impressed with how well the team seemed to handle the crowd of people who continued to walk in even though it was close to closing time. It does appear the store is short handed, but right now, everyone is so I won’t fault them for that. You may wait a little bit if you don’t have an appointment but it seems everyone was focused on doing their best and that’s what matters.

Great place, came in and checked in. Waited about 10 minutes for service. Service was above & beyond, listened to my issue, took control of the matter, and solved it on the spot. Was there less than 30 minutes. Wham bam thank you Maam, a done deal... I wholeheartedly recommend.

Went on new 5g plan (upgraded our phones). Was told Samsung s21 are on back order, due to the micro chip shortage. As of this date, still waiting on phones. Cannot talk to a live person. Customer service is horrible 😑

I’ve had this company as a carrier for years and I’ve never came across an issue like this until recent! They took $160 out of my account that was unauthorized and when attempting to get a refund it was denied! When taking money out of ones account that isn’t authorized, it’s simply stealing! After speaking with multiple representatives, no one was helpful and wanted to give me a refund! It’s absurd that a customer has to go through this especially in these trying times! When speaking to a supervisor he stated that the refund request was denied and he couldn’t do anything about it! I was in shock because how does a company take money that was unauthorized in the first place and then doesn’t want to return it to its rightful place!

Went in for a family plan to get 4 new phones but the kid working there wouldnt give a straight answer to any questions, we walked out and he was right out the door behind us, Ill give him the benefit of doubt, maybe he was late for a hot date because he had no interest in helping us and wanted to hurry up and leave.

Stay away. Jonathon was very rude at the door. I wasn’t allowed in to shop and was told I have to sit in my car.There isn’t enough people staffed in the store. The wait time was over an hour sitting outside on their porch.Mask nazis work here. Awful. Can’t wait for my contract to be up.

I went to get a SIM card for my non working phone pretty easy transaction. Jay with Verizon was rude and not helpful he said it would take 1-2 hours to get this accomplished. He did nothing to help me get my problem solved. Little did jay know I was needing to add a line as well and buy a 1000 phone someone else will get my business. Avoid this store unless you like waiting.

I’m very disappointed in the way my husband’s transaction went today. He went in recently because he wasn’t getting 5G on his phone even though we were paying for the plan. We decided to add a watch with cellular and purchased one from the store. Well that watch’s cellular/lte feature wasn’t working, so we went back and decided we would switch his phone and watch to apple products. We wanted a 12, the employee pushed a 12 pro max and opened the package and inserted the sim. I want to be clear, my husband did not open the package. Well we insisted on the 12 and they charged us a $50 restocking fee. We decided not to go with any of the apple products and return the not working watch that we had for less than a week and got another $50 restocking fee that they didn’t tell us about. I found out when I called customer service over the phone. When I asked the store for reimbursement, they store wouldn’t work with us. I called customer service and they handled it. The store manager made me feel insignificant like he didn’t care if we stayed Verizon customers and he didn’t care that we had a phone we didn’t want that we didn’t open. The customer service at the store was HORRENDOUS. Go somewhere else for your needs to feel cared for and appreciated.

Ridiculous way to do business.. you make an appt to trade in your phone.. you have to wait outside till you get called in. Then they dont even have the most popular phone displayed.. so wasted an hour waiting outside in the cold.. just to go home empty handed

When I arrived the store was quite busy. We were kindly told to wait. After browsing for a bit we were greeted by one of the associates who helped me with what I needed. I cant stress how important knowledge is in the phone business, but the gentleman who helped us went above and beyond. From consolidating our bills to making calls to the other companies. He was even able to bump us to a corporate account (we own our own business) seamlessly. Ive had good experiences with Verizon in the past, but this far surpassed anything Ive dealt with before.

Chris saved us money, by combining equaled less we paid on one account. Verizon kept telling me it couldnt be done. He helped me upgrade, get a watch, get my old phone configured for hubby. I went in to purchase a new phone because my old phone had been hacked! I kept it off and in the car when looking through the store. When I was ready to check out I was told I had to use my phone to purchase my new one. I explained I didnt want to connect my old phone in any way to this new one but they insisted! I got a text to go to a website to check out and turns out (I didnt realize this until the next day with looking at my old phones Google history) but the website I was taken to was not Verizon.com but instead Inspicio.Verizon.com and Verizons own website explains how that is a phishing scam! I mean why would I honestly have to do that, why couldnt I just pay for my phone and leave like we did before this Orwellian Nightmare began! Its crazy that they acted like it was no big deal and I would be fine and should just get my phone considering I immediately started getting texted with links for me to pick up my package, or iPhone, or Claim something, I even had someone try to purchase a Verizon Credit Card already and I havent even had the Fone for a month!

Seemed to be rather disorganized signing people in when I walked in. I hate to wait for a while and the man who helped me seemed less than interested in helping, although he did look up the purchase history of my phone as asked. When I told him my battery doesnt last looking, he tested and looked around but decided the problem was having display set on 5 min. Changing that setting didnt help today

BEWARETerrible customer service! I went in to set up a tablet on my business account, I definitely got the tablet along with 2 other lines I didnt ask for! They are in the business of setting up as many lines as possible to fluff the customer number and hopes youll never notice. I tried to speak with the store manager, he said There is nothing he can do. Verizon just lost 10 accounts today!

If you are part of the older generation and not real savvy with new technology do not go to the Clermont store. They will sell you equipment but but there’s no customer service after the sale. They just want to sell merchandise.Customer service is non existent once you pay.

I had my first positive experience with Verizon ever at this store. Not only did the staff quickly address my issue of needing a new SIM card for my wifes cell phone, but they found me a discount for having a partnered employer. This store is full of MOLD beware if you have sinus or respiratory issues. My eyes are burning right now. There are 0 specifications on the products like there used to be and 0 prices on the electronics. Then when I complained about the mold I got Shhs’d like I am the problem. Junk store. Don’t bother. Will be reporting to health department due to the “careless” attitude employee standing next to manager.

Store staff wasnt able to fix the issue with my phone, but wanted to sell me an additional device to alleviate my problem. Nice try. Im buying a device I dont need and paying for it for two years and still didnt fix my original issue. They gave up and told me to call customer no-service. Your estimated hold time is 2 days 16 hours and 47 minutes. Your call is very important to us.

The Verizon in Clermont Florida next to Hobby Lobby is by far the very best Verizon I have ever been in. You see I dont know very much at all about electronics. Every single time I have ever come to this store thay have been extremely patient with me. And one of the things that stands apart from any other, is that they all work together. If one doesnt understand what is going on with a problem Im having with the phone, another one looks into it. Ive had just about every single guy here working with me, and I have to say, I am very impressed with their service. Again this is by far the very best Verizon store I have ever been in. So we go into the store and the Guy Antwon did not want to work with us because we purchased 200.00 headphones that did not work and he did not want to accept them back and credit us at all, he is all about productivity and not about customer service, so I will be contacting corporate office and letting them know about this situation, I am not happy with this store at all, than the extra fees that were charged to my bill is ridiculous, had to sit here and contact customer service. If you do not like your jobs and you are not all about customer service and keeping your Customers happy than switch jobs, and you better hope you still have a job, with that nasty attitude.

Getting customer service here is constantly a nightmare for this particular branch. I have been into this store 5 times in the last week and half to attempt to make new phone and accessories purchases. Once I couldnt even get my name on the wait list for 20minutes (not because there was a line just because no one was even checking). Another visit when I was on the list I watched multiple people walk in with just a quick question and proceed to get put with a sales associate ahead of me for extensive help. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and repeatedly been disappointed. I dont know if this is a system, training or leadership failure but in reading through some of the other reviews I see Im not alone in my opinion.

Nice place. Salespersons werent pushy. Bought 2 Google Pixel phones. Gotta hella deal, and the salesperson, (Ricardo), was great throughout the whole process.. He even stayed late, after closing hours, to make sure my wife and I were good to go.Even if you have to drive a little further to get to this particular Verizon, I really suggest that you do so.

This place never has enough staff. Any more you are better going to Best Buy or a smaller store that partners with Verizon as a provider.Update. Gave it another try. Same deal. To make matters worse they set up a apple watch to our account, it didnt work, so we immediately returned and were put back in the que. As a come back with an issue with a product that you set up just 10 minutes early we should have received priority service.Your corporate responses to dissatisfied customers only encourages the customer to return. You dont offer an incentive or a reason for a customer to want to return.

This store use to be great but now it is horrible. Managers and workers don’t care and don’t know basic info.Now they are sending people to the Apple store 40 minutes away because they don’t want to help.This is the 5th and final time I go here. Just go to the Winter Garden store. They have helped me each and every time that this store couldn’t/wouldn’t/didn’t help!! I just live close to this one but now will just travel to Winter Garden.Horrible service!!
