I had to go to this store 4 times, in 2 months, only to have to fix the issue myself. I originally had a issue with my interior lights flickering. I was told it needed a new assembly and it had to be ordered. Came back 2 weeks later and it was installed. However, the LED interiors lights were now brown halogen lights. They didn’t put the bulbs I had in the truck, back in the new assembly. Maybe someone in the shop wanted them more than I did, who knows. I was told to come back a third time. This time, after 5 hours, I was told by Darren Beauchamp, that LED lights don’t work in this vehicle (even though that’s what was in there when I first brought the truck in), and that only halogen would work. He even went as far as to tell me that the ordered some from autozone to try as well and it would work. I found it hard to believe since I had them in there to start with. So, I ran across the street to autozone, spend $30 (mind you, I have a full and extended warranty) grab some LED bulbs and YouTube how to install them myself. Voila, what they said didn’t work, WORKED! When I asked to be reimbursed, I was told I bought my truck as is and they were doing me a courtesy. I spent thousands on a warranty and it’s still under the original warranty as well. I’ve called the service manager Bob Barnette (as he advised me to do on a previous post) several times during this ordeal to only get the run around, voicemail and the “he’s not in” excuse. Even was told the general foreman wasn’t available either. If they will mess over customers for something this minute I can only imagine what they would do for other work. I’ve got the poor service all on video as well. You can see the picture of the brown lights below as well as the LED ones they said didn’t work. I guess I should contact the BBB next.

We took my husbands truck in for an alignment and decided to walk the lot!! Tommy had a very welcoming and friendly demeanor. He was extremely respectful and efficient in his job! The entire process was super easy and quick! Tommy definitely has our business from here on out!

The service department here is always behind. No point in setting an appointment. It’s pointless. You’ll wait 4-5 hours at minimum and days for anything else. I’ve litterally stood in line for 45 min or more just waiting to be acknowledged. Of course you’ll be told it should take long, but will be notified just prior to closing that it’ll be longer.Update: Horrible service! I have a RAM 1500 and had an issue with the interior dome lights and the radio screen cracking/peeling/coming apart….all still under warranty….I came into this location the first time and had to wait 4 hours for someone to tell me “sorry but we have to order your parts!”….cool, no problem…no one called to say when the parts are in, so I wait two weeks and scheduled a new appointment after having to spend hours on hold checking to see if parts were actually in…I came back the second time, checked in and waited four hours and still no follow up. I have to take it upon myself to see what the hold up is…now they tell me, “we ordered the wrong part for the radio so we will have to reorder and you’ll have to come back…” you’ve got to be kidding right? Any way, I get in my truck to leave thinking, at least the dome light is now working and not flickering like a haunted house…well it wasn’t flickering….they did the repair, but instead of the clear LED lights I came with, I now have these dingy brown/yellow lights…long story short, I have the same issues 10 hours and a month later with no resolve…what good is a warranty and a service center with no service 🤷🏾‍♂️

Ive tried multiple times to get a reasonable business deal done here over the years. Ive always had to go elsewhere -- they do everything to inflate the numbers, even when they tell you over the phone the price, it changes.Most recently I tried to buy out my lease. They first told me that the price the lease company set was $800 more than the actual price (I called the lease company and verified and the sales manager also verified that they added to the price so they could make more money on the deal).Then they tried to charge $1100 for accessories even though this was a buy out of a car I already had purchased via a lease.This is all after I spoke on the phone ahead of time to confirm that my buy out price would only be the price from the lease company plus the taxes/registration plus their $900 dealer fee (BTW they also tacked on a $200 doc fee in addition to the $900 dealer fee).IMHO, if you already bought the car and took the lease deal from Chryslers leasing partner, the dealership getting to make an extra $1100 or $900 should be sufficient.I dont understand how the authorized retail representative of Chrysler is allowed to get away with not fulfilling the lease contract buyout clause. Poor management of your distribution channel Chrysler!Note that Napletons has a 1.1 out of 5 rating with 623 complaints on BBB (but still accredited? how is that possible?).

We were so pleased with the service we received when we purchased my husbands Jeep Gladiator at this dealership that we came back the following day to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I will admit visiting car dealership is not tops on my list of favorite things to do because of the high pressure sales people that typically come at you when you are approaching like hungry sharks however this experience was the complete opposite. Sales department was great. We managed to trade in our vehicle for an awesome new upgrade. Our first visit seeking an upgrade was a bit discouraging since they had a very limited selection (no Chargers). However they took down our info and advised that they would be in contact as soon as they received any new Chargers of our interest. We left thinking we wouldn’t hear back and about 6 days later they called to advise they had two new chargers on the lot. Amazing service! Brought my truck in for service repair. JP took great care of me. I was going to have my son pick me up as they needed my truck for a few hours. JP said there was no need that he would take me back home with their shuttle service. Few hours later got a call from JP stating my truck was done, it was around 5 and I thought they would be closing soon so I told him I would pick it up in the morning when they opened back up, he informed that their service department was open till 8. So he had the shuttle pick me back up and I didnt have to wait till the next day to get my truck back. Will be going back for all my service needs.

This dealership is a SCAM!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! My stepfather bought a certified pre-owned truck from here. At the time of purchase the truck had a check engine light on which the dealership supposedly did a diagnostic report on and stated it was just a spark plug issue. Assuming they were being honest, my stepfather took the truck home but on top of that he bought the extended warranty on it. The truck constantly had a fault and didnt drive smoothly. After taking it to another shop for a second opinion they told him the truck actually had a bad engine cylinder and the repair would cost over $3,000 dollars. My stepfather then went through the extended warranty to see if they covered this and of course they did not. We went back to the dealership and spoke to Abraham which is supposed to be one of the managers in charge and after he investigated our case he said they would do an equal exchange on the truck. Shortly right after the changed the ball on us and gave us 2 alternatives which none was really an option for us. One was to trade the truck in for another one but because of the issue it has, its worth a lot less so therefor we would be upside down. Mind you they sold us the truck this way. The 2nd option was directing us to fight with the company that handles the extended warranty. In other words, washing their hands clean and telling us to figure it out on our own. Mind you we have had this truck for less than a month and have put less than 200 miles on it.

They have gotten a lot better than on previous experience. However, really wish they would add some sort of food or snacks area. Sitting here for a few hours with nothing but cold coffee. My biggest issue with my last service ,I called before coming spoke to 2 different people about shuttle service and was told they have one and I will have one at my appointment time, however that was not the case. Was told the shuttle wasnt available,was elsewhere,so we had to sit and wait. Would have preferred not to be told something that was incorrect.

Josh in Service is the best! I’ll drive 30 miles one way just to go to the service department because of him. Courteous, friendly, always in communication with his customers. His attitude compared to other dealership service department is always with the customers best interest in mind. I have never had a better experience anywhere else!
