“NOT A PROBLEM WE GOT YOU” this is what I’m told every time I call and they never fail me. My fuel pump went out on my 2003 350z and I called a few minutes before closing they were still able to get my order overnighted without any issues. I started looking for a list of parts for my new car starting with forced induction and a tune about a month ago. Enjuku got back to me within 24 hours and I have since exchanged a couple dozen emails. Chris Kahler over there was more than awesome! I had been speaking to about 5 different companies but Enjuku really set themselves ahead of the rest with their customer service. Chris asked what my goal was and to send a list of parts I wanted to buy for my build. They didn’t have the tuning solution I was looking for but Chris compiled a list of all of the other parts with all of the prices and part numbers for me. My HKS GT V3 supercharger had a 2 month lead time but Chris explained everything to me and I purchased it first to get the ball rolling while I compile the rest of the parts to convert my car to E. Because of the awesome communication and customer service I will be coming back to them first to purchase all of my mods unless they don’t have a specific part that I am looking for. Ordered a HKS exhaust for my S13 through Brandon and it all went smoothly. Super honest and friendly. Got a great deal on it! This is my second order through Enjuku and so far great service and fast shipping.

Ordered some brake pads online but then found out they werent actually in stock but were back ordered and shipping from Japan. I wish I had known that but I understand the business, you just cant keep EVERYTHING in stock. I had to cancel my order but they were courteous and promptly refunded my money. Went back a few months later to buy some more goodies and they were very quick in bringing my parts up to the counter and I was out the door in no time. Now just let me come check out the shop!

I ordered a set of Konig Ampliform wheels from Enjuku racing, and not only did I get the lowest price anywhere on the Internet, but their Customer Service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to very quickly ship me a replacement wheel when one of the 4 wheels in the original shipment were damaged in transit by Fedex. Enjuku is great. Only down poiny for me is that they are on the east coast. But sometimes shipping is free, thats a plus. Prices are good. Sometimes cheaper than other retailers. They staff is very helpful too.

Very excellent customer support. No hassles, and were able to answer all of my questions. I ordered ISR upper control arms for my 1991 Nissan 300zx, and I never got the chance to install them due to an accident which resulted in the vehicle being totaled. I sent them back and got a refund(with restocking fee of course). If you need performance parts for your vehicle with excellent csr, look into Enjuku racing.
